A new report indicates that Phaedra Parks will divorce her incarcerated husband Apollo Nipa, and plans to serve him with divorce papers in prison. Days after he started his lengthy prison sentence for bank and wire fraud at FMC Lexington prison in Kentucky, Apollo can now look forward to a rude awakening. Well, he’s probably already had that. It’s prison, after all. But Phaedra’s divorce filing is about to hit him where it hurts, and there’s nothing he can do about it. “Phaedra’s starting the divorce process all on her own,” a Parks source, says, noting that the Atlanta lawyer has “already drawn up papers herself.” That’s not to say that Apollo plans on going down quietly, despite his felonious ways. He’s reportedly planned a preemptive prison strike of his own. “He wants to write a tell-all book while he’s in there,” a Nida insider dishes. Hopefully, he takes some writing and reading lasses prior to that, as Apollo Nida’s prison video message shows us that he doesn’t know what “asunder” means. Nida, it’s been said, “wants to reveal shocking secrets about what led him to prison, and about Phaedra and their relationship. Nothing will be off-limits!” Like whether or not he lied about sexting Kenya Moore , for example? It’s unclear, but he’s looking at an eight-YEAR stint at Club Fed, so the failed white collar crook will have time to cover a great deal once he learns some big words. Good times in the penal system. Aside from living in exotic locales and the likelihood of making out with hot guys and girls, what other reason do people have for starring on reality TV shows?  Well, most of these shameless individuals see their time on reality TV as a starting ground for bigger and better things! Today in “Ugh, that sounds like something that would do” news, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West took their 14-month-old daughter to the Balenciaga runway show at Paris Fashion Week. We’re not sure to what to make of pics like the one above, but we can only assume little Nori smiled at someone wearing Crocs, or committed some other unforgivable offense, because no kid deserves this. In a recent interview, Kim said she’ll never spank North , but that doesn’t mean she’s not capable of terrible parenting. Sure, she’s not doling out Adrian Peterson whoopings , but abuse takes many forms, and we can think of few fates worse than being forced to put on matching outfits so you can sit with your family and watch a bunch of skeletal waifs in cartoon clothes work the catwalk. Seriously, are they trying to set the record for world’s most astronomical therapy bill? It’s bad enough Kanye probably rocks those stupid bejeweled masks around the house, now this poor girl’s head will be filled with memories of wearing all black in a room full of French people like she’s a freakin’ existentialist philosopher. What, did no one have a cigarette to bum her? Anyway, end of rant. We’re just hoping these two find a way ot scrub the all the Kim Kardashian nude photos from the Internet before North gets old enough to feel really disappointed in her parents. His condition is apparently so bad that he once orgasmed 9 times at his late father’s funeral. The NY Post reports: Dale Decker is a 37-year-old husband and father of two who suffers from an uncontrollable condition known as Persistent Genital Arousal Syndrome, Barcroft Media reports. He first felt the symptoms after he slipped a disk in his back and was on his way to the hospital. Decker inexplicably ejaculated five times on the drive — and says the orgasms have kept on coming ever since. “Imagine being on your knees at your father’s funeral beside his casket, saying goodbye to him — and then you have nine orgasms right there,” he said. “While your whole family is standing behind you.” “It makes you never want to have another orgasm for as long as you live,” Decker added. “There’s nothing pleasurable about it because even though it might feel physically good — you’re completely disgusted by what’s going on.” Decker says the intense episodes have taken an extreme toll on him and his family. Kris finally went ahead and filed those papers… Kris Jenner Files For Divorce From Bruce Jenner Welp…looks like Bruce Jenner is free and clear to make that final plunge into womanhood . After over a year of separation, Kris Jenner has finally filed for divorce from the former decathlete. Via TMZ : Kris Jenner has filed for divorce, and TMZ has learned it’s already a done deal. Kris filed pro per — meaning NO LAWYER. Our sources say this was all orchestrated. Bruce Jenner’s response is about to be filed at the L.A. County Courthouse. She cites the standard “irreconcilable differences” as grounds for the divorce. Everything has been worked out with their business managers … our sources say. There was NO PRENUP and they have already agreed to a property split. Neither party will get spousal support. As for Kylie — who is 17 — they have joint custody. Bruce, Kris and their managers worked out the deal over the last few months. They separated June 1, 2013. That’s significant because once they’re separated they don’t continue to share earnings — in other words, what’s hers stays hers after separation. We’re told the divorce is “totally amicable.” Kris made sure Bruce doesn’t have access to those Kardashian management checks she’s pulling in! Hmmm, we wonder what last name she’ll go by now…

Move them stamps ! Ohio Man Arrested For Selling Food Stamps On Facebook A man trying to sell his girlfriend’s food stamp card on Facebook now faces a felony charge. Via Journal News reports: Police said Derron Chamberlain posted on the social media site that he was selling his girlfriend’s food stamp card for $100. He also included his phone number for potential buyers to contact him, police said. “He did put his real information while he was doing this illegal act for everybody to see,” said Middletown Police Lt. Scott Reeve. Chamberlain, 35, of Plymouth Avenue, was excited, police said, when officers from the police department’s Special Operations Unit contacted him acting as potential buyers. “He kept calling back to the detectives to a point where they thought it was humorous how much he was calling back trying to make a deal happen,” Reeve said. About six hours after detectives called Chamberlain, they met him at Goldman Park, 1400 Highland St. Police said Chamberlain did not resist arrest and is charged with trafficking food stamps, a fifth-degree felony. “He didn’t realize he had done anything wrong,” Reeve said. “Even when they brought him into the police department and talked to him he was still surprised to find out it was illegal for him to sell his girlfriend’s food stamp card.” About $6.6 million is distributed monthly in Butler County via the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, commonly known as food stamps. While benefits fraud is not a new crime, the lingering dismal economy and drug abuse, particularly heroin, has turned it into an epidemic, Butler County Sheriff Richard K. Jones told the Journal-News in January. The U.S. Department of Agriculture has said that food stamp fraud totals $750 million each year. An investigation launched from suspicion that Butler County’s skyrocketing food assistance dollars may be attributed in part to fraud, abuse and misuse has resulted in the arrest of hundreds and a taxpayer savings of $5.2 million since July 2012, the Journal-News reported earlier this year. The operation, manned by two Butler County sheriff’s detectives with help of state and federal agencies including the Secret Service and the U.S. Department of Agriculture, netted 116 violators between July 2012 and June 2013 and 100 from July to December 2013. Why the hell would you be dumb enough to use your real name and number to sell food stamps on Facebook??????!
