Source: Andy Lyons / Getty Indiana Pacers star Victor Oladipo is out for the season after suffering a ruptured quad injury on Wednesday and over the weekend after receiving support and encouragement from across the league and fans, he finally spoke out about his season-ending injury on Instagram. “It’s going to be tough but tough times don’t last tough people do,” Oladipo wrote in an Instagram caption . “It’s time for me to truly practice what I preach and trust my God in heaven and the plan he has for me. I will be back better than ever and if you question that well, thank you. Greater is he that is in me than he that is in the world! I am #UnBreakable .” Oladipo also went on to thank everyone for their outpouring of support. “Thank you to everyone including all my teammates, pacer fans and staff.” Oladipo said. “Thank you to all the NBA fans around the world and all my brothers around the league who texted, called, tweeted and posted me I am truly thankful.” See Oladipo’s full caption and picture on IG below:

Ashley Martson is back with an update on her health status. Unfortunately, however, the 90 Day Fiance star does not have great news to share. “Happy Friday, Everyone! I will no longer be doing any new promos, endorsements, cameos, or any PR as of Feb 8,” she wrote late last week, explaining why as follows: “If I have already signed with you it will be done. If I have not, I will not be available until mid March for anything. “I will be undergoing surgery and will be down at least a month.” This message comes two weeks after Martson was found unresponsive inside her home. She was thankfully discovered before it was too late and rushed to a local hospital, where doctors determined that kidney failure – as a result of her Lupus diagnosis – was to blame for the scary incident. “Please pray for myself and my family as I know it’s going to be a very tough road ahead for all of us,” she wrote at the time. And now Ashley has made a similar request. “Fans, all I ask for is prayers,” she added on Friday, continuing: “I will not be sharing much information about my health any longer, my willingness to overshare came with nothing but scrutiny and backlash. “I need to focus on my health, family, and recovery for that month. I appreciate all who support me very much #90dayfiance #tlc #healthcomesfirst.” It’s true that many social media users had the nerve to give Ashley grief after she initially shared a photo of herself in a hospital bed. People can really suck, huh? The 32-year-old also spent Christmas in the hospital after a flare-up of Lupus-related symptoms. She’s had a very difficult past few months, on multiple personal fronts. As 90 Day Fiance viewers are aware of, husband Jay Smith admitted to cheating on Martson mere days after the two became husband and wife. He apologized and was reportedly by Ashley’s side after her collapse a couple weeks ago, but the relationship is understandably tenuous. In fact, Martson filed for divorce from her spouse of eight months on January 11. However, she then withdrew the paperwork after less than two weeks, a court clerk from Cumberland County, Pennsylvania confirmed on January 24 to Us Weekly and other outlets. For what reason? We can’t say. But we aren’t about to judge Ashley during this rough time. We’re simply going to wish the reality star the best on her road to recovery. At the very least they implored Jayceon to reach out to Kanye West to explain the line, not that there is much explaining you can do after you’ve said something like that… Obviously, the biggest question about all this is how will Kanye react? We saw how distraught he was over the idea that Drake had once bedded his beloved, but will he keep that same energy toward someone a bit more…uncouth than Aubrey. Only time will tell. Just over two months since her shocking death, we now know why Kim Porter passed away . The model, actress and ex-girlfriend of Sean “Diddy” Combs died of lobar pneumonia, the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner announced on Friday. The manner of death has been certified as natural. Porter shared three children with the music mogual and remained a very close part of his life, long after the pair split up as a couple. Porter had only just wished Diddy as happy birthday days before she suddenly died. For those wondering, meanwhile… “Lobar pneumonia (pneumonia) is an infection of the lung caused by bacteria,” the official report reads, explaining further: “Immune cells invade the air spaces (where oxygen is taken in), and this is accompanied with necrosis (death of cells). Pneumonia decreases the lungs ability to take in oxygen, and over time it can cause sudden death.” According to this same report, Porter went to the doctor days before she died with “cold/flu-like symptoms.” A nurse also visited her home and gave her “saline solution with vitamins.” An autopsy was completed on Porter a day after she was found dead in her home on November 15. However, her death certificate previously stated her cause of death as “deferred” and the manner of death as “pending investigation.” The toxicology report says there were no narcotic drugs or alcohol in her system. She was 47 years old. Porter was buried in her hometown of Columbus, Georgia on November 24. In audio made public from Diddy’s moving eulogy , the rapper opened up about his relationship with Porter and vowed to keep her memory alive forever. “I just want to say to my kids, Justin, Christian, D’Lila, Jessie, Chance and the other man in the house, Quincy: Your mother instilled in me this, and I pledge in front of everybody right now that I will always be there for you,” he said, adding: I will always take care of you. Diddy and Porter broke up for good way back in 2007. But they remained on such close terms over the years that they never even agreed to a formal custody arrangement. They were vital parts of each other’s lives up until the day Kim died. Quipped Diddy in his eulogy: “To the girls especially, we about to enter some different type of times. I want you to be able to talk to me about everything, and I mean everything, and I mean everything.” He continued later on: “Kim, we gonna miss you so much. But I ain’t gonna miss you too much because I’m not gonna let your voice inside of me stop talking. “I know you like to talk to me a lot once you get on those rants, and I just want you to know I’m gonna be listening.” And he concluded: “As time went on, our relationship took so many different changes, from being boyfriend and girlfriend to being lovers to being best friends to being just straight-up homies, like somebody that you know you can count on. “We just love y’all, we appreciate y’all, appreciate the family. To all the words that I’m forgetting, to anything I’m forgetting to say, we love you, Kim.”

We doubt Kanye would accept. This isn’t the first time the musician has used his past with Kim and/or her sisters to garner headlines, either. He rapped that he “ f-cked three Kardashians ” in his song “Sauce” and then told Wendy Williams during an appearance on her talk show: “You know what, this is what I’ll say. I’ll tell you this. Kanye is a really good friend of mine. “And they got really, really beautiful kids, and I don’t want to disrespect their family.” Again, dude: We’re pretty sure it’s way too late for that. (For the record, meanwhile, The Game clarified to Williams that he had slept with Kim and Khloe and Blac Chyna , saying this back when the latter was expecting Rob Kardashian’s baby.) Last year, Kanye went off on Drake via Twitter merely because that artist followed his wife on Instagram.’ West was simply aghast over this fact. “I never knew till this morning that Drake followed my wife on Instagram back in September,” he wrote in the a since-deleted tweet, adding at the time: “Imagine having a problem with somebody and they follow your wife on Instagram.” That is hard to imagine. Even harder to imagine? How we’d react if a fellow rapper described to the world how he used to give it to our now-wife in various ways. Like, REALLY give it to our wife, you know?
