Today, the longest, most vitriolic presidential election in US history will finally comes to a close. (Unless someone does something crazy like contest the results even if they have no legal grounds on which to do so, but this is America. We wouldn’t stand for something like that, right? RIGHT?!) You may think that no one could possibly be more ready than you are to see this thing finally wrap up (hopefully in a riot-free fashion), but you would be wrong: You may remember Tiffany Trump from her speech at the Republican National Convention in July and then … well, that’s about all you would remember her for. While the three eldest Trump kids have been stumping for their daddy for the past 17 months, Tiff has maintained a significantly lower profile. Hell, Melania Trump, has done more public speaking over the course of this campaign, and she basically just gets up there and reads from Michelle Obama’s diary. Many have wondered why the 22-year-old recent University of Pennsylvania grad chooses to play such a non-existent role in her father’s run for the White House. After all, anyone who’s familiar with Tiffany’s music career knows that she craves the spotlight and is willing to deeply humiliate herself in order to get it: Tiffany Trump: “Like a Bird” So why isn’t she out there drumming up support for her father at rally events all over the country? Well, it might be that Tiff is fully aware of what most Americans have known for years: Her dad is the douche to end all douches. Check out what he had to say about Tiffany during his 50 millionth call-in interview on Fox & Friends this morning: Around the 14:40 mark in the clip above, Trump gives a shout-out to his kids, as only he can: Donald Trump on Tiffany Trump: Who? “I’m very proud of my children. I mean, I’m just looking at them right now, as an example for your show. But I’m very proud. “Because Don and Eric and Ivanka and—you know, to a lesser extent because she just got out of school, out of college—but, uh, Tiffany, who has also been so terrific. “I mean, they work so hard.” Yeah, it’s always nice to hear your dad praise your siblings, then grudgingly add your name to the list “to a lesser extent.” Throughout the entire interview, Trump only made a brief, passing reference to his youngest son, Barron, who made a couple appearances but barely helped out at all, ya know? Sure, he’s only 10, but when is he gonna start pulling his weight?! Jeez! Trump also referenced the support he received from New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and coach Bill Belichick. At a rally last night, Trump claimed Brady had already voted for him, and he carefully walked back that lie today. Interestingly, Brady’s wife, Gisele Bundchen, says she and husband will not be supporting Trump . Juding by a tweet sent out last night, Calvin Harris is done feuding with Taylor Swift . Or maybe he’s just trying to get back in her pants. You know. Harris tweeted, “I am blessed to work with incredible artists @rihanna @taylorswift13 thank you!!!” He shared his own update after retweeting an item that read, ” This Is What You Came For is the only song released this year to be certified 2x platinium in the UK congrats @CalvinHarris and @rihanna!” Somebody’s excited, and for Harris to single Taylor out, when her participation in the production was muted to begin with, speaks volumes. Recently, Taylor was reported to be pregnant , and judging by some photos we saw of her, we’re wondering if it’s true. And if Harris is, indeed, the father … since he’s being so forward in making a public reconciliation with Taylor, whether for business or pleasure. Earlier this week, a source reportedly close to Swift revealed, “Taylor Swift’s circle is buzzing with word that the good-girl singer – who’s currently single – is pregnant.” The source continued and said that her emotions have been in a spiral, and that she had been avoiding alcohol at all costs as of late. Those are some pretty big indicators, right? It was also reported that Taylor did put on some weight, which was “totally out of character” for her, and that she’s “eating twice as much.” Oh snap. Two kale smoothies instead of one. That does look like a bump, though, right? And not just extra greenery? The source continued, and claimed that they’d put their money on Calvin Harris as the father, and never before has it been more evident that Harris is trying to mend fences. Will the residents of Mystic Falls ever find happiness? That was a key question on The Vampire Diaries Season 8 Episode 3 when Sybil put a plan in motion to get Damon and Enzo away from the ladies in their lives. We kicked things off with Sybil changing the memory of the car crash that killed Elena’s parents. It