Reportedly, Richard Jefferson Sr. was killed in a drive-by shooting in Compton on Wednesday evening. TMZ reports that 65-year-old Richard Jefferson Sr . was in front of a liquor store in a primarily residential area around 6:52 PM when a vehicle rolled up and someone inside opened fire. According to law enforcement, Jefferson Sr. was struck multiple times in the torso. He was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead. L.A. sheriff’s department is still investigating the incident. At this time, it is unclear if Jefferson Sr. was the target. He was with 2 other men at the time of the shooting. So sad. According to NBA.com , Richard Jefferson was born in L.A. and grew up in Phoenix. Jefferson describe L.A. “pretty bad.” He said “we were living in South Central during the crack epidemic. I was born in 1980, so when we moved in 1987, it was right at the height of it.” Richard moved to Phoenix when his mom married his step-dad and they’ve been together ever since. He said “they started their own church, a small church and they started doing missionary work in East Africa – Kenya, Tanzania. And my mom went over there a half a dozen times.” So far, Richard Jefferson Jr. has not made a statement about his father’s death. Rest in peace.

In preparation for the release of her new album Good Cry , the pop star has teamed up with clothing company Pizzaslime on a limited capsule collection of merchandise–which includes some pretty interesting items, as far as usual artist merch goes. Some of the pieces in her limited line include t-shirts with her father Billy Ray Cryus’ face tattooed with the words “achy, breaky,” a mug that reads “Noah Cryus Tears,” and sweatshirts that say different phrases including “sry i’m trash,” “Noah Cyrus sucks,” and “sadness.” The most notable of these pieces, however, is the tiny vial of liquid that is labeled “Noah Cyrus Tears” being sold for a whopping $12,000. According to the product description, “This is approximately 12 tears made by Noah Cyrus as a result of sadness.” The description goes on to say that, “Human digestion of these tears is not suggested cause tears are generally pretty salty and that would just be super f—king weird if you drank someone else’s tears.” Right….because selling AND buying the tears in the first place isn’t weird…it’s only weird if you drink them. Unfortunately for those looking to drop a couple stacks on Noah Cyrus tears, you don’t have much time to get your funds together. The singer’s tears along with the rest of thee melancholy collection is only available for the next 48 hours. A woman named Arlene (who prefers to use only her first name) just experience the most horrible attitude from a Delta customer service agent, which ended in the police being called. Arlene has made this issue public, by initially posting a statement about her experience to twitter, hooping to get Delta’s attention. She says she went to the customer service agents on duty in Boston, to inform them her bag was ripped during her travel. In return she tried to make a claim. She says the agents were refusing to address her claim so she asked to speak to a manager on duty. As she waited for the manager, she says the agents were unprofessionally discussing her situation and one of them snapped “noone is talking about you, you are out of your mind. This is when things escalated behind the counter…the agent, Teddra Hegel continued to be rude and then she altogether REFUSED to get a manager. On 8-24-18 I’ve experience the worst encounter ever while flying with @Delta at @BostonLogan at baggage gate A4 long but please read and share this post. But, now the business lady is giving her hair a break from all of the protective styling. Rasheeda posted up this photo of herself, chilling in the house with her REAL hair down. Remember how Katt Williams roasted radio personality Wanda Smith within a gnarled fingertip of her life earlier this week? Well, rumor had it that later that evening, her husband and his handgun made sure to let Katt know a thing or two about talking crazy to his wife. Neither Wanda nor Katt would discuss the incident at length, or even really acknowledge that it had happened at all. But as always…there was a passerby with a quick recording thumb that caught the whole kerfuffle on camera. TMZ has the footage start to finish. In the clip, you can see Katt get approached by Wanda’s husband Lamorris Sellers, and the two have an exchange. Diesel recently announced that Nicki would be one of the faces for its Autumn/Winter 2018 “hate couture” campaign used to combat cyberbullying. Different stars, including Nicki, Gucci Mane , actress Bella Thorne and model Jonathan Bellini have been recruited for the campaign. In a video Diesel posted to their social media, the most hateful messages these stars have received on social media are etched into the design of their Diesel apparel. Thus Nicki’s shirt reads “The Bad Guy” (It’s still up for debate if people actually call her this or if she just gave herself the name herself). You don’t make online hate disappear by hiding it. Though the campaign seems to have good intentions, folks across the Internet couldn’t help but notice a tiny issue in the selection of stars. Nicki Minaj has been accused of some major bullying. The most notorious instance came when cultural critic and Twitter user Wanna Thompson critiqued the subject matters in Nicki Minaj’s music a few months back. Instead of starting a conversation on Twitter like Wanna had hoped, an army of Nicki-crazed Barbz came after Wanna like she was the village plague. “I wouldn’t wish this on my worse enemy,” Thompson told The New York Times back in July. After Nicki fans came for Wanna’s life via social media, emails and even phone calls, Nicki herself contacted Wanna and it wasn’t pretty. She slid in Wanna’s DMs and called her everything but a child of God. “Eat a di** you hating ass h*” and “ugly ass” were just a few of the words Nicki aimed at Wanna. Sounds like a bully, no? When Wanna heard the news of Nicki’s Diesel campaign, she was just as confused. @DIESEL is making a mockery out of cyber-bullying. There are countless organizations and individuals doing their best to combat the issue and instead of enlisting them you get Nicki Minaj? In an Instagram post, she accused Nicki of lying on her and telling other artist not to work with her. Though it’s not certain that Cardi’s accusations are true, one has to ask what would provoke a woman enough to send her shoe flying across a fashion event. Nicki even gave Travis Scott a “Ho* Ni**a of the Week” award on her Queen radio show when she was critiquing his record sales and number one spot on the charts. Despite all this controversy, of course the Barbz still weren’t bothered… Nicki Minaj is a marketing genius! To make matters worse, Plies didn’t have a permit for the weapon and was charged with felony carrying of a concealed weapon. Sources close to Plies say he mistakenly grabbed the wrong bag while packing and is fully claiming possession of the gun. She allegedly hopped in a woman’s DMs this summer, demeaning her. She’s been accused of sic’ing her army of maniacal fans on people who disagree with her and criticize her actions. She’s been called one of the biggest bullies in the game so this decision is…weird.
