Texas Mass Shooter Has A WILD History On Domestic Violence Details are coming out about the mass killer who fatally shot 26 people in a Texas church, 14 of them being children. The killer, Devin Kelley had a WILD history of domestic violence. According to The New York Daily News , Devin Patrick Kelley oftenly sent volatile text messages to his mother-in-law, and it gets worse– he served a year in a military jail for beating his ex-wife and fracturing her child’s skull in New Mexico in 2012. Reportedly the man used to verbally abuse his girlfriend in public often, to the point where folks from his local coffee shop knew him as an abuser. Because of his abusive history, a lawmaker in NY is calling to make a law to block men with a history of domestic abuse to be blocked from buying guns. The democrat, Brad Holman wants to give judges the power to seize an individual’s firearms if they pose a significant risk to themselves or others. Do you think this is a solution to prevent stuff like this from happening again?

Getty Images The Twilight Zone Is Getting Rebooted With Help From Jordan Peele The Twilight Zone  is returning to a television near you, in due time. CBS announced on Thursday that the network is readying a new take on the iconic sci-fi series, and the best part– Jordan Peele is involved. The original series ran for five seasons on CBS from 1959-1964, and now, Producers CBS Television Studios retained the rights to the show and will executive produce the new spin on it. Sources say that the cult classic’s new branch will be created by Jordan Peele, along with with Marco Ramirez (Netflix Marvel dramas  The Defenders  and  Daredevil, Sons of Anarchy ) who is set to write the script and serve as showrunner. Official details have not yet been revealed beyond the initial announcement of the program. (Photo by Craig Barritt/Getty Images) Terry Richardson Banned From Working For Condé Nast Publications It’s definitely a new day for the entertainment industry… With new allegations of sexual misconduct against Harvey Weinstein and James Toback continuing to mount, fashion photographer Terry Richardson is out of work as far as Conde Nast is concerned, after a UK newspaper questioned over the weekend why the shutterbug is still being “feted by fashionistas.” Now the UK Telegraph is reporting that Conde Nast’s executive vice president and chief operating officer sent an email to “country presidents” at the firm Monday ordering any existing projects with Richardson be killed: Mr. Woolhouse wrote: “I am writing to you on an important matter. Condé Nast would like to no longer work with the photographer Terry Richardson. “Any shoots that have been commission[ed] or any shoots that have been completed but not yet published, should be killed and substituted with other material. “Please could you confirm that this policy will be actioned in your market effective immediately. Thank you for your support in this matter.” According to the Telegraph reports, Mr. Richardson’s contract arrangements had been in dispute for some time with Condé Nast International, which includes Vanity Fair, GQ and Vogue. US Vogue already distanced themselves from Richardson in 2014 when he faced sexual misconduct allegations. At the time they released a statement saying “The last assignment Terry Richardson had for US Vogue appeared in the July 2010 issue and we have no plans to work with him in the future.” In the meantime, Richardson has responded to the reports by expressing his disappointment. In a statement to the Huffington Post Richardson responded: “Terry is disappointed to hear about this email especially because he has previously addressed these old stories. “He is an artist who has been known for his sexually explicit work so many of his professional interactions with subjects were sexual and explicit in nature but all of the subjects of his work participated consensually.” What do you think of his explanation? Maxim used to be a big deal and they used to pay me for traffic, back when they were a magazine and I was a website and they didn’t know how to be a website, so they’d buy plugs on sites…I didn’t mind taking their money, but I did always find them pretty fucking lame… Then the magazine was taken over by their lawyers, when they couldn’t quite figure out how to make all that stupid Maxim Money they were making before print died, and those lawyers would send me legal letters, threats to sue me, to take down all the images of theirs that I had on site because they paid me to post them…so I kind of hate Maxim… They were sold to some rich kid, they are doing better shoots, they are still doing their parties and Hometown Hottie Next Door shit…they still exist…and they had a Halloween party…and the top notch girls showed up…here are the pics…. Tara Reid was there and she’s perfect….always up for a good party…with a gnarly Cameltoe..