was a heartbreaking scene, that signaled the return of Liz Forbes. Sybil made Damon think Elena died in the car crash, but Damon didn’t care because Sybil had already wiped her from existence in his memory. Sybil then tried to get Enzo to switch off his humanity, but she quickly realized she would need to take Bonnie out of the equation if she had any hope of taking the two men on as her soldiers. Caroline and Bonnie were in a bridal store, trying to find dresses for the wedding, but Damon showed up and ruined the fun. Caroline managed to overpower him, and they made their escape. The two friends hit up the Salvatore mansion, but Stefan had already removed the weapons so the house was not full of hazards for the kids. Stefan was busy working with Alaric to try and find a way to take Sybil down, but things were pretty awkward between them. Stefan got a phone call to go meet Damon, but he was scared Damon was going to try trick him into something. When they met up, Damon asked Stefan to help him, but he couldn’t reveal what the plan was. When he opened his trunk, Enzo was unconscious. View Slideshow: 17 Television Characters Who Have Served Their Country Sybil showed up at the Salvatore mansion and told Caroline and Bonnie that Damon would be fighting to the death with Enzo and the winner would be her soldier. Sybil was being surprisingly civil with the two ladies. It seemed like the two of them were going to die, but Sybil let them in on the plan. They set off for the fight, but Bonnie got sick of Sybil and put her through the windscreen of the car. When they got to the fight, Sybil arrived and told the two men to stop fighting, before turning Enzo’s humanity switch off. She then gave Bonnie a head start to run off before Damon caught her. Alaric stepped in with the pitchfork and hit it. It made Sybil fall to the ground and the team swooped in to kidnap her. They succeeded, but she could still contact Damon from the armory. Damon then set off to cause a world of destruction. He went for Tyler Lockwood and actually murdered him. You guys, Damon is completely freaking crazy. There’s really no turning back from what he’s done now and even Alaric thinks that saving him is a lost cause. Sybil may be captured, but she still has a whole lot of control. I mean, we’re only three episodes into the final season, so there’s still a lot of story left to tell. The ex-wife of convicted sex offender Jared Fogle has opened up in a new interview with CBS This Morning. In a sit-down with the news outlet, Katie McLaughlin says she had no idea that the man who fathered her two children was a pedophile. She found out in the most dramatic, stunning way possible. “You could look up every word in a dictionary or thesaurus for ‘horrible’ and none of them describe what this year has been like,” McLaughlin told Anna Werner. She was married to Fogle for five years and is the mother of a five-year old and a three-year old she had with Fogle. When did she know that Fogle was in trouble with the law? When did she learn about the heinous allegations against him? When FBI agents knocked on the door of her home in July of last year, that’s when. “I knew nothing about his involvement in anything. … They just walk in and you’re just in shock,” she says. “I didn’t understand any of it to be honest. I mean, you just – you float out of yourself because the FBI shouldn’t be in your house.” Fogle, the former Subway spokesperson, was sentenced to 15 years behind bars in November for ogling photos of underage children online and for soliciting sex from them. In a new lawsuit filed against Subway by McLaughlin, she claims that the fast food chain was aware of Fogle’s illegal and disgusting activities while Fogle worked for it. “As early as 2004, Subway’s then Senior Vice President of Marketing received a complaint that Jared had approached a young girl at a promotional event for a Las Vegas Subway franchise for a sex act,” reads a portion of the legal document, obtained by Radar Online. It continues: “Subway exploited his family despite knowing of allegations that Jared was a pedophile and failing to properly investigate those allegations.” As part of this lawsuit, it came out that Fogle allegedly had sex with girls as young as nine years old. Yes, nine years old. A professor at the University of Ottawa in Canada who studied the ex-Subway spokesperson testified that his conclusion was Fogle suffered from mild pedophilia, hypersexuality and alcohol abuse and dependency, according to the Associated Press. “I can’t even think about him at this point in my life,” McLaughlin told CBS when asked if she still loves the father of her kids. “Of course there is anger there … he had two lives going on.
