Chris Brown really wishes he wasn’t in jail. After getting the rehab boot for the second time in a few months, the singer was sentenced a few days ago to a month in the slammer . With Brown alone for 23 hours a a day in solitary confinement , a source tells TMZ that the singer can’t stand life behind bars. Brown feels like “a caged animal,” the insider says, adding that the star refers to it as “the worst experience of my life.” In a related note, Rihanna thinks getting her face beaten and bloodied by Brown was the worst experience of her life. What has Brown been doing while in custody? Writing songs and working out, the source says, while telling folks on the phone that he’s been scared straight and will never “f-ck up again.” We’ll believe that when we see it. But there may be hope yet for Brown: he’s negotiating to pay off his alleged assault victim in D.C. in order to make that case goes away. Candace Cameron-Bure wants her Facebook haters to know that she sees their comments and is not impressed with the vitriol regarding her religious beliefs. Having joined the Dancing with the Stars cast for Season 18, the former Full House star is back in the spotlight, and for her, this hasn’t been totally positive. “[L]ately, as my FB page has been growing rapidly with new ‘likes,’ it’s becoming a sensitive issue for me to post because of the dread in my heart,” she wrote. “Knowing I am going to get discouraging comments,” she says, makes it less fun to even post on her page, which has more than half a million Likes. “[A]ll I see is a bunch of religious people throwing around bible verses attacking each other,” she writes, with non-religious people then going after them for it. Cameron defended her religious beliefs , but said that is is never her intention to make her Facebook page all about them or to cause any sort of controversy: “I share with you what is most precious in my life; my family!” “My Facebook Page is not a Christian blog, it’s not a Jesus FB page and it’s not a place I’m going to flood with constant scriptural photos or only Christian articles.” “It doesn’t mean that because I don’t do those things, that Jesus isn’t the love of my life. When Rachel Frederickson revealed her weight loss on The Biggest Loser finale, even Jillian Michaels was agasp. Until now, though, she hadn’t opened up about it. “I was stunned,” the trainer told HuffPost Live. “I thought she had lost too much weight.” Jillian Michaels Slams Rachel Frederickson Weight Loss Michaels said the show implements a number of checks and balances, including having the trainers check in with contestants even after the ranch. But she had no idea Rachel Frederickson had been losing so much on her own, bringing her weight loss total to a staggering 155 pounds (out of 260). “In my opinion, this had fallen through those checks and balances,” she said of The Biggest Loser winner and her controversial season-ending reveal. Frederickson herself has since said she may have gone to an extreme, admitting: “Maybe I was a little too enthusiastic in my training to get to the finale.” She also looked healthier this week on Today, but Jillian Michaels still expressed concern at the results, and that it wasn’t just enthusiasm at work. In fact, she likened her weight loss to the extreme weight gain that brought her to the NBC show in the first place, arguing that they’re not too different. “Anybody who gains too much weight or loses too much weight… these are both manifestations of the same issue,” she said, making an interesting point. “It simply means that somebody is utilizing their relationship with food to manage their emotions which are painful, hard, difficult to face or control.” Some critics have called for the show’s cancelation in the wake of this result, but NBC hinted it will move forward with “small but significant” tweaks. Farrah Abraham has been served … with a cease and desist letter from Vivid Entertainment, warning her to knock off her recent antics or face consequences. At issue is the fact that the Backdoor Teen Mom star – despite considerable talents with other orifices – is becoming best known for her mouth at this point. Farrah Abraham has been all about slamming the porn industry, despite her very willing participation in (and HUGE profits earned from) her “sex tape.” Vivid CEO Steve Hirsch offered her a million dollars to prove that she was truly drugged and raped while promoting the tape, as she alarmingly claimed. On Couples Therapy on VH1, she made a huge issue of this, even though the claim is dubious at best, and reprehensible if she did indeed fabricate it. Which evidence certainly suggests she did, sadly. She ducked the polygraph offer , basically proving him right. Now he’s fired off a cease and desist letter, essentially prohibiting Farrah from further slander. “Farrah thinks she can insult and defame the Vivid brand and get away with it,” Steve says. “Either she stops now or we will take immediate legal action.” “Farrah will be held accountable.” Read: GIANT LAWSUIT ahead. The exclusive letter actually uses the words ON NOTICE, promising that the company will throw the book at her if she doesn’t shut her yap ASAP. If Farrah Abraham has any brains, she’ll at least refrain from openly and despicably lying about being raped for the sake of interviews or other reality shows. Then again, whether Farrah Abraham has any brains is debatable at best. Her best defense may be that her mind is so unstable that she lies pathologically. Until recently, you knew them only as red carpet plus-ones for their famous parents — but now they’ve launched their own careers as models. We’ve got a look at Foxx’s modeling debut for accessories line Icing, and the 20-year-old gives us all the exclusive scoop on her first-ever photoshoot, which included an on-set visit from dad Jamie, who brought her lunch. Foxx tells PEOPLE that she had a blast on set, and learned a ton too. “A lot of people think that modeling is just about looking pretty, but there is definitely a lot more thought and work that goes into it,” she says of the Palm Springs, Calif. shoot. “I had so much fun on set, but by the end of the day, I was exhausted. My favorite part was definitely all the prepping. We changed my hair, makeup, outfit and jewelry at least five times a day!” Her favorite beauty look from the set was “these really pretty French braids … I’m a terrible braider but I’ve been trying to re-create that look and I’ve been getting pretty close. YouTube tutorials videos are surprisingly helpful!” she says. As for the jewelry she wanted to nab? “I fell in love with the ‘tanklette’ – it’s a toe ring/anklette. I did not want to take it off at the end of the shoot; luckily I got to take it home with some other cool pieces.” She’s already got those model perks down! “Corinne was a breath of fresh air. Her energy and overall spirit made the shoot even better,” says Dawnyell Bowen, Icing’s global brand director. “Her personal style and ability to turn heads was very attractive to us. She is a beautiful young lady and our jewelry and accessories looked fantastic on her. Of course, Foxx is no stranger to being on camera, having accompanied dad Jamie on red carpets since she was a kid. “My dad has been taking me to red carpet events since I was 10 years old … It’s funny because my dad and I get completely star-struck,” she shares. “I have two favorite red carpet looks: the orange gown that I wore to the 2013 NAACP Image Awards and the crop top/skirt combo I wore to this year’s Grammys.” So she’s had plenty of time to develop her personal style, which she describes as one that “changes everyday … In essence though, the Cali girl inside of me takes over most days. I like to keep things relaxed, flowy and pretty. A cute sandal, a maxi dress, and sunglasses are all that I need,” she shares. So is she planning to become professionally stylish now that she’s landed her first campaign? “I had so much fun working with Icing that I would love to continue with print work. Hopefully, this is the first of many modeling experiences,” she says. “I also want to act. I’ve done a little bit of acting, but am ready to pursue it now. But, graduating from college is the highest on my ‘to do’ list right now.
