Source: Johnny Nunez / Getty Meek Mill Named Man Of The Year, According To BET Meek Mill has undoubtedly had one of the biggest years of both his life and his career, so it’s only right somebody acknowledges that. The rapper is sending 2018 out the right way with a special honor from BET that’ll most definitely give him some confidence as we stroll into 2019. The artist, who just dropped his highly-anticipated album  CHAMPIONSHIPS  last month, has been deemed the 2018 Man of the Year by BET. This honor was bestowed upon Meek for many reasons, but it was of course in part due to his vocal criticisms of the country’s ongoing issues with criminal justice and the need for reform. “Who Meek Mill is today is the best version of himself with more sky to climb,” the network said in their  statement  announcing the honor. “His interviews are now meaty. He’s never sounded more articulate, more personable, more informative . . . Meek widened America’s eyes toward its own illnesses. For example, he spoke from a personal perspective on how a low self-worth and desensitization to the judicial system prevented him and so many others from fighting inaccurate charges.” The year-end celebrations are going to continue for Mill into next week in Miami, where the rapper will be performing at the Story nightclub for a New Year’s Eve throwdown. It’s been a big year for Mr. Meek Mill, it’s only right he end it all with a bang.

A photographer captured Bey and Jay enjoying some quality time with Blue, the twins Rumi and Sir and family members in Prospect Park. According to the Daily Mail , the outing was to honor Jay-Z’s grandmother, Hattie White, with her own bench in the park. The inscription on the seat reportedly reads: “Someone is sitting in the shade today because someone planted a tree a long time ago. With Love and Admiration to our root, Hattie White.” How sweet! The couple, who tied the knot on Sunday, confirmed that they were married on Wednesday in a series of sweet photos posted to their respective Instagram pages. Both Miley and Liam posted some black and white pics from their wedding night, sharing that their anniversary is now on the 23rd of December. Cyrus also emphasizes just how long they’ve been together by writing, “this is probably our one – millionth kiss” in one of her captions. As one would hope with any wedding, both Cyrus and Hemsworth seem to be over the moon about the big day that’s been on the horizon for them for the past decade. Even in the comments of her posts, the singer couldn’t contain her excitement about the big day. Holiday Ballin’: James Harden Shuts Target Down To Give Back For His Annual Christmas Shopping Spree

Source: Michael Reaves / Getty James Harden Hosts His Annual Christmas Shopping Spree Earlier this week, James Harden’s 3theHardenWay foundation partnered with the Target in Pearland, Texas to shut down the store for a select number of families so they could have an undisturbed shopping spree. Each one of the 70 children received a gift card to purchase whatever they want with their parents by their side. Even better for some of the big basketball fans, Harden himself made a surprise appearance to take part in the families’ big moment. The baller shared news of his annual good deed on Instagram, explaining that he’s already looking forward to next year so he can do it all over again. He wrote, “Another year in the books! Had a lot of fun with my annual Christmas shopping spree. The feeling never gets old. Thank you to everyone that volunteered to help make this event special each year. Looking forward to next year already!” Harden did some similar activities just a month before during Thanksgiving, so it’s clear that the NBA MVP is all about feeling good by making others feel good. Boy, did he ever take that to heart. Murphy is now the father of TEN children his eldest daughter, Bria, shared this heart-warming photo on the ‘gram. TMZ breaks it all down Eddie’s smiling while holding his daughter he shares with Paige, Izzy Oona, while Paige introduces their newborn son, Max Charles, to the world. The boy was born November 30. Murphy’s other kids in the pic include his oldest son, Eric, whom he shares with Paulette McNeely, his son, Christian, whom he shares with Tamara Hood, his daughters, Bella Zahra, Zola Ivy, Shayne Audra and Bria and son Miles Mitchell … he shares those 5 with ex-wife Nicole Mitchell Murphy. In the flick, North is rocking a mean red lip. This lipstick sparked comments from critics who “disagree” with “kids wearing makeup.” The comments were filled with anecdotes from folks deprived of gliding on lip color at North’s age.
