He had his hand on her butt.” Sources close to the couple say that it doesn’t matter what anybody else saw — Khloe isn’t going to buy it unless she’s seeing it with her own eyes. “Khloé believes every word Tristan tells her,” says a source close to the mom of daughter True, 5 months. “They’ll stay together.” If you hadn’t already heard, Khloe has every intention of moving back to Cleveland with True when Tristan’s NBA season resumes and there’s absolutely nothing her friends and family can do to convince her to stay in Los Angeles. “Everyone is flabbergasted, but her family has learned to keep their opinions quiet,” reveals the insider. “People underestimate the threshold of what she’ll put up with for love.” The new allegations come on the tail of an insider revealing to US Weekly that the couple were “doing better than anyone could have expected” after the first cheating scandal. “Tristan has promised Khloé he will never betray her again,” the insider revealed. “She believes him.” Khloe is obviously a very loyal woman. For the most part, the offspring of Kris Jenner are doing incredibly well for themselves these days. Kylie is almost a billionaire ; Kendall is one of the world’s most sought-after runway models, and Kim is planning to have a fourth child by an eccentric sneaker mogul. In fact, all of Kris’ kids are crushing it in their own way — with one notable exception. Yes, we’re talking about perennial f–k-up Rob Kardashian. No, before you scroll down to the comments and point out that whoever gets paid to examine Rob’s bank statements is probably looking at some pretty sizable sums, allow us to clarify what we mean when we say Dream’s dad flat-out sucks. Yes, he has far more money than your typical 31-year-old — but by most accounts, he’s an unconscionable douche bag. Radar Online is reporting that Kylie recently decided to sell the property, leaving Rob in a lurch. The site claims that Rob is living in in less-than-ideal conditions at his mother’s house, and although he’s working on turning his life around, he and Kris are reportedly getting on one another’s nerves. “He is apparently working out a lot and looks really good,” a source tells the site. “He just doesn’t want to be associated with his sisters and their drama right now and is focusing on his daughter, Dream.” Rob is currently house-hunting, the insider adds, and while fights with Kris have been frequent, the momager has assured her son that she won’t allow him to end up on the street. “Rob and Kris will always have a special bond and she will always take care of him however she needs to,” the source says. Disrupt Harlem Code Squad Empowers Youth Through Tech Education

D iversity numbers in the tech industry remain stagnant. Despite African-Americans being one of the top demographic groups for digital consumption, when it comes to forging career paths in the tech industry there isn’t a level playing field. According to a study released by the National Urban League , at major social media and tech companies, less than five percent of employees are Black. Disrupt Harlem Code Squad —a free Harlem-based tech and entrepreneurship program—is aiming to change the status quo by empowering opportunity youth through STEM education. The program—which is an initiative led by the Harlem Business Alliance —was created as an avenue to connect young adults between the ages of 18 and 24 to the New York City tech industry. Over the course of 15-weeks, program participants are provided with one-on-one training, courses on how to code, field trips to the headquarters of tech giants in the New York City area, and ongoing mentorship. Disrupt Harlem Code Squad also puts the emphasis on entrepreneurship; empowering students to design their own mobile and web apps. After completing the program, some of the participants are aligned with internships in the tech industry and others continue to expand their skills at a full-stack developer coding program led by The Knowledge House. As New York City’s tech landscape continues to expand and there are talks about it transforming into the next Silicon Valley, its imperative for opportunity youth from inner-city communities to be able to compete in this industry. Furthermore, tapping into this talent pool can be a solution to closing tech’s diversity gap. “Through our Disrupt Harlem Code Squad initiative, HBA aims to level the playing field for Harlem’s opportunity youth when it comes to entering the tech industry. African-Americans represent less than 2 percent of employees at major tech companies,” Regina Smith , Executive Director, Harlem Business Alliance, told NewsOne. “Shifting the narrative starts with exposure. One of the catalysts for change is introducing STEM education programs to all inner-city youth.  We educate young adults about coding, career pathways in tech as well as basic business fundamentals. We realize our youth possesses tremendous untapped potential and it is our responsibility to invest in the next generation of leaders.” Disrupt Harlem Code Squad has proven to be effective and impactful. Some of the students have received job offers from major tech companies and others have launched their own businesses. Many of the program participants pay it forward by serving as mentors. “Disrupt Harlem Code Squad targets a vulnerable subset of our community—young adults who are under or unemployed—and gives them the tools to make a positive change in their lives.  