They always blame the Black guy … Black Teens Accuses Sherry West Of Murder Plot Via Daily Mail reports: Defense attorneys are set to strongly suggest that the real killers of a toddler brutally shot to death in his stroller were his parents, who had a financial interest in his death – and that their 18-year-old defendant who goes on trial this week is not guilty. Antonio Santiago had learned to walk, but not yet talk, when he was killed March 21, six weeks after his first birthday. He was strapped in his stroller, out for a walk with his mother a few blocks from their apartment near the Georgia coast, when someone shot the boy between the eyes with a .22-caliber bullet the size of a garden pea. De’Marquise Elkin, 18, who has been charged as the shooter, is scheduled to stand trial next week in a courthouse far from the scene of the crime. Kevin Gough, a public defender who is Elkins’ lead attorney, has strongly suggested in pretrial motions that the real killers are the child’s own parents. ‘Other evidence of record suggests Sherry West is mentally unstable, gave several inconsistent accounts of how the crime transpired, and had a financial interest in the death of her son in the form of an insurance policy,’ Gough said in a court motion filed August 5. Defense attorneys have said in court filings they have audio recordings and documents showing the child’s mother had dealings with Gerber Life Insurance Co. According to its website, Gerber Life sells life insurance policies for children starting as early as infancy. Coverage runs from $5,000 to $50,000. Ashley Glassey, West’s 21-year-old daughter, told television station WTLV of Jacksonville, Florida, soon after the shooting that her mother called her after Antonio was killed and asked, ‘How soon do you think the life insurance policy will send me a check?’ This story has sounded fish from the jump! What does that say about these broke hoes? German Study Shows Correlation Between Sex And Wages Earned Via Philly Having sex often not only impacts your personal life, but your work life as well. A new report found that employees who have sex frequently have significantly higher salaries than those who don’t. The study, done by the Institute for the Study of Labor in Germany, concluded that people who have sex more than four times a week have a 3.2 percent higher paycheck than those who have sex once a week. The link between sexual activity and wages is the highest among employees between the ages of 26 and 50. The report analyzed data was from about 7,500 households in Germany. Participants were asked how often they had sex, how much they make, their age, sexual orientation, if they have any health problems, and about their religion. People who have sex often seem to be happier and healthier, too. “Sexual activity allows distinct predictions to be made regarding labor market success, since economists consider health status, mental health, and dietary habits/obesity to be crucial variables that influence employees’ wages,” the report said. Personality traits also seem to influence salary. “Wages are higher for those with extraversion and openness traits who are sexually active,” the study found. Meek Mill, Fabolous And French Montana Rip Off Charity Via NY Daily News reports: French Montana may sing about how he worries about nothin’ — but the blinged-out rapper and other hip hop stars defrauded an uptown promoter who was then forced to scrub his fundraising show, the producer told the News. Our Firefighters Children’s Foundation shelled out $48,500 to rappers Montana, Fabolous and Meek Mill and VH1 reality star Olivia Longott to perform at a “stop the violence” concert slated for Saturday. But the singers violated a non-compete clause in their contract with foundation CEO John Ruiz — signing up to perform a similar show in the same month, Ruiz said. As a result, Ruiz says his ticket sales cratered and he canceled the show. In the end, he sold just 200 ducats, far from the 3,300-seat capacity of the United Palace Theater — and he says he’s out $120,000. “The contract said they couldn’t perform within 30 days of my concert in a 80-mile radius,” said Ruiz. “They didn’t do what they were supposed to do. “Once they got the money, they were gone,” added Ruiz, who runs the nonprofit out of his apartment in the Taft Houses. “They don’t care about stopping the violence.” Ruiz, a 59-year-old former FDNY firefighter, will rally Saturday at the mammoth Washington Heights theater to call for a boycott the rappers. “We wanted to spread the message about violence. The youth look up to these rap stars,” Ruiz said. So the way to combat violence is by having a concert with rapper that talk about violence and handing out fades?

Man Posed As CIA Agent To Fool Women According to Mail Online A Virginia man with two wives in different parts of the state has been arrested after he posed as a CIA agent in a bid to hide his elaborate double life from the young women. David Jin Lee, 26, of Williamsburg, is married to a Norfolk-based sailor and another woman, with whom he has a child, in Fairfax. After he asked the sailor to send him $2,000 claiming he had been captured and tortured by North Korean agents on a CIA mission to China she became suspicious and the Naval Criminal Investigation Service began to unraveled the plot. Investigators quickly learned Jin Lee was not in the CIA and had been staying at a home in Fairfax. Agents and City of Fairfax police searched the home and interviewed the woman who lives there with her father. She said she was Jin Lee’s wife and the mother of his child. A marriage certificate at the Fairfax County Courthouse confirmed the union. ‘That means bigamy here in Virginia, and it’s a serious offense,’ City of Fairfax police Lt. Craig Buckley told NBC News. ‘It’s a Class 4 felony.’ NCIS investigators found a CIA coin, a gun and items that could have been used to make fake CIA badges from the Fairfax home. ‘They did find a laminating machine and several laminating materials that could have been used to manufacture those identification cards, so that was certainly of use,’ Buckley said. Jin Lee was arrested in Williamsburg. Both women were shocked at the discovery and police said they consider each of them and their families victims. ‘It’s not every day that someone will go to these lengths to perpetrate such a fraud or a con against someone, and it seems to be, at least on the surface, pretty sophisticated and has been able to, unfortunately, dupe two young ladies into his fraud,’ Buckley said. James City Police arrested Jin Lee on Wednesday and charged him with forgery of a public document. He is also reportedly charged with bigamy and uttering a forged public document. Jin Lee is being held at the Virginia Peninsula Regional Jail. He should have been a man and admitted to his dirty doggin’ ways. Did he really think this isht was going to work?

