The ex-girlfriend of one of LHHMIA’s stars is really upset her former lover allegedly attacked her on January 1, and now she wants to hit his pockets. The woman, Aneka Johnston says she dated Gunplay from 2010-2012 and during that time he was known to be a menace, according to The Blast . Now the woman is suing him over one blow out fight they had at her recent skrip club gig. She says that Gunplay and his now girlfriend, who is also on the show Keyara, came up to her job and Gunplay attacked her after provoking an argument over old relationship issues. During the fight, she says Gunplay head butted her. OUCH! She reportedly claims injuries to her head, face and eye in the suit. Her attorney, Mark DiCowden’s, statement on the suit: Gunplay has a long history of committing violence and domestic abuse. He has made a living out of glorifying crime and harmful conduct on people, including women. Ms. Johnston was working and didn’t deserve to be attacked. She has previously been a victim of Gunplay’s domestic violence and ended her relationship with him years ago because of his ongoing abuse. Gunplay’s celebrity status does not allow him to act above the law. No amount of fame or fortune justifies Gunplay’s shameful and outrageous conduct. This lawsuit will send Gunplay a message and deter his misbehavior in the future. We will seek punitive damages against him as allowed by Florida law. The incident allegedly happened at 3am, after the woman’s shift. Reportedly, cops have already closed their part of the investigation and referred Johnston to to the Florida State Attorney’s office to pursue charges of misdemeanor battery. Dayumm.

A few days ago, Deadspin reported that deceased NBA journalist C raig Sager left nothing to his children from his first marriage. That included his son Craig Sager II, who had given his dad bone marrow, in an attempt to save his life TWICE. Court papers confirmed even though the sportscaster left all of his property to his second wife, Stacy Jo Sager, and excluded the three adult children from his first marriage, his older children are getting called to court over it. His son is annoyed, justifiably and tweeted this: Nothing like getting served, pestered by Sherrifs & taken to court over a Will that myself and my sisters are not only 100% excluded from but do not even have any interest in contesting in the first place. Thanks Dad — Craig Sager II (@CraigSagerJr) January 2, 2018 His older sister, Kacy, issued a statement about the situation the following day. “We knew he left her everything. We knew his original will had been revised to exclude us,” she wrote. “And honestly? We didn’t care…. It sucks so damn hard that, after months without communication, our first ‘contact’ with Stacy was through lawyers and the poor sheriffs who had to waste their time serving us.” For all the people who thought he was being petty, airing this out on twitter he clarified: Craig Sager wrote his son out of his will the day after he spent 9 days in Houston trying to save his life a 2nd time. Craig Sager’s son & his 2 sisters that were also written out never contested it, but have been taken to court so they can never contest it. Make sense now? Jeff J Mitchell/Getty Images Woman’s Nearly 4-Hour Wait For An Ambulance Turns Fatal An 81-year-old woman was found dead in her home on Tuesday after waiting nearly four hours for an ambulance to come to her house. The elderly woman lived in Clacton, Essex, and called 999 on Tuesday complaining of her horrible chest pains. East of England (EEAST) ambulance reported that their crew did not arrive to help until three hours and 45 minutes after the initial call was made. Dave Powell, GMB regional officer, said the crew had to force their way into the property on arrival because the control room could not contact the woman by phone, and later found her dead inside the home. “They’re devastated because they’re not in the job to find people dead, they’re in the job to help people and keep them alive,” said Powell. Ambulance services, like hospitals, have struggled to cope with higher volumes of patients in the midst of the NHS’s winter crisis. Last week, EEAST raised its operational level to the highest possible, an indication that its ability to respond to potentially life-threatening incidents had been affected. In some cases, it has been using taxis to transport patients to hospital. The service says that it received 4,200 calls on Tuesday, while their usual daily average is around 3,000. Sandy Brown, the deputy chief executive at EEAST, said: “Our sincere condolences and apologies go out to the patient’s family and friends and we are truly sorry for the ambulance wait that occurred at this incident.”
