2017 has been quite the year for the celebrity world. In a scandalous sense, that is. From misguided commercial ideas to very serious sexual harassment allegations, scroll through the biggest scandals of 2017 below… 1. The Fall of Harvey Weinstein Harvey Weinstein was accused of sexual misconduct in damning reports in the New York Times. In the aftermath, things got worse when more than 50 women came forward with their women came forward with allegations of rape, assault and sexual harassment against the disgraced movie mogul. The chain of events set off the #MeToo movement in which people took to social media to reveal their own experiences. 2. Kevin Spacey’s Career Drops Like a House of Cards It’s hard to believe that Kevin Spacey was once seen as one of the finest actors in the business. With several awards under his belt and rave reviews for much of his projects, the only way was down. Star Trek: Discovery star Anthony Rapp alleged that Kevin made unwanted sexual advances towards him at a party in 1986. Rapp was 14 at the time of the incident while Spacey was 26. In the aftermath, Kevin thought it would be a good idea to apologize while claiming not to remember the incident. As if that was not bad enough, he confirmed in the same statement that he has been living as a gay man. The world was not impressed. House of Cards was swiftly cancelled by Netflix, and production on the series was placed on hold. Spacey was fired and the show is expected to resume production with Robin Wright taking on the lead role. 3. Kevin Hart: The Adult Movie Star Kevin Hart got hot and heavy with a model in Las Vegas, but his world was turned upside down when it emerged that the whole incident was caught on video and was being shopped to adult entertainment companies. To make matters worse, Kevin’s wife, Enriko was eight months pregnant, but the pair is seemingly still together. Kevin is very likely scared of cameras for life. 4. Kathy Griffin Beheads Her Career Kathy Griffin is well-known for her knack for going too far when it comes to her comedy. Nothing could prepare her for the backlash she received when she posed in a graphic image with a fake head that was supposed to be Donald Trump. She apologized when she was blacklisted by Hollywood, but has since retracted the apology because she seemingly has nothing else to lose. The comedian will likely think twice before thinking about cracking a joke in 2018. 5. DeMario Jackson and Corinne Olympios Shut Down Paradise DeMario Jackson and Corinne Olympios got way too drunk while filming Bachelor in Paradise. Their sex romp was met with a whole lot of controversy when rumors emerged that Corinne was way too drunk to give consent. Production was halted on the series and everyone was sent home. After an investigation, it was found that there was no misconduct on the set. The show later re-entered production and both Jackson and Olympios chose not to return. 6. Corey Feldman Claims His Life is in Danger Corey Feldman has long been open about knowing the names of Hollywood pedophiles who made his life hell as a young star. Things took a turn in October when he said he said he would finally reveal the names of the people. Then, he posted a Youtube video and claimed that his life was in danger. “I had a near-death experience last night where I felt like I was almost going to be killed,” he said. “Two trucks came speeding at me at the same time on a crosswalk.” That incident was not enough to silence the actor. Katy Perry vs. Taylor Swift This feud has been going on for years now, but it was elevated to dizzying heights in 2017. “Honestly, it’s really like she started it and it’s time for her to finish it,” said Katy in May during Carpool Karaoke with James Corden. What followed was a colossal change of heart on Katy’s part. In multiple interviews thereafter, Katy was saying that she always loved Taylor. In a hilarious turn of events, Taylor released all of her music on streaming services the same day Katy released her new album. This is the feud that keeps on giving. 2. NeNe Leaks vs. Kim Zolciak It’s crazy to imagine that NeNe and Kim were once scheduled to star in a joint spin-off of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. Their feud in 2017 reached new levels of crazy when Kim’s daughter, Brielle Biermann claimed there as an insect infestation in NeNe’s home. “@briellebiermann We don’t have roaches! If you found 1, u brought it with u or it fell outta yo funky p—y!, said Leakes via Instagram. “Please know I will get You all the way together when you start f–king wit me and mine!” NeNe proceeded to call Kim racist, but it backfired in stunning fashion when Kim sought legal counsel. 3. Sarah Jessica Parker vs. Kim Cattrall A third Sex and the City movie was allegedly days away from entering production, but multiple reports swirled, claiming that Cattrall’s diva demands for the movie ultimately found it being shelved indefinitely. Cattrall subsequently chatted to Piers Morgan about her feud with Sarah Jessica Parker and she was not supportive of her former friend at all. “And this is really where I take to task the people from Sex and the City and specifically Sarah Jessica Parker in that I think she could have been nicer. I don’t know what her issue is, I never have.” We’ll probably be waiting until a reboot of the series kicks off for a response from Parker. 