After way too many pictures of Kelly Brook wearing sweaters and other articles of clothing, I’m glad to see she’s back to basics here for the latest issue of Nuts . I know these British magazines always seem to have creative, clever themes for their photoshoots. I’m not 100% sure what this one is, but I’m guessing it’s “super-hot busty model in lingerie.” That’s always my favorite. Enjoy.

Terry Ragland, a 55-year old Tennessee native, visited a doctor in the city of Jackson this April due to extreme pain in her lower back. But she could not believe her ears when Timothy Sweo told her the issue resided closer to another body part. “He said ‘I know what the problem is. It’s ghetto booty,’” Ragland told WREG in Memphis. “I think I blacked out after he said ghetto booty. I think my mind was just stuck on the phrase because I couldn’t believe he said that.” Dr. Sweo admits he used those words to diagnose “lumbar lordosis” to Ragland, but chose them “to take a technical conversation regarding your lower back and make it less technical,” he later wrote to his patient after she complained to the office manager. But Ragland told WREG that explanation just made her even angrier. “It says to me that he doubts what type of intellect I have, how intelligent I am to be able to understand what he conveys to me in a medical term.” Ragland has filed complaint with the state’s Department of Health. “I think I do understand why her feelings were hurt but I don’t understand what’s offensive about it,” says Sweo, who has practiced general orthopedics for 12 years.

Redneck Heaven restaurant finds itself in hot water this week after Lewisville, Texas, banned it from allowing waitresses to wear body paint while serving food. After complaints to police about the waitress’ sexy attire (or lack thereof) at Redneck Heaven, the city council voted to change an ordinance. It is now illegal for women to cover their breasts with just body paint. A woman at Monday night’s council meeting voiced her concerns: “We’re quite shocked to see these young ladies weren’t dressed,” Catherine Holliday said. “They had very scant bottoms on and their tops were painted .” “It’s a restaurant that’s between two family restaurants.” It’s unclear what the “breastaurant’s” reaction will be, but if management wants its staff to keep wearing body paint, it’ll have to apply for a permit. A Sexually Oriented Business permit. Fortunately, while Redneck Heaven patrons may no longer be able to see babes with no clothes, there’s still plenty of options at this meat market. It’s no secret that Cory Monteith struggled with substance abuse. He talked to Parade Magazine last year about fearing he would die at the age of 19 and he entered rehab in April . However, sources confirm to TMZ that while the actor may have been dealing with issues in his personal life… they never affected him on the Glee set. The cast of the hit Fox show – most notably girlfriend Lea Michele – were aware of Monteith’s demons and went out of their way to ensure he was clean and sober. The star never appeared under any kind of influence during his years affiliated with the show, an insider says. But it was a different story in Monteith’s native Canada. Friends in Vancouver reportedly fueled Cory’s addiction, partying with the actor and often bringing drugs and alcohol along wherever they went. The negative influence/pull of those home friends allegedly grew stronger in recent weeks, with family members reaching out to Monteith and urging him to come back to California. But Cory simply retreated even further and, tragically, died in a Vancouver hotel room last Saturday. Staff members confirm he had spent the evening with acquainances in the area.
Dustin Zito is making headlines again. The Real World: Las Vegas star was arrested last Saturday for sexual battery and resisting arrest after he allegedly reached up a girl’s skirt at a nightclub. According to NBC affiliate KETK, police in Lafayette, La., were called to Employees of the City Bar to clear a crowd of people who stayed past closing time. Upon their arrival, cops were approached by a woman who claimed Dustin Zito , touched her inappropriately as she bent over a cigarette machine. He allegedly told police that she “should be thankful that he reached up her dress” since he is a TV star and “several girls wish for that to happen to them.” Not shockingly, officers said Zito was ” highly intoxicated .” After he allegedly resisted arrest and officers used pepper spray to subdue him, he was finally hauled off to a jail cell. His bond was set at $26,000. Dustin Zito, 27, has been charged with sexual battery, resisting arrest, remaining after being forbidden and disturbing the peace by public intoxication. It’s time for a new Injustice DLC and this time it’s the alien from Mars himself, Martian Manhunter! In a great gameplay trailer (unlike the Mad Max gameplay trailer ), we get a chance to see Martian Manhunter fight John Stewart, member of the Green Lantern Corps which is a Green Lantern skin available as well in the DLC. Martian Manhunter Injustice DLC Trailer Looks pretty good right? I’m particularly a fan of the “blink and John Stewart looks around confused” move. No word yet on when this DLC will drop.
