The company ‘Reform Alliance’, with a huge financial backing, was launched today by Jay-Z and Meek Mills along with others to bring reform to the current criminal justice system. The purpose/goal of ‘Reform Alliance’ is to get at least a million people out of jail over the next five year either by probation and/or parole. The company was formed with the support of Patriots owner Robert Kraft, 76ers co-owner Michael Rubin, Nets co-owner Clara Wu Tsai and CNN’s Van Jones who will act as Reform Alliance’s CEO. When a follower wrote that his single, “Left Behind,” is on her playlist, Kathryn replied: “Mine too.” At 25, Hunter is just one year younger than 26-year-old Kathryn Dennis. That is a stark contrast to her major relationship with her disgraced former castmate Thomas Ravenel. The couple shares two children, Kensie and Saint, over whom they are engaged in a nasty custody battle . Thomas Ravenel is 56 years old — a full 30 years Kathryn’s senior. She won’t even be half Thomas’ age until August of 2022. Hunter sounds more age-appropriate. And also, from what we know about him, like less of a colossal douche. So Hunter definitely seems like an upgrade. Before you go pointing out that Kathryn hooked up with her co-star, Shep Rose, we’re not shading him. Yes, Shep is handsome, either despite or because of the inexplicable Owen Wilson vibes that he radiates. But they were just hooking up. Neither of them ever said that they were dating. Good for Kathryn for living her best life, but it’s probably a smart move for her to not date a co-star at this time. They all know her and they all know her ex. It could get weird. Right now, Kathryn’s very young children, Kensie and Saint, are the center of her entire world. She has 50/50 custody with her baby daddy, Thomas, but is currently trying to get sole custody. Her timing is about right, as Thomas is expected to face trial on rape charges. If Kathryn is announcing that she’s dating Hunter, it may mean that she’s comfortable having him around her kids. There’s a lot to envy about the life of Kate Middleton She lives the pampered life of an A-list celebrity, but unlike the Kim Kardashians of the world, Kate isn’t forced to constantly chase clout by posting selfies or living her life out on camera. But while Kate has the option of hiding behind palace walls, she occasionally steps down from her ivory tower to engage with the peasants. And it seems her charmed life might be much more relatable than most of her loyal subjects might think. After all, Kate may have the support of nanny Maria Burallo, but she’s still a mother of three, which is a taxing job under any circumstances. Yes, Kate welcomed her third child , and she opened up about life as a mom while visiting the UK charity Family Action this week. “It’s so hard. You get a lot of support with the baby as a mother particularly in the early days, but after the age of 1 it falls away,” she told a small crowd during her visit. “After that, there isn’t a huge amount — lots of books to read.” No doubt many mothers can relate to the situation that Kate is describing. But the Duchess of Cambridge may have overplayed her hand when she stated that she’s in the same boat with every other mum. “Everybody experiences the same struggle,” Kate told the crowd. Yeah, not quite, Kate … That whole full-time live-in nanny thing? Yeah, most parents don’t receive that kind of support in their “struggle.” But despite some major lifestyle differences, it seems most of the young mothers on hand identified with Kate and appreciated her comments. “When she came in it felt like just another friend,” a woman named Dawn told People magazine. “She was really nice, she was easy to talk to and interacted with us all. And she listened. And when we got emotional she was a bit . . . you know! Dawn added: “She was saying we were brave to be able to speak about our stories and come out and speak about what’s happening with us. She was very compassionate. “I was scared – should I curtsy, should I say Ma’am. But from the time she walked in there was this presence and everyone just felt at ease. “She’s a mom and it wasn’t easy for her, as well, so it was really good [her coming],” she added. “That royal thing went out the window once she sat down.” So apparently Kate is one of those mega-celebs who possesses the mysterious ability to make the plebes feel at ease. Take Alabama for example. Drizzy was seen wearing an Alabama football sweatshirt the day before the college football national championship game, where the team ended up losing. This resulted in the everyone mocking the rapper, with some going so far as to accuse Drake placing a curse on the football team and every other sports team he reps. After he took his toll on the beloved Crimson Tide, Drake became popular among South Carolina football fans who were ecstatic about the Clemson Tigers and their win. But as for the rest of the world, they were cracking jokes at how the Canadian has become a jinx for the popular teams he loudly supports. This weekend, though, Drake came back at the trolls in the most Drake way possible. Aubrey posted a picture to his Instagram stories that read, “To everyone that believes in the Drake curse, good luck tomorrow.” In the photo we see him in a black sweater that sports the logos of the Kansas City Chiefs, New England Patriots, New Orleans Saints, and Rams. The 2019 NFL Playoffs take place this week and from the looks of Drake’s choice of attire, nobody’s safe. The Championship Game between the New Orleans Saints and Los Angeles Rams is kicking off on Sunday afternoon, but uhhh…maybe neither team will win? Or is this Drake’s way of expertly breaking a curse?
Let’s be real, Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard aren’t going to be winning any “Parents of the Year” awards anytime soon. This is for many reasons. One is that they’re Duggars, so many people think they practice potentially abusive techniques like blanket training , which, if you’re new, is basically putting your baby on a blanket and beating him whenever he leaves it. So, you know, he gets scared to go anywhere off the blanket and you can cook or craft or take care of your 12 other kids or whatever. Another issue with Jill and Derick is that they’ve both said some not-so-nice things about their two precious sons, Israel and Samuel. Recently, Jill seemed to admit that she loves Derick more than their children , and Derick used a bible verse to call the boys a “curse.” There are all the times that they’ve taken the kids to dangerous locations — they even went to Central America during her second pregnancy when the Zika virus was a huge concern. We could name tons of other instances in which their parenting has been criticized, but you get the picture, right? Lots of people aren’t fans of lots of the things these people do with their kids. And now that we’ve got that out of the way, let’s move on to the latest issue! Jill and Duggar recently uploaded a whole bunch of pictures to their family website , and that’s nice of them. Since they got fired from Counting On for Derick’s bizarre transphobic rants about Jazz Jennings, it’s really the only way fans can keep up with them. While there were several cute photos of little Israel and Sam doing things like cuddling in a toddler bed and playing and visiting other relatives, one stood out. It’s this one of Sam: So that’s terrifying, right? Sam is only a year old, and there’s no arguing that this is just not safe. “Sam is a climber,” they captioned the photo, and yeah, we can see that. But those kinds of chairs aren’t that stable, and the way he’s perched right on the arm and leaning on the back … It really looks like he’s just a slip away from a serious accident. And you know the folks over on Reddit were not pleased with all of this. One user from the Counting On subreddit asked “How are they not getting him tf off of there? Why on earth would you take a photo? Doesn’t seem like the best parenting.” “Like … kids do stuff and you can’t always stop it … but if you can stop it, you do,” another person wrote. “You don’t just take a picture.” As someone else pointed out, “Plus taking the picture just reinforces the kids behavior because it’s giving them positive attention.” Another good point was made with “You’d think after experiencing TWO traumatic births, they’d be a little more careful with their kids.” It really is just a weird photo, you know? Many toddlers do like to climb, and some can climb themselves to dangerous situations before you can get to them. It happens. But as these Reddit users explained, the bad part is that instead of getting Sam down before he could fall, they paused to take a picture. And then they posted the picture on their website.
