Anna Faris is pretty, talented and hilarious. But you knew that already. What about the actress may take you by surprise? We just finished her memoir, “Unqualified,” and we can think of a few tidbits, revelations and stories that may cause you to view Faris in a slightly different light. To wit… 1. The Book is Dedicated To… … soon-to-be-ex-husband Chris Pratt! The dedication reads: “To Chris, Your wisdom and strength have made me a better person.” 2. Pratt Also Penned the Book’s Foreword Acknowledging that “”Anna is an important part of my life and she always will be,” Pratt adds: “I’m doing [this] because I love and respect her and told her I would,” saying Faris is the “person that I spent one amazing decade with.” 3. Inside Their Relationship: “When I first met Chris, I was constantly looking for proof that he was not as great as he seemed,” she writes of their 2007 introduction on the set of a movie. At the time, Faris was married, but then she split from her husband and: “You might think that, fresh off an almost decade-long relationship, I would be hesitant to move on to the next, but I couldn’t have fallen more headfirst into my feelings for Chris.” 4. This Is the Chapter That Will Make You Vomit That’s what Faris titled a chapter about all of Pratt’s romantic gestures, which included: sending a giant bouquet of flowers to the set of her sitcom each week and writing her “old-timey war letters that said things like, ‘Honey, I’m dreaming of the day I get to hold you again.'” 5. More Gushing Over Pratt Faris describes her husband as “amazing” when she was admitted to the hospital and placed on bed rest after her water broke at 30 weeks pregnant. In addition to sleeping with her in the hospital, Pratt decorated her room with photos and posters and brought her desserts every night. 6. Marry, F-ck, Kill? Sort of. “You have to hide a dead body with someone, call them to bail you out of jail, or get anal bleaching together,” says friend Cassie Daniels in the book. ‘HTGAWM’ Recap: Annalise Goes To Battle For A Sex Trafficking Victim

Source: Mitch Haaseth / Getty Tonight’s episode of How to Get Away With Murder is in flashback format, as per usual. However, it’s one big therapy session between Annalise and her counselor. The episode opens with the reminder that Annalise is living in a hotel, which doesn’t bother her, and she tells her counselor that she took her first case last week since being back. Now we flashback to Annalise taking the case. The case is that of Jasmine, one of the women Annalise met when she was locked up. Jasmine is shocked that Annalise would take her case on, and pro bono at that. Jasmine is a career prostitute and drug addict convicted who was possibly wrongfully convicted on an illegal firearm charge. This woman has a lengthy record and other charges to contend with, winning won’t be easy. via GIPHY Meanwhile, Annalise’s kids are busy trying to figure out their next career moves. They’re interviewing for respective internships and having an awkward time with interviewers who are less interested in them as candidates and more interested what it was like working for Annalise, the notorious.  Later on, Michaela and Asher get call backs to their firm of choice while Connor and Laurel have no luck. Bonnie is moving on with her life away from Annalise. She works at the DA’s office now and she’s bitter af that Annalise let her go. That comes into play a little later, but hold that thought. Jasmine’s case isn’t looking good at first. There’s body camera footage of her soliciting the arresting officer for sex. Then it comes out that Jasmine was pimped out to a crew of savages by her father, at 13-year-old, for some drugs. Basically, this is a nod to broken people getting sucked into a broken system that discards them instead of actually reforming them. via GIPHY Annalise realizes that her client is a sex trafficking victim and reaches out to Bonnie for help because needs Jasmine’s sealed files from when she was a minor, from the DA’s office. Bonnie gets real stank and refuses, but Frank’s stalker behind slides in with the goods. He’s still trying to get back in Annalise’s good graces so he shows up to her hotel room with the info, and even though she’s not thrilled to see him she takes the files. Frank leaves without incident, but tells her that he’s always there when she needs him. via GIPHY Annalise’s counselor is trying to get her to see that this case is close to her heart she she was also a victim of child sex abuse. Annalise denise this, but c’mon son, we know what it is. Anyway, Annalise digs deep in court. She found disparities in how Jasmine’s case was handled as a child. Basically Jasmine was the judge’s only black client and while the judge didn’t send her to jail and sealed her record out of courtesy, he didn’t make sure she was released to a safe  environment. However, he