This is some phucked up isht. Prisoner Murders Cellmate To Get Death Penalty He would be sentenced to death after killing his cellmate, but then he would go straight to hell. What’s the rush? According to Mail Online A prisoner murdered his cellmate by stuffing wet toilet paper down his throat and strangling him – the same way he murdered his girlfriend a year ago, it emerged today. Scott Alexander Greenberg, 28, of St Petersburg, Florida, killed Kelly Damon Harding, 48, at Pinellas County Jail in the early hours of Sunday morning after telling fellow inmates he would rather be executed than spend the rest of his life in prison. Pinellas County Sheriff Bob Gualtieri said it was the first time in his 31 years that he heard of an inmate kill another at the jail. ‘What’s clear is that he had a plan, and he decided to execute that plan early this morning,’ he said at a press conference. The murder happened just minutes after prison guards performed a routine check. There was no surveillance camera in the cell. Deputies heard gurgling and thumping before Greenberg shouted out: ‘I did it, it’s done!’ At 1am, Greenberg yelled to deputies that there was ‘a man down’ in his cell. Deputies found Harding unconscious and under cardiac arrest, and he was rushed to a hospital where he died. The pair had just been put into the same cell together on Saturday night because they had been aggressive to other inmates and staff in separate incidents, the Tampa Bay Times reported. Normally, Gualtieri said, the jail tries to keep violent and nonviolent inmates separate. ‘Single cell space is limited so sometimes that does not happen,’ he said, adding the jail was crowded at the weekend and deputies were forced to move people around. Greenberg is now isolated and under supervision. He has a criminal record dating back to 2001 for drug possession, domestic battery and check fraud. According to the state Department of Corrections, Harding since 1985 had served at least six prison stints for charges including burglary, drug possession and carrying a concealed firearm. The jail handles around 3,000 inmates per day. So if they were aggressive to other inmates…what did they think was going to happen?

In a discussion with fellow young star Shailene Woodley, meanwhile, the actress talked drugs and sex tapes. With Woodley about to embark on a Young Adult franchise of her own, Divergent , the rising star tells Vanity Fair that she hasn’t actually ever met Lawrence. But the two have exchanged messages and Lawrence has offered Woodley what sounds like winning advice. J. Law apparently told the ex-ABC Family actress that starring in Divergent “will be the best thing that ever happened,” but then she warned: “Don’t be an idiot, do a sex tape, [or] do drugs. Ryan Braun, the 2011 MVP of the National League, has been suspended without pay for the duration of the 2013 season as a result of failing the sport’s Joint Drug Prevention and Treatment Program. Braun did not contest the suspension and admitted to taking performance enhancing drugs in a statement. “As I have acknowledged in the past, I am not perfect,” Braun said in the statement. “I realize now that I have made some mistakes. I am willing to accept the consequences of those actions. This situation has taken a toll on me and my entire family, and it is has been a distraction to my teammates and the Brewers organization.” He continued: “I am very grateful for the support I have received from players, ownership and the fans in Milwaukee and around the country. “Finally, I wish to apologize to anyone I may have disappointed — all of the baseball fans especially those in Milwaukee, the great Brewers organization, and my teammates. I am glad to have this matter behind me once and for all, and I cannot wait to get back to the game I love.” Braun – along with Alex Rodriguez and about a dozen other players – has been linked to Biogenesis, an anti-aging clinic in Florida with ties to PEDs. Only instead of getting naked and taking it from Ray J, Kris Humphries will be making a guest-starring appearance on an episode of The Mindy Project Season 2. According to TV Guide, the Boston Celtics power forward will play himself. It’s unclear what brings The Hump into Mindy’s world, although the sitcom’s title character does often reference television and pop culture. Last year, fellow NBA players Amar’e Stoudemire and Danny Granger also stopped by the series, showing up at a club Mindy and her colleagues frequented. This gig will mark Humphries’ first acting role, though many believe he was merely reading from a script every time he appeared on camera during his courtship of Kim.
