Three people in Denver face charges for beating a man unconscious after he stepped into frame for one of their photos, authorities said. The unidentified victim, 30, suffered facial damage, intracranial hemorrhaging and permanent blindness in his right eye, reported The Denver Channel. In the early morning hours of May 11, that man accidentally stepped into the shot outside a bar and infuriated Bryanna Warren, 25, who started arguing with and pushing the man, according to an arrest affidavit. He pushed back to get Warren off him and walked away. But Warren and Lindsye Newton, 25, allegedly trailed him and continued to lob insults. The man eventually pushed them both away, at which point Terrell Moore, 27, allegedly punched him unconscious. A police officer says he witnessed the blow and tried to protect the sprawled out man, but Newton kept pummeling him with her purse, even though he was already out cold, The Denver Channel said. Moore is charged with second-degree assault causing serious bodily injury. Newton and Warren are each charged with third-degree assault on an at-risk adult “for allegedly continuing to assault the victim while he was lying unconscious on the ground,” the district attorney’s office said in a news release. Moore’s bond was set at $10,000, Newton’s was set at $5,000 and Warren’s was set at $2,000. They are scheduled to appear in Denver County Courtroom Aug. 22 and 23. She’s in a better place now. Lisa Robin Kelly Dead At 43 According to TMZ Lisa Robin Kelly — who played Eric Forman’s older sister on “That ’70s Show” — has died … TMZ has learned. The 43-year-old actress passed away in her sleep Wednesday night at a rehab facility in California. We spoke with Kelly’s agent who tells us the actress had just voluntarily checked herself in for treatment for an alcohol problem this past week … and was determined to clean herself up. The agent tells us, “She had been fighting demons for a while and finally lost her battle.” Sources tell us Lisa had been in and out of rehab centers hoping to kick her alcohol problem … and most recently fell off the wagon after a huge dispute with her estranged husband Robert Gilliam. Sources say … Kelly’s estranged husband beat her last May to obtain residual money from her show. He was convicted of domestic battery last month and sentenced to 3 years probation. He also served 35 days in jail for the beating. Lisa filed for divorce from Gilliam back in July. We’re told Lisa’s new boyfriend brought her to rehab again on Monday … but she went into cardiac arrest late Wednesday night and could not be saved. The boyfriend blames her estranged husband for the relapse. Sources connected with the attempted rescue tell TMZ … when emergency responders arrived at the rehab facility, they found needle marks on both of Lisa’s arms. However, her BF tells us the reason for the needle marks is that he took Lisa to a hospital on Sunday — because she had a .34 blood alcohol level … and nurses made multiple attempts to insert a needle into her vein to extract blood. After several attempts, medical personnel were able to use a vein on the top of Lisa’s wrist. Kelly had been troubled for the past couple of years — she was arrested at least 4 times in the past 3 years for DUI, spousal abuse and assault. A high school player who received no Division I college offers, and who wasn’t even deemed good enough to start last fall, he does not lack for overconfidence. Humble beginnings and a diverse background define Colin, adopted by Teresa and Rick Kaepernick, married high school sweethearts from Wisconsin. Biological and racial differences did not impede the love the Kaepernicks felt for their son. In fact, his dad says they brought them closer together. “Colin knew from the beginning that he was different,” says Rick. “We’d just say, ‘You’ve got such beautiful brown skin! We’re jealous! The artist hasn’t been very open about what fans can expect from the album, but based on her evolving persona and ever-maturing personality/appearance, we doubt it will be filled with run of the mill pop songs. Miley has already made headlines with the video for her first track off the CD, though she insists she isn’t trying to brainwash anyone via “We Can’t Stop.” Look for Cyrus to perform August 25 at the MTV Video Music Awards and if you think you’ve heard a lot from her recently, prepare yourself for plenty more Miley as we get closer and closer to October. Day Care Owner Arrested After Toddler Tests Positive For Drugs According to The NY Daily News A Californian woman’s mice-dropping infested day care center was shut down after a toddler in her care was hospitalized for sticky icky use, authorities said. Roubena Hartounian, 50, was arrested Wednesday for child neglect and endangerment at Bina’s Family Child Care. The building was determined uninhabitable and contained sticky icky pipes, said Sgt. Tom Lorenz of the Glendale Police Department. “We are still trying to determine whether the marijuana was consumed there … if we can make that connection,” Lorenz told the Daily News. The 2-year-old girl’s parents dropped her off at the day care in La Crescenta on Tuesday morning. But when they picked her up later that day she was unresponsive, police said. The parents took their daughter to a nearby hospital about midnight where she tested positive for THC, the active ingredient in cannabis that produces psychoactive effects. “They learned that the last person to have the kid in their care, aside from the parents, was at the day care facility,” Lorenz said. The following day, police went to the center and waited for Hartounian to show up so they could serve a search warrant. She arrived about 6:30 a.m. “Code enforcement officials came out to the property, and yellow tagged it as uninhabitable,” Lorenz said. He said the building did not have functioning toilets or electricity and that the shabby kitchen was littered with dirty dishes and improperly stored knives. “Food was not properly cared for and there were knives on the counter that kids could get to,” he said.