Tech is a growing industry, but members of our community weren’t being prepared to have those careers,” said Disrupt Harlem Code Squad Program Director Philomena Boateng . “We’ve made our program free because we recognize they don’t have the resources that other “non-traditional” students do to pay the high cost of programs like these. We believe that by educating our youth on a new career path, we’re also giving them the means to improve their economic situation on a long-term basis. We put real action behind inclusivity efforts in tech that some companies only talk about.” As the program gears up for its next cohort, it aims to continue to make an impact in the lives of youth. According to Business Insider , Osaka is slated to make history by inking the biggest deal that Adidas has ever offered to a woman athlete. Osaka currently has a contract with Adidas for six figures which is ending this year. It seems as if the Adidas deal is just the beginning of more endorsements to come for Osaka. She recently signed a three-year endorsement deal with Nissan to be one of their brand ambassadors. “With a combination of grit and grace, Naomi Osaka is not afraid to take on the best tennis players of our time, and win,” Asako Hoshino , Senior Vice President, Nissan, told the news outlet . Indeed, with rumors circulating around the Internet that Markle is already pregnant with the couple’s first child, this insider tells Hollywood Life that such claims are premature. There is no small human growing inside Markle’s womb. Not yet anyway. But this doesn’t mean Harry and his relatively new wife aren’t doing all they can to make it happen. They totally are. Gina Kirschenheiter has really made a splash on The Real Housewives of Orange County , from siding with Kelly Dodd against Vicki to speaking her mind without hesitation. She’s made a real impression with fans, who would be happy to see her return for another season. Will Gina stay or will she go? RadarOnline spoke to a network insider who explained why Bravo wants Gina Kirschenheiter back for another season. The Bravo insider says that Gina is “absolutely” welcome back next season. “She has gained a tremendous fan base,” the source explains. A huge factor in her immediate popularity, the insider explains, is “because people can relate to her.” She’s a reality star with a reasonably glamorous lifestyle, so crossing that bridge to relatability can be tricky — but she managed it. There are some pretty simple reasons for Gina’s rapid rise to popularity among viewers, and it’s not the ase of spelling her last name. “She speaks what is on her mind,” the source explains. “And she doesn’t hold back anything.” That’s a great quality in a reality star, but also a breath of fresh air to viewers who are tired of jaded reality veterans who pick their battles. “She is refreshing,” the insider states. “And,” the source continues, Gina “has gotten really close to several of the cast members already.” As we had mentioned, Gina sided with Kelly against Vicki over Vicki’s double-dates with Kelly’s ex. A couple of weeks ago, Kanye West decided to share details of his porn-watching habits with the world. He also released a new song about wanting to bone all four of Kim’s sisters . It’s a lot, and though Kim has always been one to stand by her man, a report says that, privately, Kim is frustrated and embarrassed. After all, the things that he says could one day reach the ears of their three children. A source tells RadarOnline that Kim and Kanye are not on the same page when it comes to him oversharing with millions. “She finds it so embarrassing,” the insider says of Kim’s stance on Kanye sharing way too much information about his most private thoughts. Reports have even claimed that he has done all of this without any warning or consultation with her or the rest of her family. “And,” the source continues, Kim “can’t understand why he’d humiliate himself and the whole family like that.” Who knows why Kanye says anything that he does these days, really. In case you need a refresher on what has so many feathers ruffled, Kanye’s song “XTCY” contains some interesting lyrics. “You got sick thoughts? I got more of ’em,” he raps. “You got a sister-in-law you would smash? I got four of them.” It might not be unusual for in-laws, especially recent in-laws, to have decidedly non-familial thoughts about each other. But you shouldn’t really rap about it. To make matters worse, Kanye wasn’t done, suggesting that he had pleasured himself to photos of Kim’s sisters. “You did something unholy to them pictures, damn, you need to be locked up,” Kanye rapped. “Nah, we need a bigger hot tub.” That wasn’t all, of course. Kanye also discussed his porn-viewing habits on television. He revealed that he likes to watch “a lot of black on white, obviously.” Kanye added that the combo reflects “my own reality.” Watching porn is normal and usually healthy. Speaking about your particular tastes on television in such blatant terms is … odd. According to the source, Kim is concerned that these kinds of things will find their way back to their children — starting with North, who only just turned 5 last June. “North’s at an age where she can read all this stuff online,” the source adds.  That might be a fine age to give an early version of the sex talk — explaining exactly how babies are made and, of course, arming your child with knowledge that will help them recognize when an adult is being inappropriate with them. But if there’s a good age for your dad jacks it thinking about your aunts and is specifically into white girls , it sure as hell isn’t 5. “Plus,” the insider says. “Kim’s had so many people ask her, ‘What’s up with Kanye, why’s he saying all this?’” That is a great question that people have been asking for the past decade, but that question has cropped up a hell of a lot more during the past year. “He ignores her advice time and again,” the source spills. “And it’s even more lame,” the insider claims. “Because their sex life is a disaster and has been for months.” That would mean that all of Kim’s claims that Kanye is the best at boning were just a lot of hot air. Obviously, Kanye has said a lot of things that he should not — things that no one should say. The dude blamed black people for slavery . Something is wrong. But if Kim has private reservations about him spouting humiliating nonsense by blurting out whatever terrible thought pops into his mind at any given moment, we doubt that she’s confiding them in friends. Kim takes that whole for better or for worse thing very seriously, and seems to still be head over heels for Kanye. We don’t have to understand it (maybe he IS really good at boning) — but aside from what we hear in unconfirmed reports, it really sounds like she’s happy with her marriage. For now. Jennifer Garner: PISSED Ben Affleck Is Dating a Playboy Model!

