Source: INF Photo/ SplashNews / Splash News Just this week, Rihanna, her billionaire boyfriend Jameel, Rih’s mom Monica Braithwaite and one of the singer/Fenty designer’s brothers were spied dining at the new Mason restaurant in Santa Monica. The dinner went down Tuesday, according to E! News reports . The 31-year-old Bajan entertainer and entrepreneur was witnessed outside the restaurant wearing a beige dress with a thigh high slit, complemented with strappy stiletto sandals. “They enjoyed a full dinner of Mason’s signature seafood & steak plates with wine and specialty cocktails,” a source told E! News. “At one point, they were arm in arm. They stayed a good few hours of the night until dark.” Arm in arm eh? Sounds affectionate. And it seems that it’s not just Rihanna’s family who approve. In June, ELLE published a photo of the couple cuddling in the Amalfi Coast while lunching with a group believed to be HIS family! The photo agency who took the snap revealed the couple took a boat ride and had lunch at Lo Scoglio in Nerano with the group. That’s a good sign right? Rihanna and the 30-year-old vice chairman of his family-owned conglomerate, Abdul Latif Jameel, have been linked since June 2017 when they were photographed kissing in Spain, but some reports say the couple have been dating as early as January 2017. Rihanna relocated to London earlier this year which some folks have speculated may have been in order to be closer to Jameel, although her Fenty line is designed in France and manufactured in Italy, so it also is a logical business move. Speaking of business, Jameel’s family business owns exclusive Toyota distribution rights in Saudi Arabia, the family owns their own pro soccer league and the family fortune is estimated to be around $1.5 billion. Not bad riiiight?!

Fans and haters alike came together to express their confusion, disappointment, and disapproval of Jay’s latest “business” venture. One of the loudest and most noted voices speaking against Beyonce’s bae was Colin Kaepernick’s girlfriend Nessa. Not one to bite her tongue, Nessa put her foot on the gas and also on Jay’s neck during an interview on Hot 97 yesterday. “The disappointment in Jay-Z isn’t in the partnership. Tori Roloff is nothing if not refreshingly candid. The Little People, Big World star is pregnant with her second child — and, of course, she's over the moon happy about this fact. But she's also been very honest about what this pregnancy has felt like for her, most recently sharing these personal thoughts via Instagram… …  along with a beautiful maternity picture. The First Maternity Photo Tori shared this is image back on July 31, admitting then that she was hesitant to pose for such a shoot. 2. How Come? Source: Patrick McMullan / Getty Kimora Lee Simmons Served With Papers In New Custody Battle Fans have always praised Kimora Lee Simmons for keeping good relationships with all of her exes, but apparently, something took a left turn in her post-relationship relationship with Djimon Hounsou . Back in June on Father’s Day, Djimon complained to paparazzi that he hasn’t been able to see his 10-year-old son in a long time, and now, he’s taking legal action to try and change that. Kimora was served with papers while walking down the street in Beverly Hills on Friday, notifying her that her ex was filing for joint custody of their child, Kenzo. Kimora maintains that Hounsou is just an absent father who rarely wanted to see his son, and that’s the only reason he hasn’t. Hansu’s filings took place on August 1, and indicate that he’s petitioning to establish a parental relationship–a step taken to officially establish who Kenzo’s parents are in the eyes of the law. That might be necessary, since he and Kimora were never legally married. Included in the docs is the fact that Djimon is seeking child support, a custody arrangement with Kimora, along with visitation rights. He is requesting joint joint legal and physical custody between both parents and asks for both parties to have equal time with the child. If the Baby Phat founder is keeping her son from his father, it could be for fear that he might take Kenzo back to Africa with him and never return. Russell Simmons told TMZ that he offered Hounsou a visit with Kenzo just a few days ago, saying that he would take his son to him as long as he signs a document promising not to take the kid to Africa. Oh, HELL NAH: Black Man Finds A KKK Application In The Bedroom Of The Home He Was About To Purchase

Source: SOPA Images / Getty Black Homebuyer Finds A KKK Application In Officer’s Bedroom Rob Mathis was all in and ready to make an offer on a five-bedroom house in Holton, Michigan —that is, until a recent tour of the property. A quick look through the home’s decor didn’t sit well with Mathis and his wife, Reyna. They felt uneasy after finding a NASCAR-decorated garage sporting two Confederate flags, Confederate placemats in the kitchen, and on top of all that—the home also belonged to a police officer. The over-the-top Confederate decor found Mathis wondering to himself, “Wouldn’t it be funny if this was a Klansman’s house?” he revealed in an interview with MLive . Then, he and his son went into a bedroom and saw a framed KKK application mounted on the wall behind a vanity. “Application for citizenship in the invisible empire: Knights of the Klu Klux Klan” the empty application read. Of course, Mathis told his son that they had to leave immediately. Some Confederate flags and a KKK application are reason enough to high tail it out of that house, but unsurprisingly, this isn’t the only incriminating evidence against the police officer whose house Mathis was viewing. Charles Anderson, a 48-year-old white police officer, fatally shot a black man, 23-year-old Julius Johnson, during a traffic stop in 2009. Anderson was cleared of any wrongdoing in Johnson’s death, per the Washington Post . Rob Mathis ended up going public with the frightening information he found throughout Anderson’s home, posting about it to Facebook and talking to local media outlets about the harrowing experience. The City of Muskegon placed the officer on administrative leave on Thursday, “pending a thorough investigation” of the officer. In light of the findings, Eric Hood, president of the Muskegon County chapter of the NAACP, has called for Anderson’s interactions with people of color to be reviewed.

Donald Glover’s “Atlanta ” will return for season 4, as well as the late John Singleton’s “FX.” The news comes as production has yet to begin on “Atlanta” season 3. Source: Splash / Splash News Today A$AP Rocky testified before the Swedish court in a plea to finally be freed from prison and told the judges that he actually begged the alleged victim to leave him alone.  He also spoke about an alleged video that could have shown him hitting the victim with a bottle but A$AP claims that video doesn’t exist because he didn’t use the bottle as a weapon. via TMZ Rocky took the stand and admitted he and his crew “jumped” the alleged victim … but only after they threw punches at his bodyguard. The attorneys focused on a bottle A$AP was holding as he tried to stave the alleged victim away. He insisted, “I didn’t break any bottles,” but conceded his crew picked up bottles to “get them out of there.” He also said, “You got to realize my life is very unique and particular. I’ve been stabbed in the face and my home has been robbed at gunpoint twice. That’s why I have security.” This was in response to why he picked up the bottle.  Rocky said his bodyguard tried various “tactics” to get the 2 guys away, to no avail. He says his bodyguard was trying to protect him but insists he didn’t “beat up the alleged victim.” TMZ posted video where you see the bodyguard pick the alleged victim up by his neck. Source: FatCamera / Getty A DeKalb County school in Atlanta, GA recently found itself in hot water after a post surfaced online of a sign that depicted appropriate haircuts and inappropriate haircuts for black students. The woman who posted it called out Narvie Harris Elementary School for the post calling it shameful and a hit on self-expression, but the post also seems a bit racist. Haircuts like mohawks and designs etched into the hair was deemed not acceptable. County officials have stated that the images did not reflect the districts grooming policy and the matter is being handled, but parents are still quite outraged. Click here to see the post.
