Another baby Guido has arrived….and Pauly D is the father. “Jersey Shore” Reality Star Pauly D Is A Father Last year, “Jersey Shore” wild child Snooki shocked the world when she announced her pregnancy and gave birth to a baby boy. Well, it looks like Snooki isn’t the only cast member who has entered into the wonderful world of parenthood. via THG Former Jersey Shore star Pauly D is the father of a love child, born to a girl he met while he was DJing in Las Vegas last year, according to a new report. The unnamed mother is 26, and is a resident of New Jersey. She and Pauly are not together. The baby girl is a few months old, and living with her mom. The mom has filed court documents in New Jersey to formally establish paternity, while Pauly D has already taken a DNA test and confirmed he’s the dad. The baby’s mother and the Rhode Island native “didn’t have a previous relationship,” but the new dad “is hoping to develop a relationship” with her. “[He] wasn’t exactly planning for it to happen this way,” a source close the the DJ and MTV personality says, “but God works in mysterious ways.” The star, 33, also briefly told TMZ, “I’m proud I’m a father.” ”I am excited to embark on this new part of my life.” Guess Pauly was really putting the ‘D’ in ‘DJ’ while he was out in Vegas.

She’s a ride or die chick. Woman Angrily Responds To Letter Left For Husband This world is full of jerks. According to Raw Story: A passive-aggressive note left on a car parked in a handicapped spot has drawn international attention to a paralyzed Michigan man and his wife. Matt Milstead said he went last week to the Grand Rapids YMCA to play wheelchair rugby, and he found the handwritten note shoved in the door handle when he returned to his BMW, which had the proper handicapped parking tag hanging from the rearview mirror. “I would love to see your wheelchair!” the anonymous note said. “I’m guessing male 25-35 years professional who thinks he’s got the world by the ass. But I could be wrong.” Milstead said the note left him puzzled, but his wife said she became “instantly furious.” “It’s kind of ironic the guy was trying to right a wrong,” Leslie Milstead said. “He assumed some jerk had parked in a handicapped spot that shouldn’t be, and so he was really trying. He probably felt like a good person and thought he was doing a good thing, but the problem is he was wrong.” Leslie Milstead posted a reply on her own Facebook page that has since gone viral. “You were so close on the age, he’s actually 36, and he is a professional with a full time job,” Leslie Milstead wrote. “He is also a quadriplegic, which for him means that he can no longer move his legs or his fingers in either hand. He has no grip.” She said her husband would gladly trade his 6-year-old BMW and handicapped parking pass for the use of his legs and hands, and she asked why the note writer was so sure a handicapped person couldn’t work hard, be successful and own a nice vehicle. Leslie Milstead said she never expected her reply to gain so much attention, but she and her husband hope the episode will serve as a lesson to others. “I never expected it to get to this level,” Matt Milstead said. “I kind of looked at it like, well, this will be another. It will happen again. But, hey, if I change someone’s way of thinking, then it was worth it.” She got him together. Nobody tried to help the kid. Sad. Teenagers Punch Boy In The Face While Bus Driver Does Nothing Maybe the bus driver wasn’t trying to get hurt…..it’s not like he’s getting rich off driving buses. According to The NY Daily News Three Pennsylvania teenagers could face charges after cops caught wind of a video posted to Facebook showing a 17-year-old boy getting punched in the face during a bus ride home from school, authorities said. The bus driver, who never stopped after the attack or reported the incident to school officials, could also be charged, police said. The victim, Dylan Fonner, was sitting with a friend on the bus as three 16-year-olds, two boys and one girl — the only other passengers — started to tease the pair after they left the Delaware County Alternative High School on Oct. 9, WPIV-TV reported. One of the teens began recording the bullying with a cellphone before another student suddenly walked into the frame and punched Fonner in the face. The footage shows blood pouring from a wound on Fonner’s lip before the teen stood up from his seat and asked the driver to stop — but the driver refused. His mother, Jackee Fonner, said she learned about the attack after the shocking clip was posted to the social media site. “When I saw the video, I was upset and furious at the same time,” the fuming mother told NBC 10 News. The mother said that she and the parents