The woman accusing Ben Roethlisberger of sexual assault claims the football star forced himself on her at the hotel where she worked and that despite her repeated protestations and refusals, Roethlisberger would not stop . He claims it was consensual and that the lack of criminal complaint filed by Andrea McNulty – the incident happened a year ago – proves his innocence

Jackson Fire: Captain Says Director To Blame

An LA city fire captain who was at the filming of Michael Jackson’s 1984 Pepsi commercial claims the incident was caused by a director who wanted a better shot. Captain Don Doncaster, a fire safety inspector and one of the peope who helped put out the fire on Jackson’s head, told TMZ that he overheard the director tell Jackson to stand under the sparks for longer because it would make him look “more majestic.” “When I got him off the floor, he was little dazed and disorientated.

Mischa Barton Reportedly 5150

Mischa Barton has reportedly been placed under an involuntary psychiatric hold, also known as Section 5150, and is currently at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. Access Hollywood reports that after a call placed to police from Barton’s home at around 3pm Wednesday afternoon, a patrol car arrived and reportedly helped Mischa with ‘a medical issue’. When asked about the incident, an LAPD spokesperson declined to comment directly, but did say that a person placed under an involuntary psychiatric hold would be protected from disclosure under law