made sure that his white clients were protected. This method of defense is unorthodox because Annalise is gonna Annalise, but she did a good job of making the court see that Jasmine was treated as a criminal instead of a victim and set up for failure. As a result, the judge orders Jasmine’s previous records to be sealed and allows her to get out of jail and be eligible for assistance. As long as Jasmine stays out of court she can live her life and apply for work without worrying about a prior convictions. Annalise is there when a grateful Jasmine gets out of jail and even sends her off with money. However, she reveals to her counselor that she thinks Jasmine will be reaching out to her soon, saying that she’s back on the streets and back on drugs. Hopefully not. Annalise claims she’s done adopting people because she ruins lives, but this wouldn’t be a bad passion project…from a distance. Just wire Jasmine some dough here and there and send some people to keep her lifted and out of trouble. via GIPHY The episode winds down with news that Michaela got an offer from Kaplan and Gold (the firm she and Asher wanted), but Asher didn’t. Laurel urges her to take the job because it’s the firm that represents her father and then she drops the bomb. She reveals that her father killed Wes. Michaela is rightfully stunned. via GIPHY Two months later, we’re at the hospital with Laurel freaking over her missing baby after regaining consciousness. Annalise’s counselor is at the hospital witnessing this. He calls Annalise, who doesn’t pick up, and leaves her a message  wondering where she is but also informing her that Laurel is awake. Then we cut to Bonnie on the bloody scene of a crime. It looks like someone was dragged out of an elevator. We don’t know who it is, but in next week’s preview Annalise is going to be called to identify the body. Lordt. Here we go again. Ariel Winter: I Don’t MEAN to Show My Butt All the Time!

Ariel Winter is known for her acting skills, her outspoken feminism, and also for being gorgeous. She shares a lot of photos and she’s in the public eye a lot, so her looks get noticed. It helps that she wears a lot of stuff that shows off her curves. But now Ariel Winter says that she doesn’t actually mean to be showing her butt as much as she does. Which is a bit of a surprise. It might seem like Ariel Winter has been on television forever, but the Modern Family star is 19 years old. She just happens to have been a child actor before she was an adult actor. Almost ten months ago, Ariel Winter stirred up controversy by dating Levi Meaden, who turns 30 one week from today. ( Ariel and Levi just head their 9 month anniversary last month) Even though they’re both adults, neither of them are old enough to be each other’s parent or whatever, their relationship got and still gets a lot of criticism. Especially after Levi moved in with Ariel. In part, maybe it’s because of their age gap, though less than 11 years isn’t the hugest age gap in the world, especially considering that they’re both hot. (You know that it makes a difference in everyone’s minds if they’re both hot) We suspect that the biggest “outrage” behind Ariel dating Levi isn’t their age difference or their disparate levels of fame. It’s that a bunch of people thirst after Ariel and are mad that she’s dating somebody else. Ariel Winter hasn’t been shy about showing off her butt. It’s not unusual for her to just let her peach hang out in a bikini . (Social media is a true gift) But while we’ve also seen her badonkadonk whens he’s sporting daisy dukes and not much else , apparently she doesn’t just wear daisy dukes as an excuse to flaunt her butt. In fact, the glimpses of her butt cheeks that people get when she’s wearing those cutoffs aren’t intentional at all . Recently, Ariel Winter was spotted in daisy dukes while out and about. They did basically nothing to conceal her butt, of course. That posterior cannot be tamed, clearly. But yesterday, Ariel tweeted out that this isn’t deliberate. “I literally do not try and show my ass when I wear shorts…my ass just eats them up and then I don’t notice…awkward af.” (Note that “af” means “as f–k,” basically just meaning “very” in youthful parlance shared by Millennials and those members of Generation Z who are of tweeting age, though Ariel is definitely a Millennial) In the past, Ariel has made some stellar points about body positivity, slut-shaming, and very specifically about how showing her butt isn’t a big deal. And she’s right, it isn’t. Barring some really rare birth defects or truly tragic accidents, everybody has a butt. Yes, even the folks who lament that they “have no ass.” They have a butt, it’s just not particularly large or shapely. Though Ariel Winter’s twerking shows that she knows the effect that her butt can have, she’s defended herself and her shorts-wearing before, saying that she’s not a whore for wearing short-shorts , basically. That’s true. The clothing that you wear doesn’t make you promiscuous or a sex worker. And neither being promiscuous or sex workers are a bad thing. We would point out that we’d advise everyone, not just Ariel Winter, to be conscious of how much of their bodies their clothing might reveal. Show as much as you like, sure, but if you don’t want the parking lot to see your derriere when you put away your groceries, keep that in mind when you pick out your outfit for that day. Scott Disick Placed on 5150 Psychiatric Hold (Report)