of her son’s friend — who was also allegedly attacked during the spat — are demanding criminal charges against the teens involved and the 34-year-old driver. “I’m in complete shock,” Jackee Fonner said. “I mean, a grown adult! He was the only adult in the situation and he didn’t even pull over!” She said her son, who was treated at a local hospital for a busted lip and chipped teeth from the punch, has not been in school since the attack. Chester City Police Commissioner Joseph Bail Jr. told WPIV-TV that the driver should have reported the attack — but cops didn’t learn about the punch until they were alerted to the online video. “I have a problem with a grown adult not reporting it,” Bail said. “He has a responsibility to inform his supervisors and the police of a criminal act.” The executive director of the school — which teaches students with behavioral issues — would not comment any further when the news station questioned them about the incident. This lady didn’t give a phuck. Teacher Has Angry Tirade Over The Term African-American Poor thang probably went off over her paycheck. These teachers don’t get enough money. According to Raw Story A Los Angeles teacher whose profanity-laced tirade was caught on an audio recording admits a student heckler got the best of her. The outburst took place Sept. 26 during a lesson on race and ethnicity at the Humanities and Art Academy in Harbor City, The Daily Breeze reported Wednesday. The teacher, whose name has not been released, said she was trying to explain that the term, “African-American,” is at least partially inaccurate. “You’re an American first,” she said, adding that her family came from Italy, but she doesn’t call herself an Italian-American. The teacher said one student repeatedly told her she was wrong and then used her cell phone to record the teacher’s angry reaction. “I know my f–-g s—t,” the teacher can be heard saying. “Don’t f—- with that. I’m tired of trying to educate you, and you guys resist every step of the f—–g way. Get the f—- out of here.” The teacher admits she lost her cool, but she said she was also hurt that the student had recorded her outburst and then turned the recording over to another faculty member with whom she doesn’t get along. “I was trying to explain the difference between race and ethnicity, and this girl kept poking the bear,” she said. She also pointed out that the student had broken school rules by using her cell phone in class. The teacher has been placed on paid leave while the Los Angeles Unified School District investigates the incident. Students told KTLA-TV that they had forgiven the teacher, saying that students at the school can be tough on faculty members. “It is wrong to be cussing, at students especially, but a lot of kids here aggravate the teachers,” student Aaron Taylor said. “She’s a good teacher. Everybody makes mistakes and she’s only human.” Another student pointed out the teacher had apologized. “Everybody forgave her,” Summer Washington said. “That’s our favorite teacher.” But another student told KNBC-TV that the 10-year veteran teacher should be fired. “They’re not supposed to react like that no matter what the situation was,” said student Carla Mateo. We don’t know if we could handle 350 seizures a month . Man Cured Of Lifelong Seizures How did he live like this for so long? According to ABC News Chris Murto’s silent seizures started when he was a baby, and his doctors thought he was just having night terrors. “He rarely slept more than two hours at a time,” mom Maura Murto, 59, of Sedona, Ariz., said. “He would wake up and look startled, then begin to cry.” By the time he was in kindergarten, he would get tense and stiffen up and look terrified, but it always happened when he was asleep. “His face would grimace and a slight tear would roll down his cheek,” she said. Doctors diagnosed a rare type of benign tumor — a hypothalamic hamartoma (HH) — that would eventually cause up to 350 seizures a month by the time he was 13, and put him on medication, sometimes 25 pills a day. But today, at 29, Murto is seizure-free, thanks to Barrow Neurological Institute at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, the first in the country to treat HH tumors. The surgeons used new, minimally invasive laser-surgery techniques to burn out the tumor in his brain. These gelastic seizures involved a sudden burst of energy, usually in the form of laughing or crying and can be uncomfortable. They can damage the brain and lead to progressive cognitive impairment. “When someone said seizures, I thought grand mal with someone on the floor,” his mother said. “Innocently, I didn’t know what we were dealing with.” Beginning when he was 5, Chris’ parents logged his