Now, she’s trying to set some new conditions on the baby’s visitation to make sure she’s safe and taken care of. Apparently Breezy hears her loud and clear and doesn’t plan on putting up a fight. It seems like everyone’s breaking into Chris’s home and this has Nia worried about Chris and the safety of their daughter! “She was really upset,” an insider EXCLUSIVELY told HollywoodLife.com. “Even though she can’t stand him, she wants him to take care of himself.” Nia also wants Royalty to grow up with her father, the source said. But, before she can feel comfortable enough to let her stay over with Breezy, he needs to make an effort to ensure she’s safe! Message received! Jeremih Arrested For DUI This won’t be one of Jeremih’s happier birthdays, it seems. The singer was pulled over by police on the way back from his Thursday night turn-up early this morning, and promptly arrested once officers determined that he was too inebriated for the road. Via TMZ : R&B star Jeremih rang in his birthday by singing the DUI blues — he got arrested early Friday morning in the Valley … TMZ has learned. The “Don’t Tell ‘Em” singer was pulled over by California Highway Patrol around 2:15 AM and booked for misdemeanor DUI. Jeremih turned 28 on Friday … so, we’re guessing he was out celebrating. He ended up spending the rest of the night behind bars. Bail was set at $15k, and he was released around 11 AM. Hope the turn up was good … ’cause tonight’s gonna suck. Damn homie. Following their creepy set of poses for the clothing brand in November of 2014, the famous sisters are now helping the brand launch its latest assortment of clothing and accessories. The following picture is on behalf of PacSun’s “Las Rebeldes” collection (that would be “the rebels” in Spanish), as the line will available exclusively at PacSun stores starting July 18. The Americans for Best Drama The Americans is only the best written, most tense show on television. Downton Abbey, meanwhile, has grown worse each year. 2. Walton Goggins for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Led by Timothy Olyphant and Walton Goggins, Justified delivered a terrific final season. Jim Carter? He doesn’t have a quarter of the range that Goggins possesses. 3. Gina Rodriguez for Outstanding Actress in a Comedy Gina Rodriguez was a breath of young, fresh air on Jane the Virgin this year. We adore Edie Falco, meanwhile, she may be the best TV actress of her generation. But not when it comes to comedy. 4. The Good Wife for Best Drama Homeland is a once-great show that is now a shadow of its former self. The Good Wife must produce nearly twice as many episodes as dramas on cable… and yet it keeps getting better. 5. A Colorado jury has found James Eagan Holmes guilty of first-degree murder in the deaths of 12 people at an Aurora movie theater three years ago. As a result, Holmes could face the death penalty. Despite an attempt by defense attorneys to paint Holmes as insane for his attack at a premiere screening of The Dark Knight Rises on July 20, 2012, the culprit was found guilty of the following: 24 counts of first-degree murder. 140 counts of attempted murder. One explosives count. “The families in Aurora have found justice; we must now work to prevent cases like these,” said Congresswoman Watson Coleman in response to the verdict. Holmes, a 27-year old former doctoral student in neuroscience at the University of Colorado-Denver, pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity to the charges against him. He never denied carrying out the bloody massacre. With his hair dyed orange, Holmes told police upon apprehension that he was The Joker . At the time of the rampage, he wore a ballistic helmet, a vest, a throat protector, a gas mask and black tactical gloves. Sentencing begins next Wednesday and it may take as long as a month before we know whether Holmes receives the death penalty or simply life in prison.

I’m not abusing medication.” Oh? Does anyone believe that? “I was just worried with her driving down the road, jacked up with the girls in the back,” Corey Simms said of his concerns. The results? Leah’s drug tests were negative, and the pair’s custody agreement stayed intact … for how long, it’s unclear. “I knew it would come back negative,” Leah declared, though clearly, based on this spring’s trip to rehab, Corey had a point. We worry about her, even now. Finally, Chelsea Houska teamed up with Adam Lind’s other ex-girlfriend / baby mama Taylor Halbur to take him on in court. Somehow, Adam Lind is seeking custody. #SMH on that one. To his credit, he went to a Christmas event at Aubree’s school. When the show was over, Aubree threw herself into Adam’s arms, leaving Chelsea Houska awkwardly crying as always. On the plus side, she’s looking amazing these days and is in a great relationship with Cole De Boer … so take that, Adam. Former Playboy model Izabella St. James is weighing in on Holly Madison and why she is opening up about being Hugh Hefner’s girlfriend now. St. James’ abridged theory: Holly’s a pathetic, creepy, weirdo liar who’s just bitter because she was the one who had to please Hefner sexually. Yup, this is gonna be good … According to Kendra Wilkinson, Holly is out for revenge because she was cut out of Hef’s will. But Izabella thinks it goes even deeper than that. Sort of literally in some cases, if you follow. About Holly, whose book Down the Rabbit Hole makes some startling allegations about Hefner and Playboy , Izabella says her motive is clear: “She is selling the book by making outrageous claims, doing tell-all interviews where she says he degraded her and calls it the house of horrors.” “If it was the house of horrors,” Izabella adds , then Madison, rather than Hefner’s victim, “was the most willing and happy participant of it all.” Izabella believes Holly’s crazy claims stem from bitterness over being ostracized from the “core” Bunny group, referring them to the “cool kids.” After Madison was shunned as Hef’s “favorite” girl, St. James says, she became so desperate that she began emulating everything Hugh did. And doing anything he wanted to do. To her. According to Izabella, 39, Hef just wasn’t that into Holly, 35, even though Madison did everything to get him back into her any way she could. Holly was allegedly an active participant in orgies ending wth Hef “finishing off himself,” as well as the only willing participant in more sex acts. Maybe not, in retrospect, given the sex with Hugh Hefner … but with all the mind games going on behind closed doors, you do have to wonder.