Kourtney Kardashian’s troubled ex Scott Disick has been in the midst of downward spiral for months, but he appears to have hit rock bottom. Multiple outlets are reporting that the reality star and father of three was recently hospitalized and placed under a 5150 psychiatric hold. The news comes after months of reports of Disick drinking heavily and traveling the globe in what insiders have described as a non-stop party. It’s unclear what sort of behavior prompted authorities to rule that Disick was a danger to himself or others, but he was reportedly taken into custody late on the night of August 18: “On August 18th LAFD responded to a call from the home of Scott Disick,” the Los Angeles Fire Department tells  Us Weekly of the incident. “Lost Hills Sheriffs were also on the scene shortly there after. LAFD officials transported Mr. Disick to a local hospital. No other information will be given out at this time.” Us reports that despite their messy breakup, Kourtney visited the hospital several times to show her support for Scott. Sources say Kourtney is deeply concerned about Disick, who has been in rehab four times since 2015. His latest bender is believed to have began after Scott learned that Kourtney is in a serious relationship with Younes Bendjima . The 23-year-old male model is not just dating Kourtney, but has reportedly assumed a father figure role in the lives of Scott’s children. Disick is now out of the hospital following the aforementioned incident, but it seems his erratic behavior shows no signs of abating.  Several insiders are claiming that Scott is ignoring his friends and family’s pleas that he enter rehab to get the treatment he needs. Adding to concerns is the fact that Disick has unexpectedly moved out of the Hidden Hills home he purchased to be closer to his children. He recently placed the property up for sale or rent. “Scott is absolutely losing his mind, and that is why he has moved out of the Hidden Hills house,” a source close to the situation tells Radar Online. “He does not want his kids around Younes, and he does not want Younes to try and be a father figure at all.” There’s currently no word on where Scott is living, or whether or not he’s still drinking after his release from the 5150. Sources close to the Kardashians say the family had hoped to keep news of the 34-year-old’s hospitalization under wraps. The last time, Disick was hospitalized is when he nearly died of alcohol poisoning while partying in the Hamptons in 2014. Our thoughts go out to Disick and his family during this difficult time, and we hope that Scott is able to find the help that he needs. Beyonce Shares Photo of Twins, CONFIRMS Baby Names!

After a solid month of rumors, gossip speculation and discussion from countless sources, we have finally heard from Beyonce herself. And Queen Bey delivered. Big time. The global music icon has confirmed the names of her newborn twins and shared the first photo of the pair, a fittingly glorious image. Somewhat amazingly, the widely circulated  Beyonce baby names we reported late last month actually turned out to be accurate. Neither the mother of three nor her husband Jay Z had publicly commented on the names (or even their birth, for that matter). As was the case with their first child, Blue Ivy Carter, the private couple kept all the details to themselves until they were ready. So we were left wondering when, or if, they would do so here, and highly skeptical of Internet reports citing “sources” with intel. But in this case, the rumors were true. “Sir Carter and Rumi 1 month today,” the 35-year-old captioned the photo above on Instagram in the early hours of Friday morning.  Posted four hours ago, it has already received more than four million Likes as we type … probably a lot more by the time you read this. (Don’t you even think of NOT engaging with it, either. The Beygency  has spreadsheets of all people who view it but don’t Follow or Like.) Also noteworthy – and overshadowed by that epic photo – is her acknowledgement of Sir and Rumi Carter’s birthday, one month ago. That would indicate the little kids’ birth as Wednesday, June 14, a solid 3-4 days before word got out that Beyonce gave birth to twins . Pretty impressive in this day and age. The family portrait, in which Bey wears a Palomo Spain ensemble, we’re told, evokes the same themes as her stunning maternity photo. Without question, the photo of her with the twins is a callback to Beyonce and Jay Z’s double baby announcement in February (above).  