If the average credit rating of these members is at least a minimum credit score, the lender continues to process the loan application. The announcement referred to Reed as “an ethnomusicologist and the president of the Eastern Delaware Nations.” Currently, the federal government recognizes three Delaware tribes as descendants of Native Americans cast out of their ancestral homelands centuries ago—the Eastern Delaware Nations is not one of them.