4. Caitlyn Jenner vs. The Kardashians Caitlyn Jenner released a tell-all memoir that was met with an icy response from the Kardashians. Caitlyn confirmed in November that the family no longer spoke to her. Kim was especially mad about the whole thing and opened up about it to Ellen DeGeneres. “I don’t expect her to be honest about my mom now, but it’s just so hurtful. Like, I just wish her all the success in the world, but not at our expense.” 5. Drake Bell vs. Josh Peck Drake Bell lashed out at Josh Peck for not inviting him to his wedding. “When you’re not invited to the wedding the message is clear….” he wrote on social media. In the end, the two men hugged it out at the MTV VMAs and all was right in the world. 6. Taylor Swift vs. Kim Kardashian & Kanye West Taylor brought her feud with Kim and Kanye back into the spotlight when she had some choice lyrics seemingly aimed at Kanye on “Look What You Made Me Do.” “I don’t like your little games / Don’t like your tilted stage / The role you made me play / Of the fool, no, I don’t like you.” Kim responded months late by reposting the image that included the nude wax figure of Taylor Swift from Kanye’s “Famous” video. Shareif Ziyadat/Getty Images Baby Budden Is Looking Precious At One-Week-Old Last week, Cyn Santana finally gave birth to her seed with rapper bae Joe Budden. They didn’t reveal the name to anybody in the public eye just yet, though the “Pump It Up” rapper’s friend Rory did refer to lil baby Budden as, “Lex” on their podcast a few days back. On that same podcast, Joe also mentioned that his new bundle of joy didn’t look like an alien like most newborns, and already had facial features most babies take a while to grow into. Now we know exactly what he was talking about. Last night, Cyn posted the first real picture of the baby and his whole cute self, and the caption gave away his name: Lexington Budden! The baby is most definitely gorgeous and has a head full of hair. Daddio Joe wanted to join in on the fun, and early this morning got his own picture off with little Lexington. He’s already admitted that’s he’s about to be “THAT dad” posting pictures all of the time, but we don’t blame him.

Tori Roloff is not exactly known as an outspoken individual. From what we gather when we watch Little People, Big World online and when we follow her on social media, Tori is relatively quiet and extremely kind. Her usual Instagram photos and messages? They mostly consist of family snapshots such as the one above, along with harmless captions such as the affiliated one below: “Sun…? At the beach…? In December…? Dream.” But Roloff appears to have finally been pushed too far. She just took her 634,000 Instagram followers by surprise after sharing a somewhat pointed message (at least by her standards) aimed at critics of parenthood. Or at least at those who have a misguided notion of what being a parent entails. Along with the extremely sweet picture below of her husband and son, Tori penned the following speech on Thursday night: One thing I’ve heard a lot lately on social media, and tv, and even in person has me a little upset… I hear people talking about how “life is over” when you have a kid. I think this is such a lie. She went on to explain why she objects so strenuously to this notion: I have found life after having a kid. I’ve found something I can completely pour my soul in to and something that gives me purpose. I hear people tell others that “ah it’s all over from here”… what is? The fact that I can’t stay out all night partying (that’s cool my bedtime is 9 anyway). Having a kid is honestly a gift I know i don’t deserve from God. Life isn’t over when you have a kid… it’s only just beginning! Amen, right?!? Tori rarely takes such a stance online and she rarely brings up her faith in this sort of manner. But having a child can change you. Tori and Zach Roloff welcomed son Jackson Kyle into the world on May 10 and have not been able to stop gushing over him ever since. “I am so obsessed with every move he makes,” Roloff flat out said last week about her first child. She added at the time: “His little fingers. His coos. And I can’t even with his gummy two tooth smile. He literally breaks my heart (in a good way) every time he moves.” Jackson has the same gene for dwarfism as his father, but both Tori and Zach have made it clear this won’t really have an impact on the way they raise him. “Whatever he wants to do in life, we’re going to find a way to help him do it. That’s our job in life now,” Zach told People Magazine shortly after he became a father. What a great attitude. And what a terrific couple. Tori and Zach are likely as “real” as it gets for a husband and wife featured on reality television.
