You can’t be serious … White Supremacist Busted With 18 Guns And 45,000 Bullets Via Think Progress reports: Federal agents were tracking Ohio resident Richard Schmidt’s imports of counterfeit sports jerseys when they stumbled upon his arsenal of 18 guns, more than 40,000 rounds of ammunition, and bulletproof body armor. Besides the arsenal, he had lists of Jewish and black leaders in Detroit, MI. He is also an ex-felon who killed a Hispanic man and wounded two others 24 years ago. Yet before December, no one even noticed that Schmidt, 47, was amassing weapons illegally, according to the Cleveland Plain Dealer. Instead, federal investigators zeroed in on his sports memorabilia shop around September 2011, tracking his shipments of knock-off jerseys from China for over a year before they discovered the cache of firearms. Schmidt plead guilty to federal gun charges and the counterfeit racket last month, and will be sentenced in October. But many connected to the crime are still scratching their heads over how an ex-felon with ties to white supremacist groups was able to get his hands on so many guns. “I can’t tell you how he got all those guns and ammunition,” U.S. Attorney Steven Dettelbach told the Plain Dealer. “It’s not that I won’t tell you; it’s that I can’t. This is somebody who should never have had one gun, one bullet. But he had an entire arsenal.” Schmidt is technically banned from possessing a gun for the rest of his life. In 1989, he pulled a gun on three men during a traffic argument, killing one man and wounding the other two. He was convicted of voluntary manslaughter and served 12 years in prison. Scott Kaufman, the head of the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit, was spooked after discovering he was on Schmidt’s list. “For a convicted violent felon to amass an arsenal with 40,000 rounds of ammunition with no red flags popping up is problematic,” he told the Plain Dealer. “No matter where you stand on the gun issue, it makes you wonder. The moment I saw my name in this guy’s notebook, I freaked out.”

Isabella Guzman was told by police hours before the murder that she had to respect her mother or she would be thrown out of the house. An 18-year-old from Aurora, Colo., sent her mother an email that said, “You will pay” the day before she stabbed the woman 79 times, an arrest affidavit filed Friday revealed. Isabella Guzman and her mom, 47-year-old Yun-Mi Hoy, often fought, but her stepfather, Ryan Hoy, told authorities that the teen had recently become more “threatening and disrespectful.” His worried wife showed him an email from Isabella on Wednesday morning that said, “You will pay,” and she later called the police saying that her daughter “had threatened to harm her,” Denver’s 7NEWS reported. Ryan Hoy told police he heard a thumping sounds coming from upstairs while he was eating dinner on Wednesday night. He also heard his wife, who was taking a shower, calling his name, so he rushed upstairs and tried to push his way into the bathroom. Yesterday, the hospitalized 27-year-old actress tweeted, “I love Drake.” It was her first Tweet since July 19, when she said “Drake is gorgeous.” The singular Tweet is still live and was sent from her official account. The brief, unexpected return to Twitter came one day after her doctors at UCLA Medical Center asked for and were granted an extended long-term hold . Amanda Bynes was hospitalized under an involuntary 5150 psychiatric hold back on July 22, and has been receiving mental health treatment ever since. Before that, Tweeting about Drake had been one of her favorite pastimes. The former child star made headlines March 21 when she wrote, ” I want Drake to murder my vagina ,” and talked about him countless other times. Drake never responded to the Tweets, though he is aware of them. “I don’t even know who is doing that or what that’s about,” the rapper told the August issue of XXL . “If that is her, I guess it’s a little weird and disturbing.” “It’s obviously a behavioral pattern that is way bigger than me.” Few would argue with that. Doctors say Bynes may need long-term hospitalization to treat her severe mental illness , though it’s unclear how long. Some reports have suggested up to a year at UCLA or a related facility, while others say she could move in with her mom in a month or two of she improves. We wish her the best in any case.
Khloe Kardashian is laying down the law. Either Lamar Odom goes to rehab and actually sticks with it this time or he can pack his things and hit the road. He is not welcome back in their home until he gets clean. As has been well documented, Lamar Odom has a problem with drugs and has been unwilling to address it since his addiction spun out of control. Khloe Kardashian has kicked him out before, only to cave and take him back, but Lamar’s DUI arrest Friday morning was apparently the last straw. According to reports, Lamar didn’t even call Khloe OR his lawyers after the arrest, leaving them to find out when TMZ broke the story hours later. Suffice it to say, his estranged wife was far from thrilled with him. Khloe and Lamar did spend time together Saturday, but after four hours of talking about his addiction to crack and who knows what else, he was sent away. To go look for his own apartment? Score some crack from the junkies downtown? Tool around with his “crack head” enabler/mistress Polina Polonsky ? No one knows, but the basketball star clearly isn’t taking a hint, leaving his wife at the end of her rope and with little choice but to do what she did. Sources say the couple is “still at an impasse” regarding his addiction, which seems ludicrous given how one-sided the debate should be at this point. Embroiled in cheating scandals and what looks like a serious substance abuse problem, Odom is effectively ruining his marriage, NBA career and life. What is Khloe to do at this point? She clearly wants to save Lamar in all those respects, but without effort or even admission on his part it will be a lost cause.
