Email Submit Kelis is going to trial after pleading not guilty to violating her custody agreement with her ex-husband, rapper Nas. According to The Blast , Nas alleges that Kelis violated thier custody agreement 17 times since January 2018 and has refused to let him see their nine-year-old son, Knight, numerous times. Since she pleaded not guilty to 20 counts of contempt, she is going to trial on June 20th and could face fines and/or jail time. In court documents, the “Bye Baby” rapper claims that Kelis took Knight to Colombia in December 2018 without his consent. He said she also violated their agreement regarding custody during the holidays. Kelis has their son during Christmas while he would have him for New Year’s, however it didn’t work out that way this year. “On Christmas, Petitioner informed me by text message that although her ‘plan’ had been to bring the minor child back to me in Los Angeles for New Year’s, the plan had changed. She then stated that the new plan was to come back on January 4, 2019,” read the court documents. Not only was he allegedly unable to reach his son while they were in Colombia, Kelis didn’t return to the U.S until January 14th after saying she would be back on January 4th. Nas and Kelis have been divorced since 2010. Last year, she alleged that the Nas physically abused her during their marriage and was also unfaithful. “He was angry, and he was dark, and he’s always been that way,” she told Hollywood Unlocked . Lori Loughlin Pleads Not Guilty, Thinks She Can Actually Beat College Bribery Charge

Lori Loughlin is ready to fight, people. The polarizing actress is apparently willing to risk her freedom and whatever is left of her reputation by denying she did anything illegal when helping her kids apply for college. That’s right: Loughlin just pleaded not guilty in the admissions bribery scandal that has captivated a nation. Lori and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, entered not guilty pleas to all charges in court this morning: conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud and honest services mail and wire fraud, along with conspiracy to commit money laundering. They entered said pleas via documents submitted by their lawyers. The charges, as you must know by now, stem from the allegation that Loughlin and Giannulli engineered their two daughters’ way into college through very unethical and illegal means. They were indicted in mid-March for supposedly paying a middle man $500,000 . This middle man then bribed an official at the University of Southern California to pretend that Loughlin’s kids were athletic recruits, thereby lowering their admission standards and allowing them to be accepted into the semi-prestigious school. Over the past several days, numerous outlets have reported that Loughlin didn’t take the federal charges seriously at first. Hence why she chose NOT to sign a plea deal similar to the one signed by Felicity Huffman. Huffman, the other famous name associated with this scandal, did plead guilty last week, did issue an apology and did take responsibility for her actions. As a result, she likely will not end up in prison for more than a few months… if she gets sentenced to jail at all. But Loughlin has thus far bristled at any notion of any sort of deal. Previously, the U.S. Attorney out of Boston gave all of the parents charged in this scheme an ultimatum: Either accept a plea or the case would go to the Grand Jury and additional charges would be filed — and this is exactly what happened to Loughlin and her husband. They now could be sentenced to 40 years behind bars . Does this seem likely? No. But if there really are recordings of Loughlin arranging to make her bribe, and if she is eventually found guilty, it seems very easy to believe that she’ll face real prison time in the end. How great would that be?!? “At this point, [Loughlin] is getting complete clarity and she’s scared and in terrible shape,” a source recently told Entertainment Tonight, adding: “She has been in complete denial and thought maybe she could skate by. She refused to accept any jail time and thought the DA was bluffing. She was adamant she wouldn’t do any jail time.” Conversely, after Huffman agreed to plead guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services mail fraud, she said the following: “I am in full acceptance of my guilt, and with deep regret and shame over what I have done, I accept full responsibility for my actions and will accept the consequences that stem from those actions.” Loughlin is playing a very different legal game here. And a very dangeorus one as well.

I assume this is a sign of how fucking old I am, but I think Phoebe Price is incredible… I know that none of the cool kids, or young kids of Instagram have any idea who she is…despite her paving the way for them as a non celebrity, doing celebrity things, and being documented for it. She is like the Den Mother of instagram influencers, who decided that she was important enough to be captured by the paparazzi, she crafted a strategy and made it happen. She has been in tons of tabloids, has really trolled the system, made fun of the system, mocked the system…and I appreciate it. I don’t know if she knows she’s trolling, she probably is just out there having fun, no one wants to admit they are some kind of joke…and really she gets off on anyone writing about her, so lets write about her. Now that winter’s finally here , “Game Of Thrones” stars are telling HBO about their first day on set waaaay back in 2011. Sophie Turner was “overwhelmed and terrified” her first day on set, Emilia Clarke fell off a horse while making her entrance as Daenerys Targaryen and Kit Harrington was apparently shaking in his Winterfell boots in his first scene as Jon Snow. The cast also reflected on their favorite and most shocking scenes. Apparently, the “Red Wedding” made The Hound, Rory McCann, burst into tears. More specifically, the rapper really loves him some U.K. and they seem to love them some him, for the most part–but the feeling isn’t always mutual. Drizzy has been on his Assassination Vacation Tour for the past couple months and recently had to address an incident where a local artist called the Canadian a culture vulture. While the rapper has brought out popular British artists like J Hus, Krept & Konan and Dave throughout his different tour stops, some other U.K. artists still haven’t been feeling how Drake has been operating overseas. One U.K. grime rapper specifically, who goes by the name of Wiley, personally called Drake out on Twitter last week. Aubrey sat down with Tiffany Calvar of BBC’s 1Xtra Rap Show on Saturday and addressed Wiley’s comments, along with anyone else who might think he’s a culture vulture. “I hate that people think that, like, me being into music from these kids who are trying to make it and trying to build a name for themselves, it’s like, ‘Oh, that’s some culture vulture.’ What does that even mean?” The rapper questioned. “I don’t understand what that means. Would you rather me not acknowledge anything or support? That’s some real confused hater s**t. It is what it is. I see it a lot. I’ll never understand how supporting someone’s song or going a step further and giving someone a song, linking up, I’ll never understand how that’s not viewed as something admirable.” He continued, calling out the grime rapper by name: “It was Wiley that said that. I just said his name cause I felt like that was some goofy s**t. But yeah, I just didn’t like that.
