A Georgia police officer, 24-yr-old Andrey Francisquin, was arrested for posting nekkid pictures of a fellow female police officer on social media sites. Andrey texted the victim threats, saying “you’re going to learn!” The victim says she doesn’t know where this mess is coming from and everything was all good just about a week ago. Police say the woman believes her phone was hacked (likely story) or accessed by Andrey somehow. Francisquin spent 3 days in the pokey and is on administrative leave pending the incident investigation.
Fort Worth Officer Arrests Distraught Black Mother Who Called Him For Help A Fort Worth mother, disturbed by her neighbor’s actions toward her 7-year-old son, called an officer to help her properly confront the neighbor about his actions. Instead, she was spoken down to, antagonized, and ultimately arrested herself. The mother needed assistance as a white man allegedly choked her seven-year-old son after he supposedly littered. The man ordered him to pick up the paper he dropped, and assaulted the little boy when he wouldn’t comply. The child immediately told his mother what happened, at which point she called the police to confront the man. The cop’s response? “Well why didn’t you teach your son not to litter?” UNBELIEVABLE. The mother naturally got upset with the officer’s line of questioning and expressed as much, at which point the officer escalated the situation and ended up arresting the mother for getting too “Mouthy” with him. Meanwhile the grown man who chokes first-graders over trash hasn’t been asked a single thing. The Fort Worth Police Department addressed the issue , since it went viral on social media, and say that the clearly racist officer has been put on “restricted duty” while they continue the investigation into what happened. We guess the video clearly showing what happened isn’t quite clear enough… We doubt their “findings” will conclude much more than “officers get to do whatever they want.” SMH. At least no one was shot or killed this time… According to CBS , the executive director of the ACLU of Texas, Terri Burke released the following statement on the matter: “We regret that the FWPD is giving the officer 48 hours to prepare his report on the incident. That leaves us with only the video on which to rely for information. When the mother of a seven-year-old boy calls the police to report an assault on her son, the responding officer should expect to find her distraught. In this instance, the officer ignored basic community policing standards and his own responsibility to de-escalate the confrontation. This incident and countless others like them demonstrate that for people of color, showing anything less than absolute deference to police officers —regardless of the circumstances — can have unjust and often tragic consequences. This fundamental injustice is also a threat to public safety. If a Black woman in Fort Worth can’t call the cops after her son is allegedly choked by a neighbor without getting arrested, why would she ever call the cops again?” Ridiculous. SMH. Facebook
Sonequa Martin-Green Joins Star Trek Universe 2016 will be remembered as the year of Black girl magic that continued with “Walking Dead” star Sonequa Martin-Green reportedly landing a leading role on the upcoming space conquest series Star Trek: Discovery . Green will play a lieutenant commander aboard the Starship Discovery and becomes the first African-American female lead of a “Star Trek” franchise EVER. Security Guard Caught Masturbating On Chargers Sideline A security guard manning the sidelines during the Chargers vs. Raiders game on Sunday was caught on camera phone released some of his pent up frustrations — through his pants pocket, thankfully — just feet away from team cheerleaders. Of course, the video went viral shortly after it was uploaded, and according to TMZ , homie in question was quickly canned. The team hasn’t publicly identified the man getting to it in the video, but issued the following statement: “We are aware of the disturbing actions of an Elite security staff member at Sunday’s game. We apologize to any fans who may have witnessed the incident.” Just…nasty. This man needs to seek help.
Florida Man Arrested For Biting Boyfriend’s Ear Off A man named Bruce Tolbert was arrested in St. Petersburg, Florida after police say he bit off the left ear of his boyfriend according to TheSmokingGun . Tolbert was charged with felony domestic battery after police pulled up on the scene “there were no witnesses to the incident.” However, Officer Max McDonald reported, “a portion of the victim’s left ear was missing.” The severed chunk “remained on the ground at the scene of the incident,” Apparently, this guy has a pretty long rap sheet with all type of arrests and subsequent convictions. Of course, the most recent bump in that road came when Trump dismissed footage that showed him boasting about acts of sexual assault as simple boys-will-be-boys “locker room talk.” Shortly thereafter, his explanation got posterized by one of the most famous athletes on the planet: LeBron James on Donald Trump’s “Locker Room Talk” Yes, LeBron set Trump straight on “locker room talk,” but he’s not the the athlete that Trump has chosen to lash out at today. No, rather than going one-on-one with King James, Trump has decided it would be a good idea to take on the entire National Football League! Speaking at a rally in Lakeland Florida yesterday, Trump had this to say about a woman who passed out at one of his rallies, but made it back to the crowd in time for the sieg heils : Donald Trump SLAMS the NFL “The woman was out cold, and now she’s coming back,” Trump tells his supporters in the clip above. “See? We don’t go by these new and very much softer NFL rules. Concussion, oh! Oh! Got a little ding on the head, no, no, you can’t play for the rest of the season. Our people are tough.” On the list of ridiculous things Donald Trump has said in recent weeks, this comment doesn’t even make the top 100. Hell, it’s not even the most shocking football-related Trump news of the day . That honor would go to the revelation that Trump wanted O.J. Simpson to be on Celebrity Apprentice . But it’s still an idiotic statement that deserves to be called out for a number of reasons, not the least of which is that brain injuries kill, and CTE has been known to destroy families and ruined young lives. Trump’s attitudes is the kind of thinking that leads to players hiding the symptoms of concussions, and he’s reportedly being slammed by Roger Goodell and others within the league today for his idiotic remarks. Of course, if you’ve read The Art of the Deal , or you’re just a fan of failed sports leagues, you know that this isn’t the first time that the Donald has gone toe-to-toe with the NFL. Fortunately, to extend a tortured football metaphor a bit further, if this election were a game, Team Trump would currently be down by 14 and pinned to its own goal line at the two-minute warning.

Oprah Winfrey The talk show icon has been open about the fact that she was raped by a relative at the age of nine. 2. Lady Gaga In December 2014, Lady Gaga told Howard Stern that she was raped by an older record producer when she was 19 years old. The artist’s single, “Swine,” is about the incident and she has gone on to become a spokesperson about sexual assault awareness. 3. Gabrielle Union Gabrielle Union was also 19 years old when she raped while working at a shoe store. 4. Teri Hatcher Teri Hatcher was raped by her uncle when she was only five years old. In 2002, she testified against the relative and helped sentence to 14 years in prison. 5. Ashley Judd Ashley Judd wrote in her memoir, “All That Is Bitter and Sweet,” that she was the victim of rape and incest. The incidents took place when she was a child. 6. Tyler Perry Actor, writer and director Tyler Perry has said he was raped by the mother of a childhood friend; she held him hostage in her house until he had sex with her. View Slideshow
Another Celebrity Learns That Bringing Guns To Airports Isn’t A Good Idea At some point, celebrities will realize sneaking guns onto planes is an awful idea. TMZ just reported that Coolio was the latest celeb to find himself in handcuffs after he tried to sneak a loaded handgun through airport security. Apparently, someone tried to sneak the gun through in a book bag. There’s some discrepancy on who the gun belongs to, whether it’s owned by the Compton rapper or a member of his security team. Witnesses told the police the gun belonged to Coolio, but the police are still doing an investigation into the incident. (via TMZ )