The couple reportedly filed trademark documents with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in late June to protect the baby names. Their company filed papers to trademark the monikers for items like fragrances and cosmetics to baby gear, tote bags, and water bottles. Are we serious? Yes, Sir! (Sorry, we had to.) Filing to trademark names of infants less than a month old may sound patently (eh, eh?) absurd for anyone not named Jay Z and Beyonce. Yet it makes perfect sense for the Carters, because you know someone would actually try to do exactly what they’re trying to prevent. (Sir Carter is gonna be an epic rap name, BTW.) Rumi and Sir join big sister Blue Ivy, 5. Their proud parents stepped out last night to support Roc Nation artist Vic Mensa in Los Angeles. In one of the A-list duo’s first public appearances since expanding their family, “she was all smiles,” an onlooker reports, and rightfully so. Dressed in a white long-sleeve mini dress, she had her arm wrapped around her 47-year-old husband’s waist as they left the bash. Jay-Z briefly went on stage Thursday night to introduce the rapper, who recently announced his debut album, The Autobiography . Neither addressed their family in any way, shape or form … likely knowing Beyonce planned to do so in the wee hours of this morning. It’s been a crazy month, much of which was spent in the hospital, but Beyonce and her family are all at living home, happy and healthy. For a while, their health was the subject of much discussion as the twins’ stay in the hospital dragged on longer than expected. From what we’re told, unspecified health issues after their birth – most likely signs of jaundice – delayed the duo’s departure significantly. While obviously concerning to any new parent, newborns spending time “under the lights” to correct possible liver issues is commonplace. There are no long-term effects or major health risks … only risks to mom and dad’s sanity being cooped up there for a week. Congrats again to the family! What do you think of the names? Hit or miss? George Clooney Sells Tequila Company For $1 BILLION

George Clooney turned 56 last month, and we think it’s a safe bet that most if not all of those years have been pretty damn good. There may have been some low points pre- ER when he was working for Roseanne and forced to compliment her ’80s wardrobe, but we’re guessing that on 95-99% of the mornings he’s gotten out of bed, George has looked and mirror and thought, Damn, it’s good to be The Cloon. (We have no real reason to believe he calls himself The Cloon, but George strikes us a man who wouldn’t want to waste a solid nickname.) We mention all this just to underscore how impressive it is that George continually manages to top himself in terms of baller status. It’s not like he set the bar low early on with a few decades living in his mom’s basement, ya know? As we approach the half way point of 2017, George has crossed off what were probably the only remaining items on his bucket list: Earlier this month Clooney became a dad , when his wife, Amal, gave birth to twins. And today, George became a billionaire. Okay, technically, George sold his tequila company, Casamigos, to liquor giant Diageo for $700 million with another $300 million to be paid out over the next ten years based on performance. But we’re not gonna split hairs with a dude who finalized a nine-figure business deal before we finished our breakfast Cheetos, ya know? Clooney founded Casamigos in 2013 with entertainment mogul and husband of Cindy Crawford, Rande Gerber. It’s about time something went right for these guys, ya know? Casamigos (which means “house of friends” in Spanish) started out as a private tequila collective, producing small batches of booze to be gifter to family and friends. Yes, that’s the most baller thing you can find outside of Diddy video. And yes, George became a billionaire by accident because he clearly pledged his soul to the same demon who’s keeping Keith Richards alive. “If you asked us four years ago if we had a billion dollar company, I don’t think we would have said yes,” Clooney sad in a statement issued today. “This reflects Diageo’s belief in our company and our belief in Diageo. But we’re not going anywhere. We’ll still be very much a part of Casamigos. Starting with a shot tonight. Maybe two.” We’ll toast to that, George! Except we’ll be drinking some Tijuana-made rotgut with a worm in the bottom, because we have that pesky ” not being billionaires” thing to contend with. It’s getting seriously annoying, so if you wanted to help us out with a few mill, we wouldn’t yell at you.

