She hit him with the hands too, and she was put in cuffs. According to TM Z, Swae and his ex, Marliesia Ortiz, had an argument outside of crib near Los Angeles in early August and things got so heated she reported started throwing stuff at him. She eventually put hands on him, and headbutted him, before security got her out the paint. This is when the struggle rises, exponentially. According to the cops, it was Ortiz who called 911, claiming Swae sexually assaulted her. However, when the cops arrived, she changed her story, and even admitted to throwing items. Despite claiming Swae had strangled her, the cops decided to arrest Ortiz. These two might want to stay clear of each other. Just saying. Last week, the music world was stunned by the death of Kylie Rae Harris . The 30-year-old country music sensation was killed in a multiple-car accident while driving to a gig near Taos, New Mexico. A 16-year-old girl named Mria Elena Cruz was also killed in the September 4 crash. Now, in a shocking turn of events, police have revealed that Harris appears to have been responsible for the crash, and alcohol may have been a factor. “At this time I will say with most certainty that Miss Cruz was an innocent victim of this senseless crash caused by Ms. Harris,” Taos County Sheriff Jerry Hogrefe said during a recent press conference. While authorities have not decisively concluded that Harris was drunk at the time of the accident, they apparently have reason to believe that she was drinking on the night of the crash. The singer was arrested on DUI charges in 2017 and ordered to install an ignition interlock device on her vehicle, multiple outlets indicate. Previously, she had received a speeding citation. Police say speed was also a factor in last week’s accident. Rather eerily, Harris’ last Instagram post included this fond reflection of her life on the road: “I’ve been driving for almost 12 hours and you would think that’s so exhausting and boring but like, the last couple of hours driving through the mountains and remembering my place in the back seat as a little kid when my dad was making these treks here,” Harris said. “Like, it was the f–king best,” In another strange coincidence, Harris filmed a video just hours before her death, in which she spoke about the fact that several of her family members have died near Taos. “My grandparents lived here, my uncle still lives here,” she told the camera. “Literally, everybody that was here has passed away, except for my uncle, and including my dad.” Harris’ passing was confirmed in a statement released by her publicist last Wednesday night: “We are heartbroken to confirm that Kylie Rae Harris passed away in a car accident last night. “We have no further details to share, and ask for privacy for her family at this time. Everyone that knew Kylie knew how much she loved her family and, beyond that, how much she loved music. “The best tribute to her unmatched enthusiasm for both is to spread as much love as you can today, and listen to music that fully inspires you.” Our thoughts go out to the Harris and Cruz families at this difficult time. Chandler reportedly has never come forward about the allegations and supposedly lives outside of the country. In 2017, when Wade Robson, a choreographer who is featured in “Leaving Neverland,” accused Michael Jackson of sexual assault—even though he’d said in the past the singer didn’t assault him. In 2003, Michael Jackson was charged with seven counts of child molestation and two counts of administering an intoxicating agent to a 13-year-old boy. He was ultimately acquitted of all charges. Robson testified at the 2003 trial, but James Safechuck , the other person featured in “Leaving Neverland,” did not. Many people have maintained the documentary is untrue, including Brett Barnes , who said he knew Michael Jackson when he was child. According to TMZ , the film “implies Jackson molested him as a boy. As for why Barnes thinks this … Wade Robson — one of the singer’s well-known alleged victims — claims in the doc, Barnes ‘replaced him.’ The film then shows Michael and Brett together on tour. Thus, the insinuation.” Barnes testified at Michael Jackson’s criminal trial in 2005 and said he was never assaulted by him. He also tweeted this in January. Not only do we have to deal with these lies, but we’ve also got to deal with people perpetuating these lies. When it comes to the Sister Wives universe these days, fans have plenty more questions than answers. Is Meri really leaving Kody and the life she clearly hates behind? Might Robyn be following in her disgruntled wake? Is Kody really in the market for a fifth wife ? Over a year since the Brown family moved from Las Vegas to Arizona, a decision Kody made on behalf of his many loved ones that hasn’t really gone over too well with, well… anyone. In this time since the move, Meri has complained about being uprooted from an area she knew well and — that’s about it. There’s been very little actual movement on the Coyote Pass property in Flagstaff purchased awhile back by Kody. Until now, that is. According to Soap Dirt, U-Haul trucks were spotted on the land this week, making the first real activity seen there in months. This is all the information we have to go on at the moment, but it certainly gets our mind wondering and speculating. Could these trucks be there to pack up Robyn’s stuff, based on the rumor that even this seemingly steady wife is displeased and looking to get away ? Or could the trucks actually be hauling television equipment, which would back up chatter that filming on a new season is set to commence ? TLC has remained oddly quiet about upcoming episodes, never confirming they are on the way and leaving viewers desperate for the sort of intel we’re trying to pass along here. Last season, of course, wrapped with a couple of cliffhangers — and one cented on Kody Brown’s single gigantic home. The lead cast member had blueprints drafted for a monstrous dwelling that would house all the Sister Wives spouses and offspring. We’re talking one GIANT residence here! Kody’s ideal creation came with four different apartment-like sections. The goal was for these apartments to be spread out from each other to give everyone some privacy, but no building permits for such a structure is on record in Arizona. These days, reality stars live out their lives on two separate stages: On social media, we receive minute-by-minute, unfiltered updates on their daily lives, while on TV, we get a more polished version a few months later. So we’ve known for quite some time that Jenni Farley has a new boyfriend . And we already knew that Zack Clayton is much younger than JWoww. What we didn’t know until last night, however — what we couldn’t have known from Jenni’s Instagram posts — is that homeboy is kind of a d-bag. But perhaps we’re being unfair. First impressions are often inaccurate, and this was Zack’s first time on national television. Besides, try as he might to come off as a smug dingus who’s only there for the Insta-clout, he still couldn’t have left a worse taste in our mouths than the always-repugnant Jen Harley. Yes, before we get to the detached douchiness of “24,” we have to start at the beginning with Ronnie’s baby mama, who apparently doesn’t know the meaning of “rock bottom.” Thursday’s episode of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation (Now that one cast member is locked up in federal prison, it might be time to change that title. Just sayin.’) began with a birthday party for Ronnie and Jen’s 1-year-old daughter. Not surprisingly, Jen decided to ignore the “birthday” and “1-year-old” parts of that description and instead focus on the paaaaarty! Shots, margaritas, more shots … under normal circumstances, it would have been strange behavior at a toddler’s birthday party. But Jen’s single-minded focus on getting sh-tfaced was made even more bizarre by the fact that Ronnie was newly sober at the time, having just completed 6 weeks of in-patient rehab. It often felt as though Jen was less concerned with getting inappropriately hammered at a child’s birthday party and more concerned with rubbing her freedom to do so in Ronnie’s face, which is … insanely messed up. Speaking of people who are attempting to turn their lives around, Mike Sorrentino factored prominently in the episode despite the fact that he’s still munching down on tortilla pizza in a federal detention center. He made a phone call during little Ariana’s party, and Vinny and Pauly went to visit The Sitch — but not surprisingly, the COs weren’t keen on letting a Shore camera crew onto the grounds. Kinda hard to make the pitch that you’re filming a serious documentary when you’re the show that invented the “smush room.” Getting back to 24 — yeah, obviously it’s tough to judge a relationship on the basis of a single interaction, but on Twitter, fans were unimpressed with Zack’s smug superiority. You’re not gonna find a stronger, more self-possessed woman on reality TV than Jenni — we just hope she’s going into this thing with her eyes wide open. It’s possible that no pop star in history has displayed more candor and openness over the course of their career than Demi Lovato. But it seems that despite admirable confessions about her substance abuse issues and eating disorders, the singer hasn’t always been completely honest with her fans — and she’s trying to correct that now. Back in May, Demi posted some bikini pics from her vacation to