Proving that she does actually work on occasion, alleged actress Lindsay Lohan filmed a music video for the Florida-based band Miggs recently. Fittingly, she’s engaged in petty criminal activity in the video. In “Let the Games Begin,” LiLo plays a sultry model by day and a covert graffiti artist by night, taggin’ some rock while the rock music plays. According to Miggs, the band sought someone with duality in their life, a girl who had done good and bad things. Lindsay Lohan fits the bill. In one of the final interviews Russell Armstrong gave before hanging himself, the The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star went off on the series that made him famous and, it’s clear at this point, led to his demise. “Everything you see on that show is bullsh-t,” Armstrong told The Fix. “Those Bravo bastards take every little argument out of context and magnify it for the cameras.” Referring to Bravo producers as “evil overlords,” Russell went on to say that viewers don’t really know him. “The Russell you see on TV has nothing to do with my real personality… It’s just a character I play on TV,” he said, admitting that character was “great for business.” Of course, that business fell apart – Russell was facing a $1.5 million lawsuit for scamming investors at the time of his death – along with his marriage to Taylor Armstrong . Despite allegation of physical and emotional abuse against him, Russell had nothing but kind words for his wife during this interview. He gushed: “She is the most sensitive, sweet woman I’ve ever met. Taylor’s kind of like an angel. She really is everything to me. We watch these stories about our terrible marriage, and we lie in bed and laugh. The truth is we are really, really happy.” Sadly, we know that was far from the truth. Just a few weeks before season two was set to start filming, reports indicate Russell beat Taylor severely and then threatened Camille Grammer if she said a word about the incident.
August 19, 2011 was the date of My Bieber Experience. That night was Selena Gomez’ concert in Philadelphia so my sister and I were going to get there early so we could try to meet Allstar Weekend. On our way there, we got a text from my cousin saying that Justin and Selena walked right past her in the city. We decided that we NEEDED to go and try to find them. We heard what hotel they were staying at so we stood across the street from it for about 10 minutes. I was starting to think that nothing was going to happen, until I saw a tour bus pull up. My sister and I walked over to the side of the street that the hotel was on, but a security guard from the hotel came over and told us we had to go back across the street. Soon after that, I saw Kenny walk out, followed by Justin and Selena, with their arms around each other. We ran back over, (we were literally the only 2 fans there) and I was screaming “Justin Justin!” but the security kept pushing us away telling us that they were on a strict time schedule. I tried to ask Kenny if we could get a picture with them but he didn’t respond, and my sister made a really disappointed look. Just when I thought that we lost our chance, I see Justin walk over to us, right past the security guards who were telling us no. He came over and my dad took a picture on my phone and also had my sister’s camera so Justin said “Take one on that one too!”. Overall he was pretty quiet, but it was the nicest thing that he actually walked right over to us, past all of the security. This has really taught me to Never Say Never. – @molliedronson and @maddiejill Excerpt from: August 19, 2011 was the date of My Bieber Experience. That night…
In 2008, my friend and I were on Youtube just looking around at random videos when we came across this video of a kid singing ‘With You’ by Chris Brown. We thought, “Oh he’s cute” so we clicked on it and he was AMAZING. I subscribed and kept up with his videos from that day on. A little over a year later in 2009 he was doing radio appearances and I heard on the radio, “Justin Bieber will be here July 20th”. I thought for a while of who Justin Bieber was and then it hit me, “Oh he’s the kid that was singing With You.” I called my friend and asked if she wanted to go to the radio station and try to meet him. A week before we were supposed to go to the radio station, Justin released his single One Time. We listened to the song over and over again and when July 20th came we woke up at 5AM to drive an hour and a half to meet him. Of course we got lost of the way and it took much longer than expected but we finally arrived there at around 6:30 AM. We stood outside the glass window just staring in at Justin, watching him do the interview and sing One Time for us. At about 8 AM, he finally came out to greet the fans that were outside. There was only about 20 people there so for him to greet the fans definitely wasn’t a problem. It became my turn in line, he signed this paper that the people gave us for him to sign and I took a picture with him. Also I asked for a hug. Since I was the last one in line, I asked him to sign my ipod and he said “sure” so he did so. I said bye and left. July 20th 2009 is by far the best day of my life. -@itsanniebabyy See the original post here: In 2008, my friend and I were on Youtube just looking around at…

Ashley Smith, from Chesapeake, won the pageant in Las Vegas July 17, becoming only the second African American to win the Miss United States title in the competition’s 11 years of existence. “I was actually planning to take a year off from pageants to focus on school and work,” said Smith, 23. “But something inside of me told me to give it a shot.” She entered the contest in March, and won Miss Virginia United States a month later, to earn the trip to Las Vegas. “It all happened so fast, but I knew it was all part of a great plan. I just had to be persistent and take the journey,” Smith said. As Miss United States, Smith will travel across the country for a year, promoting the Miss United States organization and her personal platform of breast cancer awareness. “My life changed forever when my mother became the first person in my family diagnosed with breast cancer. I began to look at the disease in a completely different way and vowed to educate others that breast cancer is an impartial killer,” she said. Smith, a graduate of Oscar Smith High School in Chesapeake, earned