Prodigy Choked on an Egg Before His Death

When the world learned that Prodigy the rapper had passed away at 42 , long-time fans immediately thought of his lifelong battle with sickle-cell anemia. His publicist’s statement confirmed that sickle-cell anemia was a factor, combined with the intense heat of his last venue. But it turns out that there’s more to this story. TMZ reports that, while in the hospital on Tuesday morning, while being treated for sickle-cell anemia, Prodigy choked on an egg . They report that their sources include both those close to Prodigy and those investigating his death. It’s still unclear if that caused or contributed to his death. But we can all imagine the horror of receiving treatment for a devastating illness … only to choke to death. And it’s easy to imagine happening. Prodigy would have been weakened and dehydrated by his condition. Hospital beds are also not really designed for comfortable eating. Laying on your back, as he may have been at the time, can make it much easier to choke. Prodigy has been a respected hip-hop artist. He’s been credited with essentially being one of the artists who defined the genre. He’s best known for being half of the duo known as Mobb Deep since 1992. The other member of the duo was Havoc. Those are both names of X-Men but we think that it’s a coincidence — rappers and superheroes have a lot of name overlap. But he’s performed with other artists, even in the days leading up to his hospitalization. Sometimes our curiosity has limits. Sometimes we find out things that nobody needed to know about celebrities when they die. We’ve already learned more than we want to about  Carrie Fisher’s toxicology report . And yes,  Carrie would want us to know , but not every celebrity wants their private life splayed open. We could absolutely understand if Prodigy’s loved ones are less happy with this news being shared. His fans certainly want to know the details of his passing. But those closest to him want to balance giving fans closure … … With preserving his dignity. We all remember the sensational and sad report about David Carradine’s death . That’s not how he would have wanted to be remembered. Realistically, even if he asphyxiated on an egg, it was the sickle-cell anemia that’s plagued him since birth that sealed his fate. It wasn’t even the devastating Las Vegas heat, where temperatures had reached 110 degrees Fahrenheit. Though that certainly exacerbated the situation. His sickle-cell anemia would have left his immune system compromised. And, more relevant to the scorching desert climate of Nevada, it would have made it easier for him to become dehydrated. So, while the investigation is ongoing, we don’t expect whatever the final determination is to change our view of the situation, egg or no egg. Kim Zolciak: Don’t Worry, Kash Still Loves Dogs!

It’s easy — and fun — to give Kim Zolciak a hard time, because, like most reality stars, she can be a little ridiculous. But her son Kash suffered a traumatic dog attack — just a little over a month ago. Now Kim’s shared the most heartwarming update on his progress. He’s doing so well! Keep in mind that the attack was so vicious that he had to go to the hospital  and undergo surgery. He’s going to be just fine, but still. Kim shared on Instagram that, even on his second day in the hospital, he was already happy to snuggle a service dog. And now she’s sharing photos of him on Snapchat.where he helped a stray dog that had just given birth. So, fair warning: these pics will melt even the iciest heart. Most traumatic injuries are accompanied by emotional trauma. In some cases, it’s important to learn from the experience so that you never repeat a mistake. In other cases, “learning” from your experience a little too well can keep you from enjoying life. Most of us have, at some point or another, met someone with a gripping fear of dogs. Sometimes it’s just an irrational fear, possibly brought about by — as fake as this sounds — traumatic experiences that their ancestors endured. Look, scientists are saying that phobias might be caused by that, not us. In other cases, they’re people who went through what young Kash did — they met one of the few dogs in this world that isn’t a being of absolute good. If you had a traumatic experience with the ocean, fine, you can just avoid going into the ocean again. It’s easy — we’re not in the ocean right now. Humans don’t really belong there anyway. Dogs, on the other hand, are part of our families and part of our society. Not being a dog person can kind of be a dealbreaker for a lot of future relationships. And people will totally judge you for it. Dogs are precious and being afraid of them is gonna get in your way throughout life. But just look at how well Kash is doing! There are grown-ass adults who lack his maturity, but this little boy is 100% down to snuggle each and every dog. Seriously, Kim Zolciak said that Kash kept trying to feed the stray dog his breakfast, because he is just unbearably sweet . We wish him the speediest possible recovery. We also wish that we knew more about the original incident where he was attacked. But apparently Kim’s being tight-lipped about it … well, as tight as those lips of hers can get, anyway … based on legal advice. That’s life, we guess. But at least dogs are still cute.