Earlier this week, the world learned that Ben Affleck and Lindsay Shookus have broken up after just over a year of dating. Given the fact that the couple went to great pains to keep their relationship as private as possible, perhaps it should come as no surprise that there was no official statement confirming the split. What is surprising, however, is the fact that Ben moved on within days of the breakup. Yes, these days, Affleck is dating Playboy model Shauna Sexton . Aside from drunkenly posting all-caps rage comments on an article suggesting that it’s time for Tom Brady to retire, dumping a successful career woman who’s at least close to his age in favor of a 22-year-old centerfold is the most Ben Affleck thing Ben Affleck has ever done. Those who know him best probably aren’t shocked by the decision — but that doesn’t mean they like it. According to Us Weekly, Jennifer Garner has been quite vocal about her distaste for Ben’s new relationship. A source close to the situation tells the tabloid that it’s not a matter of jealousy — rather it’s the fact that Jen desperately wants her three children to have a relationship with their father, but she feels she can’t trust Affleck when he’s spending his time with hard-partying college-aged women. “Jen realized a long time ago that she cannot fix Ben and that his problems are not hers to solve,” says the insider . “She’s not his babysitter. She just wants to protect the kids. But she does wish Ben would keep his life more private.” The source goes on to claim that while Ben’s reckless rebound behavior was not unexpected, Jen had hoped for a shred of maturity from her ex. “Of course she’s not pleased he’s dating a 22-year-old Playboy model,” the insider adds. “But she’s also not surprised. Jen has come to expect this from Ben. She’s not going to get involved. She can’t make decisions for him.” And this isn’t a case of Jen being skeptical of Shauna simply because of her age or profession. You see,  Affleck is still newly sober , and Shauna is, well … not. Sources close to the actor swear the booze was for Shauna, but members of his inner circle are still concerned. Even if Ben is still off the sauce, taking up with a hard-drinking girlfriend half his age doesn’t exactly improve his chances of staying sober. That happiness reportedly stems almost entirely from schadenfreude over Angelina Jolie’s misfortune. In fact, it sounds like Jen is gleefully dancing on the ashes of Angelina’s entire life. The once epic love story of Brangelina has devolved into a nasty, acrimonious divorce that neither side can keep quiet. RadarOnline has gained some insight into how Jennifer Aniston is allegedly feeling about all of this. “Jen’s in a very positive place right now,” an insider reveals. Apparently, Aniston’s cheerful disposition doesn’t come from spiritual enlightenment or doing yoga or loving herself. It seems that her joyful mood comes from watching Angelina’s life in shambles. “She’s privately ecstatic to see Angelina at rock bottom,” the source says. As we have mentioned, Angelina filed court documents to try to prompt Brad Pitt to pay his fair share of child support . Aniston was apparently confident of this “even when she was at her most smug and supposedly loved-up with Brad.” It might sound wildly out of character for Jennifer Aniston to be cackling like a Disney villain at the very real misfortunes of a real woman with real feelings. But the insider explains: “This is a woman Jen views as pure evil.” That’s an odd perspective, since it’s hard to see how Angelina realistically wronged Aniston, but feelings don’t have to be rational. “So,” the source asks. “Is she happy to see her miserable and getting the payback she deserves?” The insider makes it clear that this is not a rhetorical question, answering: “You bet she is.” Apparently, Aniston believes that this is justice on a cosmic, spiritual scale. “Jen’s a huge believer in karma,” the source shares. “And she despises Angie.” It’s often a mistake to believe that the spiritual order of the cosmos just happens to align with your personal grudges. The insider adds: “She’s finding it hard not to smile when the (divorce) comes up.” Well, we are all entitled to a little schadenfreude. And it’s hard to see how the former Friends star feeling this way hurts anyone. That is an interesting read. However, we do have to ask … is this really how Jennifer Aniston feels? We would like to think that Jen doesn’t spend all day moping around her home, wondering about what life with Brad would be like if they’d never split. Similarly, we would like to think that this source, though decidedly Team Jen , is wrong about her alleged vindictive feelings. If anything, Jen and Angelina have a lot in common — they’re both successful actresses who have years of happy memories with Brad even though those memories are tainted by their bitter breakups. Honestly, it sounds like they’re both amazing, talented women who gave years of their lives to a man who threw away what they had.
