Already the mother of two-year-old son Louis, Oscar winner Sandra Bullock is reportedly adopting a second child … or at least in the process of trying to. Sandra and then-husband Jesse James had planned to adopt Louis together, but in the aftermath of their shocking split, she took on sole custody of the boy. She has planned to expand her brood since adopting Louis back in early 2010, a source revealed: “Sandra has always planned to have more than one child.” “She feels now is a good time for a new baby to be welcomed into the family. Louis is a little young to understand that he is going to be a big brother.” “However, Sandy is trying to get him ready for the transition.” The source adds that Sandra has filed the adoption papers now as it may take a long time to process. She has no preference on the sex of the baby. “It took her about 18 months to finally get Louis, and there is no time table as to when she will get the second child,” the insider said of the adoption. “Sandy’s lawyer told her it could take a year to complete the process. The sex tape featuring John Edwards and Rielle Hunter going at it will be destroyed as part of a settlement between Hunter and ex-Edwards aide Andrew Young. The imminent destruction of sex tapes featuring Edwards and Hunter was mandated as per the agreement between Rielle, Edwards’ ex-plaything, and Young. Orange County, N.C., Superior Court Judge Carl Fox on Thursday signed the settlement agreement between Andrew Young, his wife and Rielle Hunter. Hunter sued the pair, who ended up with the John Edwards sex tape somehow. Hunter accused Andrew and Cheri Young of invasion of privacy, and sought to reclaim “materials” she said belong to her, including personal photos and the sex tape. While the settlement addresses the transfer and destruction of videos, photos and other documents, no money was awarded and the Youngs admit no liability. The court clerk has the honor of physically destroying the sex tape. Meanwhile, the Youngs must make a good-faith effort to ensure that the copy of the video that they gave to the U.S. government is likewise destroyed. The former aide will get back his family videos and pics, though they can’t monetize any including Rielle Hunter or her daughter, Edwards’ love child. The Los Angeles County of Department of Children and Family Services is recommending that Halle Berry’s ex-boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry, have another adult present during his custodial time with their three-year-old daughter, Nahla. According to Radaronline : “Case workers are recommending that a nanny be present with Gabriel during his visitation times. Halle’s nanny had been with Nahla when Gabriel had his custodial time from noon until she went to sleep. However, after the alleged incident between the nanny and Gabe, that hasn’t been in place, and he has been alone with Nahla. “It will be up to the judge to implement the recommendations. Gabriel is fighting having another person with him, he feels that Halle is trying to make his time with their daughter as uncomfortable as possible,” the insider says. “The report does recommend that Halle and Gabriel attend parenting classes together, so that they can co-parent Nahla more harmoniously. The classes will give them the tools to work through their issues, and hopefully become better parents for it.” Meanwhile, “Gabriel Aubry is unlikely to be charged with any crime in relation to the police report the nanny filed,” a law enforcement source revealed. Following reports that Nicki Minaj and M.I.A. as well as “The Voice” coach Cee Lo Green may make appearances comes news that LMFAO could be called off the bench also. A year after his group, the on-hiatus Black Eyed Peas, played the big game, will.i.am told English radio station Capital FM that his party rocking homies will be in the mix. “I’m going to the Super Bowl this year to see my group LMFAO perform with Madonna,” he said. “Check that out, Will.i.am Music Group is pretty freaking two for two! One year the Super Bowl, the next year another group part of the Super Bowl in collaboration with Madonna. That’s still happening.” According to sources, the Madonna asked Green to perform with her at the showdown in Indianapolis between the New York Giants and the New England Patriots, which is traditionally the most-watched TV event of the year. “The Insider” reports that he’s been flying to New York to rehearse with the pop icon. The sources add that he will contribute his signature flair to some of her classic tunes. The pairing would make sense given that the new season of “The Voice” premieres right after the Super Bowl next month. MTV News caught up with the Queen of Pop at her “W.E.” premiere earlier this week in New York, and the singer only had one tease about the Super Bowl gig. “I am not saying ‘Yes,’ and I am not saying ‘No,’ ” she replied when asked whether Minaj and M.I.A. would take the stage with her. She added, “Pom poms. That’s all I can tell you.” As if the pom poms and all the alleged guests aren’t enough, the halftime show will be “imagined” by trippy Canadian circus troupe Cirque du Soleil and Madonna’s longtime choreographer and creative director Jamie King. According to reports, the set list could include Madonna’s new single, “Give Me All Your Luvin,” as well as such classics as “Ray of Light,” “Vogue” and “Music.” In addition to her Super Bowl performance, Madonna’s fans are awaiting the release of her next studio album, M.D.N.A., out later this year.