R.I.P: “That ’70s Show” Actress Lisa Robin Kelly Dies At Age 43 In Rehab

She’s in a better place now. Lisa Robin Kelly Dead At 43 According to TMZ Lisa Robin Kelly — who played Eric Forman’s older sister on “That ’70s Show” — has died … TMZ has learned. The 43-year-old actress passed away in her sleep Wednesday night at a rehab facility in California. We spoke with Kelly’s agent who tells us the actress had just voluntarily checked herself in for treatment for an alcohol problem this past week … and was determined to clean herself up. The agent tells us, “She had been fighting demons for a while and finally lost her battle.” Sources tell us Lisa had been in and out of rehab centers hoping to kick her alcohol problem … and most recently fell off the wagon after a huge dispute with her estranged husband Robert Gilliam. Sources say … Kelly’s estranged husband beat her last May to obtain residual money from her show. He was convicted of domestic battery last month and sentenced to 3 years probation. He also served 35 days in jail for the beating. Lisa filed for divorce from Gilliam back in July. We’re told Lisa’s new boyfriend brought her to rehab again on Monday … but she went into cardiac arrest late Wednesday night and could not be saved. The boyfriend blames her estranged husband for the relapse. Sources connected with the attempted rescue tell TMZ … when emergency responders arrived at the rehab facility, they found needle marks on both of Lisa’s arms. However, her BF tells us the reason for the needle marks is that he took Lisa to a hospital on Sunday — because she had a .34 blood alcohol level … and nurses made multiple attempts to insert a needle into her vein to extract blood. After several attempts, medical personnel were able to use a vein on the top of Lisa’s wrist. Kelly had been troubled for the past couple of years — she was arrested at least 4 times in the past 3 years for DUI, spousal abuse and assault. Besides “That ’70s Show,” Kelly had appeared in several TV shows and movies including “Amityville Dollhouse.” Prayers go out to her family. Getty

Debbie Rowe: Michael Jackson Was Addicted to Propofol … For 12 YEARS

Debbie Rowe is expected to testify at the Michael Jackson wrongful death trial that her ex-husband was addicted to Propofol 12 years before he died. At least twice in the ’90s, doctors misused a drug similar to Propofol, enabling MJ to sleep through the night – or so TMZ reports she’ll tell the jury . Debbie Rowe will be called to testify by AEG Live, though she views herself as a hostile witness, as she feels AEG is largely responsible for MJ’s death. She is expected to say that in 1997, doctors administered Diprivan (an anesthetic and form of Propofol) to Michael in a Munich, Germany hotel room.  Rowe will say the drug was administered specifically so Michael could sleep. The testimony is significant because AEG Live is trying to show Michael Jackson was responsible for his own decisions and misused drugs for years. Rowe will also say, contrarily, that she never viewed him as a drug addict. She will testify that was addicted to Demerol, which he used to deal with the pain and anxiety from scalp surgeries after being horribly burned years earlier. He was not, however, a reckless or out-of-control drug fiend in her eyes. In fact, he had gone to rehab to battle addiction and he was open about it. Rowe personally injected Michael in the buttocks with Demerol and Vistaril several times while she worked for Dr. Arnold Klein , MJ’s closest confidante. She had no idea that in the last months of Michael’s life, Klein (the rumored biological father of Prince and Paris Jackson ) gave him Demerol often. Rowe is expected to say on the stand that she saw a video of MJ leaving Klein’s office looking particularly out of it, just days before he died in 2009. After he passed, she called Klein and said “You killed him. What did you give him?” Rowe also told her therapist that year, “They’re [AEG] gonna kill him.” Whether this plays out on the stand – and how a jury reacts, with a BILLION-dollar lawsuit on the line – remains to be seen, but we’ll keep you posted.

The new issue of Life & Style makes that question totally irrelevant, instead posing another unexpected one: is Kim Kardashian actually expecting another baby?!? According to this hilarious cover story, Kim has stunned her friends with a “surprising announcement.” Granted, the magazine doesn’t come out and specifically say the reality star is pregnant… but the implication is clear and, come on, has this tabloid ever steered us wrong in the past? If Kim really is re-knocked up (note: She’s not), at least Kanye West is set to make an honest woman out of her. According to a different tabloid report, a Kimye wedding is totally in the works. Tameka Raymond Denies Mental Disorder, Wants More Time with Children

Tameka Raymond was a guest today on Good Morning America , taking time to explain her side of the recent custody battle with Usher. The 42-year old told Dan Abrams that she never blamed Usher for the pool accident that nearly took the couple’s son, but was “just angry that it happened on his watch. Never have my children been injured on my watch.” Little Usher Raymond V is now out of the hospital – and playing games with his dad – and Tameka said her reaction to the near-tragedy was simply to keep the child safe. “When the incident happened, my attorney filed an emergency motion so that my son, when he was released from the hospital, wasn’t going back to the house where this happened,” Raymond said. Because Usher is so often on the road, Tameka is simply looking for the “right of refusal.” When the singer is not present, she believes the kids should “come home with their mom,” not a nanny or aunt or some other relative. But, Abrams asked, didn’t Tameka take a psychological examination at some point that revealed she had “a moderately severe mental disorder?” “I’m going to be retested,” Tameka said. “You would think from hearing that, that she must be cutting them, beating them, on crack.” Raymond said she hopes to keep battling for the chance to see her kids more often, but it isn’t easy. Not when Usher is a mega celebrity and she’s simply… a person. “I am an individual. I don’t have a publicist. I don’t have a manager [or] an agent.
