GARY, Ind. The mayor of Michael Jacksons childhood hometown says plans are in the works for a Gary, Ind., memorial service next week for the pop singer. Mayor Rudy Clay says city is tentatively planning a July 10 memorial for Jackson at The Steel Yard, the downtown baseball stadium where Jackson appeared in his last trip to Gary in 2003.