daily seizures on a chart, but they began to worsen as he grew older, disrupting his thought process and ability to learn. His IQ even dropped to 79 from 120 and his parents were told he would never live independently. “He had tremors in his hand, his eyes rolled up in his head so you could see the whites, he slept a lot and his drool was out of control,” Maura Murto said. “He was losing ground mentally and physically.” Chris Murto had thousands of seizures every year by the time he was 13. “It’s impossible to explain the amount of pain I was experiencing,” said Chris, who’s father, Bill, co-founded the the Compaq Computer Corp. Just hours after O’Connor, 46, penned a lengthy open letter to Cyrus about her outlandish behavior and how’s she’s apparently prostituting herself, the “We Can’t Stop” singer shared a photo of O’Connor’s 1992 infamous moment when she ripped a picture of the Pope on Saturday Night Live. “#SNL,” Cyrus simply wrote alongside the photo on Thursday, Oct. 3. Top top it off, Cyrus, 20, also compared O’Connor to none other than Amanda Bynes. “Before Amanda Bynes…. There was…” the Bangerz star wrote. Alongside the comment, Cyrus posted a screenshot of tweets from O’Connor’s old Twitter account from two years ago. Some of the tweets included the Irish singer trying to find a psychiatrist in Ireland who could “urgently” see her as soon as possible. (Bynes’ parents gave an update on their 27-year-old daughter on Sept. 30 that she’s “making great strides towards recovery” since moving to celebrity rehab center The Canyon in Malibu three weeks ago.) Everyone knew Cory died of an overdose, but no one knew he went out like this. Cory Monteith Died Next To H-Ron, Drug Spoon And Needle He had so much talent. If only someone got to him sooner. According to The NY Post The British Columbia Coroners Service said Wednesday investigators found a spoon with drug residue and a used hypodermic needle in the hotel room where “Glee” actor Cory Monteith was found dead in July. The coroner’s final report issued Wednesday, confirmed initial findings that Monteith died from using intravenous h-ron combined with alcohol. The 31-year-old Canadian-born actor was found dead in a Vancouver hotel room July 13. “I classify this death as accidental,” coroner Claire Thompson said in her report. Monteith had checked into the hotel on July 6 and when he didn’t check out as expected on July 13, hotel staff entered his room and found him unresponsive on the floor. Two empty bottles of champagne were also found in the room. “Mr. Monteith was found in a collapsed position on the hotel room floor,” the report said. “It appeared that Mr. Monteith had been dead for several hours.” Hotel video footage showed him returning alone to his room at 2:16 a.m. on July 13. The investigation said Monteith had a history of illicit drug use with intermittent periods of rehabilitation and of abstinence from drugs. It said when people who have refrained from using opioids such as h-ron for a while, their tolerance for the drug decreases. Monteith was honored at the Emmy awards last month. His death recalled the lives of Heath Ledger, Corey Haim and River Phoenix – actors who battled substance abuse and died in their 20s and 30s. Monteith had talked bluntly about struggling with addiction since he was a teenager, calling it a serious problem and telling Parade magazine in 2011 he was “lucky to be alive.” R.I.P.

Yes, he was cleared of spitting on his neighbor and reckless driving , but who will stop him from peeing in the next bucket? According to TMZ Justin Bieber is in the clear … the L.A. County District Attorney just REJECTED 2 cases targeting the singer — the case in which he allegedly SPIT on his neighbor, and the case in which he allegedly was speeding recklessly in his Calabasas neighborhood. As for the spitting case — get this. The alleged victim actually SAVED THE LOOGIE. But that wasn’t enough for a prosecution. The D.A. says it was one guy’s word against another, and Justin denied hawking a big one. The D.A. says during the altercation, the neighbor told cops Bieber said, “I will beat the s**t out of you and I will f*****g kill you.” D.A. investigators decided Bieber’s actions were “disproportionate and immature, but since the neighbor had entered the property without invitation Bieber’s actions did not rise to the level of a criminal threat.” As for the speeding case, it all came down to the video tape … which shows Justin was not even in the Ferrari in question at the time of the incident. He was riding behind the car on a motorcycle. The D.A. also notes Tyler, the Creator actually took responsibility on TMZ for driving the car. So case closed. SMH at the neighbor who saved the loogie.
