Kim Richards has taken the first step on a hopeful path to recovery: The reality star has admitted she needs professional assistance. According to TMZ insiders, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star – who was arrested for drunken behavior on April 16 – has checked into a Malibu rehab facility. Richards allegedly had way too much to drink at a lunch in the Beverly Hills Hotel… locked herself in the bathroom… and then kicked a police officer after being taken into custody. She was booked and charged with trespassing, resisting arrest, public intoxication, and battery. The issue of Kim’s sobriety was a issue of contention for cast members and for anyone who chose to watch to watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills online . Richards swore throughout the season that she was sober, but fights broke out with Lisa Rinna and sister Kyle over the validity of this statement. Since her embarrassing arrest, the rumor mill has been churning over whether or not Kim Richards will return next year to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. One report said Richard had to attend rehab if there were any chance for her to continue on Bravo, which may explain why TMZ writes Kim will remain at this facility “for as long as it takes.” We hope she gets better. Death Toll Rises Over 1,100 After Earthquake Strike Nepal, South Asia Our prayers are with the people in Nepal, Tibet, Bangladesh, India and surrounding South Asian regions devastated by one of the worst earthquakes to ever strike the area. According to NY Post reports : A powerful earthquake struck Nepal Saturday, killing at least 1,180 people across a swath of four countries as the violently shaking earth collapsed houses, leveled centuries-old temples and triggered avalanches on Mt. Everest. It was the worst tremor to hit the poor South Asian nation in over 80 years. At least 1,130 people were confirmed dead across Nepal, according to the police. Another 34 were killed in India, 12 in Tibet and two in Bangladesh. Two Chinese citizens died in the Nepal-China border. The death toll is almost certain to rise, said deputy Inspector General of Police Komal Singh Bam. It was a few minutes before noon when the quake, with a preliminary magnitude of 7.8, began to rumble across the densely populated Kathmandu Valley, rippling through the capital Kathmandu and spreading in all directions — north toward the Himalayas and Tibet, south to the Indo-Gangetic plains, east toward the Brahmaputra delta of Bangladesh and west toward the historical city of Lahore in Pakistan. A magnitude-6.6 aftershock hit about an hour later, and at least 16 aftershocks continued to jolt the region for hours. Residents ran out of homes and buildings in panic. Walls tumbled, trees swayed, power lines came crashing down and large cracks opened up on streets and walls. “Our village has been almost wiped out. Most of the houses are either buried by landslide or damaged by shaking,” said Vim Tamang, a resident of Manglung village near the epicenter. He said half of the village folks are either missing or dead. “All the villagers have gathered in the open area. We don’t know what to do. We are feeling helpless,” he said when contacted by telephone. So sad… Natural disasters always leave us feeling so helpless. Even though they’ve made little to no effort to conceal their relationship, we still haven’t received any official confirmation that Kylie Jenner and Tyga are dating . There’s good reason for this, as Tyga is 25 and Kylie is 17, which means if the rapper confessed to a sexual relationship with his “best friend,” he might find himself doing time in one of the few places where his neck tattoos wouldn’t seem quite so ridiculous. Hey, speaking of tattoos…it looks as though Tyga may have let the cat out of the bag (pun intended) with his latest ink: The photo on the left shows T-Raw (apparently hanging with some girl who’s about to audition for a stage production of Pocahontas) sporting an inner-arm tat that clearly reads “Kylie.” Most fans dismissed the ink as fake (because how could a grown man be so stupid as to tattoo a teenage girl’s name on his arm?), but the photo on the right shows Tyga in different clothes, with the Kylie tattoo still visible on his right arm. Given the recent baby mama drama that’s affected their relationship, we wouldn’t be surprised if Tyga went through with the tat as a sort of grand gesture to prove his commitment to Kylie. On Thursday, Tyga’s ex, Blac Chyna, trolled Kylie on Instagram by mocking her giant lips in a ridiculous selfie. The next day, Blac posted a text conversation in which Tyga seemed to be begging her to take him back. That’s a double-whammy that would leave any guy scrambling to get out of the doghouse – and who knows? – maybe all the jewelry stores were closed by the time the sh-t hit the fan. We hope for Tyga’s sake that the ink is temporary, but even if it is the real deal, it’s still not as dumb as the Kylie Jenner lip challenge .
