The Live Broadcast of the Shooting in Virgina of the Day

What the fuck is wrong with people… Hot reporter Alison Parker who was only 24 and her cameraman Adam Ward who was only 27, were killed during a live broadcast…on Air today…in one of the more terrifying murders…because it was for all to see.. I am assuming that it’s an angry ex, or a crazy fan who jerked off to her every morning and got mad that she wouldn’t give him attention in his psycho crazy person head…. They are saying it was an ex-employee…which is even more ridiculous, who takes their job this seriously? It is the reason I tell people not to put themselves out there…the world…is an insane place and this is so fucking disturbing…. Update – So the killer was a co-worker naked Vester Lee Flannagan – and it is racism related. He sent a 23 page document to ABC and he ended up killing himself, or trying to kill himself. Still a dark use of the internet…taking murder to the next lvel. Apparently this is the first person shooting…what a fucked up use of the internet…social media / etc…the world is a dark dark place… Update from TMZ on the dude’s racist claims: Bryce Williams — aka Vester Flanagan — sued his former bosses at a TV station in Florida back in 2000 … claiming his bosses verbally abused him because of his race, and even called him a “monkey.” After killing 2 members of a TV news crew this morning, Flanagan accused one of the victims of racism. Now, we’ve learned it wasn’t the first time he hurled such accusations … because in his lawsuit, filed against WTWC-TV in Florida, Vester claimed he was constantly targeted because of his race. Here are his allegations: — Claims producer called him a “monkey” — Claims an “official” joked about a black murder suspect with gold and green grillz, saying he had “collared greens” stuck in his teeth — Claims he heard a manager tell another black employee to “stop talking ebonics.” Vester claims he filed a complaint with the powers that be — and was fired because he blew the whistle. WTWC adamantly DENIED race had anything to do with his termination — claiming he was a crappy employee who often used profanity in the workplace. Selena Gomez Admits to Love, Sex with Justin Bieber

Selena Gomez opens up at length about Justin Bieber and her past romance with him in the latest issue of Style Magazine. The singer confirms that she fell in love with her fellow artist and pretty much confirms that she slept with him. “It’s difficult for people to separate us. The Internet wants to freeze this moment in time and constantly repeat it,” Gomez says of how she’s moved on from Bieber… but many others have not. Selena goes on to say she simply fell for Bieber. She couldn’t help it. She didn’t see any of the negative attention coming along with it. “I didn’t think I was doing anything bad by falling in love. There’s such an emphasis on people being the perfect thing and then destroying them because it’s good press. “Throw in the fact that you are a teenager – it makes it more difficult.” Gomez also had to deal with her sex life being on full display. She explains that her dad took her purity ring to church and got it “blessed” and she was proud to wear it as a “promise to my family and to God.” But then she took it off when she started to date Bieber and people noticed… but whatever. Gomez says she’s “not embarrassed” about what that meant (i.e. that she started to have sex with Justin). Gomez, who is too modest for her own good , adds that she isn’t looking for a new boyfriend. But if she finds one, and if it doesn’t work out, she knows that Taylor Swift will always be there for her. “I can count on one hand the people I could call and who would be there for me. Taylor is one of the greatest people,” she says, giving an example of why: When I split with my first boyfriend [believed to be Nick Jonas] and I was really sad about it, she flew into town with homemade cookies and a bunch of junk food. “To this day, if I called her, she would do the same thing, despite being one of the busiest people in the world.”

The Fat Jew Speaks Out on Joke Theft Accusations: I Should Have Been Giving Credit

Last week, Instagram celebrity Josh Ostrovsky (better known as The Fat Jew) came under fire for allegedly stealing jokes  and posting them on his hugely popular Instagram page.  Now, in an exclusive interview with Vulture, Ostrovsky is speaking out for the first time on the accusation that he built a career by brazenly stealing the work of others. “At the end of the day, I get it: I should have been providing attribution for all posts,” Ostrovsky says. “It’s always been important to me. The internet is a vast ocean of stuff, and sometimes it’s hard to find the original source of something.  “Instagram started for me as something to connect me with people who were already my fans. But as the stage got larger, the practices being exploited at that time weren’t the right practices for a larger stage.” Ostrovsky’s apology is better than most celebrity mea culpas  in that while he does offer some lame excuses for his actions, he also offers a detailed strategy for how he intends to right his wrongs and prevent this sort of thing from ever happening again. Is it wrong to steal someone else’s joke and pass it off as your own? Absolutely. In all cases. But the Internet remains something of a lawless terrain in terms of intellectual property, and the rules of conduct don’t always keep pace with the advances in technology. So if The Fat Jew is willing to spread the message that it’s just not kosher (pun fully intended) to pilfer other people’s work without identifying the origin,  and  he can make good on his promise to refrain from doing this sort of thing in the future, we say why not give him another chance? After all, the guy knows his way around a witty caption, and unlike other IG celebs (We’re looking at you, Dan Bilzerian .) he at least offers something other than vapid lifestyle porn. Certain aspects of Ostrovsky’s online persona may be fake, but so is every boob on Bilzerian’s page . #TheMoreYouKnow

Kim Kardashian is on top of her selfie game at the moment. A day after sharing a selfie with Hillary Clinton , who reportedly broke protocol in order to pose with the reality star at a fundraiser, Kardashian has brought her parents together in public for the first time in months. “The parent trap,” Kim wrote as a caption to this Instagram photo, which features herself, Kris Jenner and Caitlyn Jenner. It’s unclear where the trio is hanging out, but this marks the first time fans have seen Kris and Caitlyn in the same place since the latter came out as transgender in April. Kris and Caitlyn, of course, divorced last year after over 20 years of marriage and two kids together; not the mention all the stepchildren they helped raise as a couple. But there was criticism of Kris after Caitlyn told the world about her gender transformation because Kris was the only one of Jenner’s ex-wives NOT to appear in his ABC special with Diane Sawyer. “I just miss Bruce. And that’s going to take me a minute to mourn that relationship,” Kris said many weeks ago on E!. “You think you’re going to grow old with somebody, and they drastically change over the course of just a few years.” Kris went on to make a handful of supportive comments to the press, but there’s been recent talk that Caitlyn blames Kris for his show’s plummeting ratings . One report alleged that Caitlyn believes Kris has been conspiring with I Am Cait producers to make him look bad. Caitlyn, meanwhile, is jumping face-first into the selfie game herself.