a degree in communication from ODU in 2010, and is currently pursuing a master’s in journalism at Regent University. She was awarded the title of Miss Virginia United States during the pageant in Richmond the weekend of April 8-10. Smith’s communication expertise helped her ace the interview portion of the contest, a key component of judging. Pageant week in Las Vegas last month saw a series of successes for Virginia entrants. The commonwealth placed young women among the top three in all four pageant categories, including Smith’s win in the biggest event. “My family and I used to make a big deal of watching pageants on TV,” Smith said. “I always thought those girls were so beautiful; I never imagined that would be me some day. Growing up, I didn’t have many friends and had very low self-esteem. Pageants helped me turn that around and today I’m able to help other young women who struggle with the same issue.” Smith has worked hard to promote breast cancer awareness for the past eight years, even before she started entering pageants. Among her community service activities, she founded and serves as executive director of the Queen of P.I.N.K. Pageant, a fundraiser event in which all the entrants are breast cancer survivors. She is also the webmaster for Relay for Life of Chesapeake and media representative for Strut the Runway for Breast Cancer Inc. “When your work comes from your heart, that work can only find another heart to reach,” she said. “It may take years before you realize the extent of your service, but genuine volunteerism always touches people’s lives in unimaginable ways.” Smith prides herself on living her “Christian Mission out loud.” How To Balance Health & Happiness EXCLUSIVE: American Idol Alumni Nearly Shot To Death During Robbery
Anne Hathaway came ready to drop bombs on Conan Tuesday. With paparazzi stalking the set of The Dark Knight Rises , in which Anne will be playing Catwoman, the actress is looking to release some pent-up frustration. “With all the stuff that’s been going on with Batman, the paparazzi attention has been a little intense,” she told Conan O’Brien on his show last night. “So I actually wrote a rap song about it … it’s in the style of Lil Wayne.” What better influence, right? In January 2009, Kelly Preston lived through every mother’s worst nightmare: the death of 15-year old son Jett . How did she cope? “To be honest, [it was] the Scientology center,” the actress says in the latest issue of Heath . “I don’t know if I would have made it through without it.” The wife of John Travolta touches on many other topics in the interview. Among them… On substance abuse : “I don’t drink, I don’t smoke, I don’t do drugs. I’ve done all of that. And now, I live a really clean life.” On giving her former self advice : “Don’t sweat the small things. Love your kids like it could be the last moment.” On the birth of Benjamin : “We [had been trying] for quite a few years… When I found out I was pregnant, I was floored. I’d snuck out of bed and then came back and woke Johnny up in bed. We both started crying. It was wonderful.” On marrying a pilot : “I’ll be sitting there [in our Florida home] doing something really normal with the kids and then all of a sudden I hear, ‘Whoosh!’ and see the lights of the airplane and he’s like, ‘Honey, I’m home!’”
In her continuing quest to cover every single magazine in the world in one summer, Beyonce sat down with the good folks at InStyle for a little spread and chat. And guess what she’s talking about in the interview… It was great to be a wife and travel with [my husband]. I had to turn down great things. I did it for my sanity, my life, my relationships, my nephew, my husband, my sister and my friendships. I deserved to give myself time to focus on things besides performing, filming and recording.” When you’re young —18 or 19 — you have the energy and drive. That’s the time to work as hard as you can. Now I’m a woman, and because I gave it my all, I can focus on my marriage. I can decide I want to have kids. I can be the mother I want to be and dedicate myself to my children. Yup. Any minute now… Check out footage from the photo shoot below. Source
Rapper claims a friend accidentally sent tweet of department phone numbers, resulting in ‘overwhelmed’ lines. By Rob Markman The Game (file) Photo: Jason LaVeris/ Getty Images It’s no secret that Game has an itchy Twitter finger, and now a tweet from his account has landed him in hot water with the police. After a message appeared on the West Coast rapper’s Twitter asking aspiring interns to call the sheriff’s station in Compton, the station’s phone lines were flooded with calls. The resulting calls reportedly caused a delay in emergency services, including a missing person report, a spousal assault incident, two robberies and a stolen car incident. Now the sheriff’s department is looking to hit the rapper up with a series of charges. A press release issued to MTV News by the Los Angeles County Sherriff’s Department said that the phone calls started at about 5:23 p.m. PT on Friday (August 12) and didn’t subside until a few hours later, at 8. “These needless phone calls interfered with the ability of sheriff’s desk personnel to answer the business line phones and 9-1-1 calls, and for dispatchers to send help to people who really needed it,” said Captain Mike Parker of the Sheriff’s Headquarters Bureau. “We don’t know how many people needed help but couldn’t get through the overwhelmed phone lines.” Parker tweeted the Game directly, alerting him that his initial call-out was jeopardizing public safety. Game, however, told TMZ.com that he wasn’t responsible for the tweet, and that a friend accidently sent the message from the rapper’s phone while he was at a photo shoot on Friday. The sheriff’s department is now presenting their case to the district attorney’s office in consideration of a criminal filing of three charges including annoying or harassing phone calls via electronic device or Internet, delaying or obstructing peace officers in the performance of their duties, and knowingly and maliciously disrupting or impeding communications over a public safety radio frequency. MTV News reached out to Game’s publicist regarding these reports and is still awaiting a response. Related Videos ‘RapFix Live’ With Game, Diddy And Machine Gun Kelly Related Artists The Game
