  Emma McIntyre/Getty Images Jhene Aiko Dropped Some Skincare Gems On Her IG Followers Jhene Aiko  posted a selfie recently where her skin was looking absolutely flawless–you know, like literally all of her selfies–which caused a fan to ask the soulful singer to drop her skincare routine. Lucky for that fan, and for all of us, really, Aiko blessed us by writing exactly what she does on the daily to keep her Charmin soft skin looking so healthy. Unlike those people we all know with naturally beautiful skin who walk around telling everyone to drink their water, Jhene actually blessed us with some super skincare gems. The first thing the singer talked about is a treatment called Frexel. It’s an intense laser treatment that she gets twice a year that basically reveals a whole new layer of skin–she adds that it hurts for like a week after and it’s expensive af, but to her, it’s worth it. As for her daily regimen, Aiko lists Alastin Skincare, IS Clinical Serums, Cera V Wash, Lancer Scrub, and Circell Ab Serum. She also takes collagen pills, drinks Kagen water and Apple Cider Vinegar, and takes Super Food by Dr. Shulez every single day. And her last tip: birth control.
