Josh Duggar BEGS Judge to Remove His Name From Latest Scandal

Even Duggar fans were hesitant to celebrate the news that Anna Duggar is pregnant with baby #6 . Imagine the burden and stigma of growing up with that creep Josh Duggar as your father! After all of those scandals! Well, Josh is embroiled in yet another scandal, and is begging a judge to let him off the hook. As we previously reported, Josh Duggar is being sued for trying to steal a man’s land . See, Josh used his wealth to buy up a bunch of land in Arkansas. It’s a free country, and he can do that. But you have to tell the owner about it and give him the money, first. Josh thinks that he bought the land, but a man named Carl Echols bought the land in 2006. Since then, he has paid taxes on the property and even lived on it. The specifics are that, in 2016, Josh’s real estate company, ALB Investments, purchased five acres of land. If you want an idea of how remote this land is, the purchase price was apparently a mere $1,000. Of course, Echols says that he paid $17,500 when he bought the land from his cousin, Edward L. Lewis. Now, Echols is suing Lewis for breach of contract — for, you know, selling land that he didn’t own and hadn’t owned in a decade. And he’s suing ALB Investments for the land title. Earlier this month, Josh’s attorneys have argued that ALB Investments are in “good standing.” (And sure, if you don’t count being owned by a guy who famously molested 5 little girls,  The legal team is asking the judge to remove them from the lawsuit, arguing that they should never have been a part of it in the first place. The judge has yet to make a ruling, but Josh is asking that his name be removed from the matter. Truth be told, it sounds like ALB Investments is just as much a victim in this as Echols himself. Josh occassionally appears in Duggar group photos, where they hope to sneak him in without reprisal from fans. It’s been years since Josh Duggar has appeared on reality television, and it’s not by choice. TLC may allow Jim Bob and Michelle on their show, but even that network has to draw the line somewhere. Josh’s cheating scandal and his (lol) “porn scandal” were big deals for his family. But it was when it was revealed that Josh had molested five young girls, including his younger sisters, that viewers raised hell and Josh got fired. The fact that Jim Bob and Michelle had worked to cover this up got 19 Kids and Counting canceled. By the skin of their teeth, the Duggars managed to remain on television, piggybacking onto the spinoff,  Counting On . But even though his family believes that his evil deeds have been wiped away through his faith, Josh is persona non grata for the network. That has had a real impact on his livelihood, and forced him to focus upon his business interests. Josh has a used car business, and is estimated to be worth about $200,000. That’s no chump change, and it means that he can certainly absorb the $1,000 property loss without his soon-to-be-six children starving. But Jim Bob is worth millions, while Josh is merely comfortable . Josh has to work harder than some of his siblings, in part because he has so many mouths to feed. But also because he’s not raking in money from reality television — or the opportunities that accompany it. Frankly, nobody was going to seek product endorsements from Josh before this lawsuit. Kim Kardashian: Brutally Body-Shamed By Melissa Rycroft!

The Met Gala is Kim Kardashian’s favorite red-carpet event of the year.  It is basically what she lives for and with her equally brand obsessed husband by her side, she made up one half of the most anticipated couple of fashion’s biggest night. And even though Kanye didn’t give us much to ooh & ahh over (literally, he wore a $40 black zip-up jacket) Kim’s look caught everyone — and I mean everyone’s attention.  While Kanye flashed probably the most affordable look at the gala — which was themed “Camp: Notes on Fashion” inspired by a seminal 1964 essay by Susan Sontag — his reality star wife, of course, meant business.  Kim donned a custom beaded latex Thierry Mugler dress that took EIGHT months to create.  “This is the first time in 20 years Mr. Mugler has designed for the House of Mugler,” Kim told Vogue on Monday.  “So to come and design this gown for me is such an honor.” “This is about eight months in the making… he envisioned me this California girl stepping out of the ocean, wet, dripping,” she said.  And while she definitely conquered the unique, damp look — people could not stop talking about her extremely tiny waist.  After Kim strutted her humongous booty and was literally dripping in crystals on the ~pink~ carpet of New York City’s Metropolitan Museum of Art — everyone instantly went nuts.  US Magazine reports that former Bachelorette Melissa Rycroft inspired a controversy of her own by criticizing the reality star’s frame .  On Monday, May 6 — hours after Kardashian’s appearance — Rycroft posted a side-by-side comparison of Kim’s 2019 and 2015 gala looks.  “Not natural … and not something young ones should be looking up to,” the Bachelorette alum wrote in her caption, referring to Kardashian’s hour-glass silhouette.  “Not to mention it doesn’t even look right,” she said adding the hashtag #metgalafail. ( Ouch) It’s 2019, haven’t we learned to stop judging one another’s bodies, at least publicly that is? Even if it doesn’t physically make any sense at all? Within moments, Instagram commenters slammed Rycroft over her controversial post.  “Girl, I love you, but do we have to call out and shame other women on looks?” one wrote.  “Can you imagine if someone did a side by side of you?” another follower asked.  “Maybe young girls shouldn’t strive to look like this, but they shouldn’t strive to drag women in side by side pics on the internet either.”  “They should strive to love themselves and love others,” concluded that A+ commentary.  A third person weighed in writing, “Don’t do this. Women should be able to dress in whatever way makes them feel good!”  “She was pregnant on the left. She works out every day and documents it.” “I don’t think it’s up to us to judge her.”  Kim’s trainer Melissa Alcantara was not having any of the unnecessary body shaming and took to Instagram to defend her star client.  “To make things clear 1. This dress is corseted,” she wrote in her IG Stories.  “BUT 2. Kim trains her ass off 6 days a f–king week, she wakes up early AF and is dedicated.” “3. I paved the road for her but SHE did the work!”  Alcantara continued: “MOST IMPORTANTLY I don’t give a s–t about your opinions on her body, if you think she is fake or not!” “I see her every morning, I see her train and I see her sweat and I see all the work she does outside the gym and THAT is commendable!”  After all of the backlash and hate comments Rycroft began receiving she opened up in a video she posted to her Instagram Stories on Tuesday, May 7.  “I don’t like feeling like I’m in trouble.” she shared.  Before talking to her fans she wrote, “Guess I’m going to have to talk about the Kardashian drama I somehow created with my post yesterday.” “I have a lot to say about this, so I’ll have to do it on this week’s podcast to get it all out…” While the Logically Irrational podcast co-host did not approve of the reality star’s ensemble, Kim got the approval from those who really matter!  That’s right — her famous siblings obviously had her back and completely supported her fab look.  “You are my queen,” younger sister Khloe commented on the KKW Beauty founder’s post from the event.  Older Sis Kourtney added, “Sheeeeeesh.”  And while Kourt and Khloe were not in attendance — Kylie, Kendall and Kris Jenner all rocked the “Super Bowl” of fashion right there along with Kim, of course, flashing their own unique and killer looks.  Overall, Kimberly totally owned the gala. David Eason: Should He Have Murdered His Family Dog?

With the firing of one gun, and the bashing of two fists, former Teen Mom 2 terror David Eason sparked an intense debate. As previously and sadly reported, the former reality star shot and killed his family’s beloved dog , Nugget, several days ago. All because Jenelle Evans’ husband claimed the canine had snapped at their daughter and placed the toddler in danger. The fallout from this vicious act has been swift and direct. Late yesterday, Jenelle Evans was fired by Teen Mom 2. After sponsors and co-stars spoke out about their disgust – and fear of filming around Eason or Evans – producers of the MTV hit had no choice but to axe her. (The future of David and Jenelle’s marriage also appears to be in doubt, as it has been for some time.) But here’s the question maybe not enough people are asking in the aftermath: Was David Eason really in the wrong here? He claimed to be protecting his daughter — and isn’t that a father’s responsiblity? Heck, his only real  responsiblity, in the end? With this controversial story dominating every headline, we thought it was time to stop and engage in this difficult discussion. So we’ve posed the following question to various members of The Hollywood Gossip staff:  DID NUGGET DESERVE TO DIE? This is what they have to say on the topic… NO by Simon Delott First and foremost, Nugget didn’t maul Ensley. He’s a small dog who nipped at a human child. Literally no dog deserves to die, regardless of the dog’s actions, because dogs are incapable of evil. I don’t mean that all dogs are precious babies who I love and adore… although this is true. Dogs lack the means to commit a deliberate act of evil. They simply lack the capacity. Humans and a few other animals – such as dolphins – can do evil things. We can be evil. David Eason: Watch My Dog Attack My Kid and Sign Its Own Death Warrant! A great example of that is David Eason, who was irredeemable years before he murdered Nugget. (Remember, he was accused of domestic violence long before he hooked up with Jenelle. And then he almost definitely broke Jenelle’s collarbone last October, as well.) David has also been accused of violence towards dogs before, allegedly firing a BB gun at another dog. The dude is a monster, pure and simple. If a dog is truly