HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Charlie Sheen may be on the verge of a plea deal with prosecutors over his domestic violence arrest on Christmas Day in Aspen. Prosecutor Arnold Mordkin tells The Aspen Times that the two sides moved closed to reaching a deal in the last week.
