Former General Services Administration (GSA) Chief of Staff David H. Safavian was sentenced Friday to one year in prison on charges of obstruction of justice and making false statements in connection with the investigation into the activities of former Washington lobbyist Jack Abramoff.

Erin Andrews peephole video , Erin Andrews peephole case has been solved. According to the news today, a Chicago man was arrested by FBI agents at O’Hare airport in connection with the nude videos made of Andrews in her hotel room. The suspect, Michael David Barrett, now faces federal charges of interstate stalking, posting videos online, and attempting to sell the videos illegally to TMZ.

The New Haven Register is reporting that a technician in the Yale lab where murdered student Annie Le worked has emerged as a top suspect , and MSNBC is reporting that an arrest could come as early as this morning. Le’s body was found stuffed inside a wall in the basement of the lab building on Sunday, which was to be her wedding day. According to the Register , law enforcement sources say a lab tech who worked in the building had scratches on his chest and arms that he couldn’t adequately explain, and failed a voluntary FBI polygraph exam
