Neil Diamond singing “Sweet Caroline” at Fenway Park is pretty cool. But not nearly as cool as finding a 3.85-carat diamond at a state park that could be worth as much as $30,000! That’s what happened to 14-year old Tana Clymer this weekend, as the Oklahoma City native went digging around Arkansas State Park and came up with a seriously expensive stone. Girl Finds VERY Expensive Diamond in Park “I thought it was a piece of paper or foil from a candy wrapper,” Clymer told Good Morning America. “Then, when I touched it, I thought it was a marble.” In actuality, it was a teardrop-shaped diamond that could be worth as much as $30,000 and, incredibly, is the the 396th diamond found in the park – which sits on an eroded ancient volcanic – in 2013. Assistant Superintendent Bill Henderson says visitors are permitted to keep whatever they find at the venue. “No two diamonds are alike, and each diamond finder’s story is unique, too,” he said in a statement. “What an experience for Tana to remember the rest of her life.” Tana has named the diamond God’s Jewel and told GMA that divine intervention played a role in this discovery. “I think God pointed me to it,” she says. “I was about to sprint to join my family, and God told me to slow down and look. Then I found the diamond.”
The Voice coach Cee Lo Green has been charged with one felony count of furnishing a controlled substance, the L.A. County D.A.’s Office confirms. Cee Lo pleaded not guilty to the charge, which stemmed from a sexual assault allegation. A woman accused Green of taking advantage of her while on ecstasy. Cee Lo Green Pleads Not Guilty Green, whose real name is Thomas DeCarlo Callaway, “allegedly slipped ecstacy to a 33-year-old female” on a date last summer, according to the D.A. Green, 39, and the woman later went back to her hotel room, but the prosecutors declined to file sexual assault charges , “citing insufficient evidence.” The woman had previously accused Green of spiking her drink, which the singer denied. He cooperated with and even encouraged a police investigation. Among the problems with her claim that Cee Lo behaved shadily that night? The fact that the two had dated for several months and been intimate before. Whatever happened, officials determined there wasn’t evidence of wrongdoing on his part, except for having the drug, which he apparently admitted on tape. If convicted, Green faces up to four years in prison, although more likely, he won’t do any time as a first offender. He is due back in court November 20.

Earlier this month, Stan and Claudia Gocman sat down to finally watch the unedited video of their wedding day, following a series of snafus in which photographer Anthony Aurelius first sent the wrong video and then sent one with many important moments missing. So the newlyweds actually shelled out extra money for this special footage, only to recoil when they heard a series of anti-Semitic comments made by someone off camera. Anti-Semitic Wedding Video: Slurs Caught on Camera “Some of the Jewish women are very beautiful to look at,” said a man, believed to be Aurelius. “But I can tell you, they’d be right f-cking cows… they’d be a pain in the arse.” Later, this same voice says the bride is unattractive; Jewish people are “snooty” and not very nice; and he doesn’t “blame Hitler” for the Holocaust. Seriously. Even Mel Gibson shuttered at that last one. Aurelius and his assistant – who is also heard saying Jews are “the meanest people in the world” – evidently left the camera running while they followed the wedding party from the synagogue to the hotel where their reception was held. In response to this incident, Clauda wrote an email to Aurelius, saying the video “completely ruined the memories of our day.” And he actually replied with a hand-written letter in which he gave the couple a full refund and said he has to “look at myself.” Later on, he added an email follow-up and said: “I am very sorry for our stupid, childish conversation. I am also very sorry for offending you and possibly your family also. You did not deserve this. Miss America 2014 Nina Davuluri is brushing off the deluge of racist Tweets that followed her win last night, while denying that she bashed her predecessor. Many of the tweets were attacks on the fact that Nina, 24, is the first woman of Indian-American descent to win the pageant and wear the crown. She was referred to as “the Arab,” or “the terrorist,” or “Miss 7-11” by some, with commenters pointing out “This is America, not India” and so forth. If it’s bothering her at all, Nina Davuluri isn’t showing it. “I have to rise above that,” said the former Miss New York and native of Syracuse, N.Y. “I always viewed myself as first and foremost American.” “I’m so happy this organization has embraced diversity,” she said. “I’m thankful there are children watching at home who can finally relate to a new Miss America.” Meanwhile, Davuluri, 24, addressed a scandalous report that surfaced several days before Sunday night’s pageant in a sitdown with Good Morning America . According to Page Six , Nina was said to have been secretly recorded calling Mallory Hagan “fat as f–k” before the pageant. Hagan is Miss America 2013. At the time, she said the remarks were made by “people in my hotel room” and MIss America organizers said there was “no validity” to the report. “Oh my gosh,” said Davuluri on Monday, addressing the controversy head-on. “It was such an unfortunate situation. I never made those comments.” “I called Mallory and have apologized to her because it was the right thing to do. And we worked it out. She’s been an incredible resource throughout this journey.” She noted that she hugged Mallory Hagan after winning Miss America 2014 . “And I’m just so thankful to have her be a part of this,” Davuluri said. According to Radar Online Lamar Odom had taken a giant step toward recovery by checking into an out-patient rehabilitation program… that was until he blew off a meeting with a drug counsellor on Tuesday, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned. The drug-troubled two-time NBA championship star blew off full-blown rehab because he has “major trust issues and didn’t feel comfortable in a rehab setting,” according to a source close to Odom. He agreed, instead, to enroll in a program to seek help for his addiction to OxyContin, Ambien and crack — a program that would ultimately allow him to go out in public and lead a relatively normal life. “Lamar had been scheduled to meet with a counsellor on Tuesday, but blew off the meeting,” revealed the insider. “Sadly, it doesn’t appear that Lamar is on track to getting healthy.” Those close to the ex-Los Angeles Lakers star — including the Kardashians clan — remain convinced he must check into serious rehab to get clean. Odom’s long-time sports agent Jeff Schwartz is “frustrated with Lamar because he is trying to get him to realize he must go back to rehab,” added the source. “Lamar just shuts down the topic whenever it’s brought up,” said the source. “When Jeff or anyone pushes Lamar to get help, he just abruptly ends the telephone call and let’s future calls go to voicemail. There is only so much Lamar’s inner circle can do… those that love him, including Khloe, cannot persuade him.” Serial philanderer Odom was popped for a DUI on August 30 when cops spotted him driving over the speed limit. He refused to take a chemical test and now faces losing his drivers license for up to a year. A rep for Odom did not immediately return a request for comment.