dangerous around your child, which Nugget was not, you re-home the dog. Nugget deserved better. All of Jenelle’s children deserve better. NO  by  Tyler Johnson Is David Eason going out of his way to secure the title of Worst Villain in the History of Reality Television? At this point, we’d rather have dinner with Omarosa and Abby Lee Miller than spend a single minute in the company of this psychopath. He wasn’t exactly a fan favorite before, but then the guy goes and cements his reputation as the absolute worst by savagely murdering a seven-pound French bulldog?!? Did he Google “things everyone hates” and then say, “Oh, dog killer! There’s something I haven’t tried!” In case I haven’t already made my take on the situation perfectly clear – no, poor little Nugget did not deserve to die. Even if – as David claims – the dog bit his daughter (that almost certainly did NOT happen, by the way), few people on the planet have more options with regard to how to handle that problem. Jenelle and David live on a huge plot of land with several outbuildings. The Land, as they commonly refer to it. It would have been very easy to keep the dog sequestered until they found him a new home. And that step would’ve been simple too, given their popularity; Jenelle has millions of social media followers. We’re sure one of them would’ve made the trip to North Carolina in order to adopt a piece of Teen Mom 2 history. But all of this is secondary to the main point, which is that David didn’t kill the dog because he was concerned for his kids. He did it because he’s awful and out of control, and nothing about his past behavior would ever suggest otherwise. NO  by  Hilton Hater Look, life can be messy and life can be complicated. But there’s one life lesson that I’ve always tried to heed, which has thus far paid off very well over the years: Do the opposite of anything David Eason does or says. Where Eason goes out and buys all the semi-automatic weapons he can find and then shows them off online, I believe we need to have stricter gun control laws in this country. Where Eason hates on gay people and bullies strangers on social media due to their sexual preferences, I try to be accepting of everyone, regardless of race or gender or identity. Where Eason uses his bare hands to beat a dog bloody and then takes it into the woods and puts a bullet in it, I make sure my dog is well fed and has plenty of water and affection and exercise on a daily basis. These are just some of the things I believe. Therefore, this question is not actually a challenging one to answer. I think Eason was wildly, disturbingly, horrifyingly wrong when he murdered his dog. YES by David Eason I dont give a damn what animal bites my baby on the face… whether it be your dog or mine, a dog is a dog and I dont put up with that shit at all. I’m all about protecting my family, it is my lifes mission. Some people are worth killing or dying for and my family means that much to me. You can hate me all you want but this isnt the first time the dog bit Ensley aggressively. The only person that can judge weather or not a animal is a danger to MY CHILD is ME. Eugenie Bouchard is Montreal’s very own Anna Kournikova – who spends more of her time on the beach in Miami in a bikini than winning Tennis events….and as a Montrealer, I got her back, because being a top athlete is way too much work, especially for a French Canadian woman, she’s already accomplished huge things and will forever be set for life as she’s made real money doing the tennis thing, but more importantly has found a fanbase that will buy shit she tells them to buy…so why bother trying to prove yourself more than you already have…when you can take the influencer approach to just posting hot pics of yourself with very little effort…. To be the best tennis player in the world is rough…but to be a half naked chick who posts selfies is a joke comparatively…so focus on that…it’s what people care about… I guess part of that transition from legit tennis player, who will forever be legit basd on her accomplishments, to influencer is a nice solid titty adjustment for the paparazzi….looks good to me. She’s gonna do well as an influencer, since she actually has something to be famous for. I believe in this strategy. A makeshift memorial near the spot where the rapper was slain will no longer be in existence. TMZ reports : Here’s what the wild scene outside Nipsey’s shuttered store looked like … people selling bootleg t-shirts with Nipsey’s image, others demanding money for a tour of the neighborhood, and some even charging fans just to walk through the area where Nipsey was shot. The memorial became so busy, food trucks started parking outside. Sources close to Nipsey tell us the whole thing reeked of disrespect … and they felt like he was not being properly honored, so they’re closing up shop. We’ve seen this kind of thing before … scalpers tried charging astronomical prices for free tickets to Nipsey’s celebration of life, and people who went to the service tried selling the free programs for huge profits on eBay.