Bora Bora. But it seems those photos didn’t tell the whole story. Last night, in one of her most candid Instagram posts to date, Lovato revealed that the images had been retouched. She then revealed an unedited pic from the same vacation along with a lengthy caption describing her mindset: “This is my biggest fear. A photo of me in a bikini unedited. And guess what, it’s CELLULIT!!!!” Demi wrote. “I’m just literally sooooo tired of being ashamed of my body, editing it (yes the other bikini pics were edited – and I hate that I did that but it’s the truth) so that others think I’m THEIR idea of what beautiful is, but it’s just not me. This is what I got,” the 27-year-old added. “Here’s me, unashamed, unafraid and proud to own a body that has fought through so much and will continue to amaze me when I hopefully give birth one day. “It’s such a great feeling to be back in tv/film while not stressing myself with a strenuous workout schedule before 14 hour days, or depriving myself from a real birthday cake rather than opting for watermelon & whip cream with candles because I was terrified of REAL cake and was miserable on some crazy diet shit.” (The “back on TV” comment seems to refer to Demi’s recurring role on the new season of Will & Grace .) “I’m not stoked on my appearance BUT I am appreciative of it and sometimes that’s the best I can do. Of course, as many commenters have pointed out, Demi still possesses many of the qualities prized by Superficial America. In fact, if you subscribe to the Sir Mix-a-Lot school of aesthetics (and really, who doesn’t?), you may find this photo more appealing that Demi’s previous bikini pics . Really, what we’re looking at is an embarrassment of riches, and to some folks, Demi’s confessional caption might inspire about as much sympathy as the guy who complains that the vast estate he inherited in his youth often made him feel alienated from his peers. Still, our insecurities are our insecurities, and the effort to confront them head-on should always be applauded. As we reported earlier this week, several members of the Duggar family are in the Bahamas assisting in hurricane relief efforts . Sounds admirable enough at first, but like everything the Duggars do, the rescue mission has become a source of controversy. The official Duggar Instagram account (operated by Jim Bob and Michelle) announced the trip by posting the above photo. Their caption read: “John, Jana, Jason, and James took off early this morning with a medical and disaster relief team to the Bahamas to help after the massive devastation from #HurricaneDorian.” The Duggars’ efforts were criticized from the start for two distinct reasons: For one, many questioned the decision to leave Jana Duggar out of the photo, despite the fact that she took part in the trip. That’s upsetting enough. On top of that, the Duggars have been blasted online for their lack of training, as several fans have pointed out that there’s not a rescue professional in the bunch. Moreover, it seems they founded their own rescue organization for the trip – something they’ve called Medic Corp – rather than simply joining up with the Red Cross or another well-established organization. This could be because they feared they’d be turned away for their lack of training and experience. Or it might be because Medic Corp was created with a profit or tax-incentive motive in mind. Either way, it’s troubling. Still, the Duggars deserve credit for their willingness to roll up their sleeves and get to work rebuilding the battered Bahamas. Right? And fans should definitely lay off Anna Duggar for recent, innocent comments she made about their efforts. Anna is pregnant with her sixth child , so she obviously didn’t participate in the rescue effort herself, but she’s been offering words of support on social media. “Keep praying for those that have been affected by this terrible hurricane,” she wrote. She later commented on posts made by her sisters-in-law, writing: “And [pray for] all of the people that have gone down to do relief work!” and “Praying for the group.” All of those comments went mostly unnoticed, of course. When Anna announced her plans to “have a girls night while the guys are away!” however, some of her followers became upset. Yes, apparently, a number of ultra-sensitive Instagram users felt that it was inappropriate of Anna to use the hurricane as an excuse to have fun. We guess we would agree if that’s what she were doing – but she’s not. Would these critics have the same objection to a bunch of military wives getting together while their husbands are overseas? We think not. What’s really going on here is that a lot of folks simply don’t like Anna, ever, because she’s still married to Josh Duggar .
