Sweet black love! Jessica Dime Engaged One of our fave “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” stars is engaged. Jessica Dime who recently spoke with our “Don’t Be Scared” podcast about her music and her love life is revealing that she’s a wife to be. Dime is currently in Jamaica with her castmates Mimi, Rasheeda, Karlie Redd and Tammie Rivera as well as her man Shawne Williams formerly of the Detroit Pistons, Waka Flocka and Yung Joc. And in between partying and filming Shawne apparently popped the question and she said “yes.” Dime posted and deleted a picture of her big ol’ ring but TheShadeRoom caught a glimpse of her gorgeous diamond stunner. “God is so good. The future Mrs. Williams,” Dime captioned a photo of her rock. Shawne and Dime are both Memphis natives who’ve been open about sharing their sweet black love story with fans. Congrats Dime! Lyndie Greenwood Vacations In Cabo With Boyfriend Ben Jamieson Spring Break is upon us and it appears that even the Hollywood set are taking their breaks! Celebrating the action-packed Season Four finale of “Sleepy Hollow,” actress Lyndie Greenwood spent a romantic week in the luxurious Imperial Suite at Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos. Lyndie cozied up to her boyfriend Ben Jamieson in their two-bedroom villa with it’s own pool, backyard, firepit and private beach. They even enjoyed a special dinner prepared by the resort’s Executive Chef Gerardo Rivera from the comfort of their villa’s firepit. Muy romántico! The lovebirds went snorkeling at the resort and engaged in some off-site fun with Wild Canyon Adventure, where they zip-lined, bungee jumped, went ATV riding, and rode Wild Cabo’s Buccaneer Queen pirate ship around the bay. Chelsea Peretti Reacts To “Get Out” It’s no secret that we’re not only BIG fans of Jordan Peele’s “Get Out” but his funny azz comedienne wife Chelsea Peretti … so when we saw Chelsea hilariously react to the film today we just had to post it. Papers have been filed , new side chicks have been established , and social media spats have ensued…with the whole world popping popcorn and watching the antics unfold. Tameka Foster And Usher Pay Tribute To Kile Glover Tameka Foster’s son Kile passed away tragically in a jet ski accident in Atlanta five years ago, but his memory lives on strongly with his family. With March 29th marking Kile’s would-be 16th birthday, Tameka Foster shared her bittersweet feelings on her late son’s birthday with heartfelt tributes on Instagram. And Kile’s stepfather Usher shared his own thoughts and feelings for Kile as well… Such a tragedy that Kile passed away before reaching his teen years, but his memory lives on with those who truly loved him. Security Shoots Dog Owner Inside Same Apartment Complex Where Mike Brown Died Everything in this story better be on the up-and-up or there is gonna be hell to pay. According to STLToday , a man was shot by a security guard at Canfield Green apartment complex, the same building where Mike Brown was gunned down. Early reports say that there was a dog chasing children around the property when a man carrying a stick intervened to protect the kids when the dog’s owner showed up with a gun. Heated words were reportedly exchanged when the apartment security guard arrived on the scene and drew his weapon on the dog owner with the gun. After refusing to lower his weapon the officer fired an unspecified number of shots. Social media immediately erupted considered the controversial location where this shooting took place. The man’s injuries are said to be non-life-threatening and police are interviewing witnesses to get more clarity. We’ll definitely keep you updated as more information becomes available. Image via
