Chris Brown: Banned From UK, MJ Tribute Show?

Rumors are circulating that Chris Brown is banned from the UK and thus unable to perform at the Michael Jackson tribute concert in Wales this past weekend. Not so fast. Brown’s rep says his criminal record played no role in his non-appearance and that rumors he was “banned” are simply false. So why didn’t he perform then? He was invited. What got in the way was a simple scheduling conflict. “His previously booked domestic F.A.M.E. tour dates didn’t allow him to accept the honor and therefore he never planned to go to the UK,” said Brown’s rep. The rep reiterated to TMZ a second time that “He was not banned.” Brown spent the weekend performing in Tampa, Charlotte and Virginia Beach, dates that had been scheduled before he was asked to join the Jackson show. In other fake Chris news, Karrueche Tran is not pregnant, either!

Did Bethenny Frankel Fake Her Sea Rescue?!?

In a truly stunning turn of events that may leave us questioning whether all of reality TV is scripted, a very reliable source says Bethenny Frankel’s supposedly daring rescue at sea last month was nothing but a farce. The story goes like this: Bethenny and husband Jason Hoppy were sailing comfortably between Block Island and Nantucket when their GPS malfunctioned and they had to call for help , barely surviving what Frankel described as a “traumatic” experience. But Tim Russell, the man who actually ventured out and brought Bethenny’s family in, says the story is a lie . He says the Coast Guard refused to drive out to Frankel’s vessel because the GPS was, indeed, working and there was simply no danger afoot. But Bethenny’s therapist insisted on calling a tow company, reached Russell and agreed to his $250 towing fee. Russell and his wife drove out and found nine people just hanging out on a working sailboat: Bethenny, Hoppy, the therapist and a Bravo film crew of six. They were fine. Frankel even came back in on the boat she went out on, simply following Russell’s tow ship to shore. One of the final sights a perturbed Russell witnessed before exiting angrily from the scene? A supposedly relieved Bethenny kissing the dock, just as a cameraman set up to get a close up. Russell says there are documents that prove the Coast Guard turned down the call because it deemed Frankel’s boat to be in working condition.

La Toya Jackson on Tribute Concert: A Great Day For Michael

Cee Lo, Leona Lewis and Christina Aguilera performed , Jennifer Hudson went MIA. Jermaine and Randy staged a boycott, while Michael Jackson’s kids honored him. The Michael Forever tribute concert in Cardiff, Wales, was not without controversy – it wouldn’t be MJ if there weren’t some – but sister La Toya Jackson says in the end, a wonderful night that honored one of the greatest entertainers ever occurred. Here’s an interview with La Toya following the show: La Toya Jackson at the Michael Forever Concert Regarding Paris, Prince and Blanket’s brief appearance on stage, La Toya said they were actually more composed than she, the one trying to set an example. Two of her brothers felt even showing up would set a bad example, given the trial of Dr. Conrad Murray in L.A. Michael’s final words were rehashed Friday.

Michael Jackson Doctor Claimed He ‘Took All Precautions’

By Gil Kaufman Elissa Fleak Photo: Pool/ Getty Images After a day in which the defense attorney for Dr. Conrad Murray went on the offensive against a key prosecution witness in the physician’s involuntary manslaughter trial, the focus on Friday (October 7) turned to a recording of the doctor’s account of his actions while tending to Michael Jackson on the day the pop icon died. During Thursday’s proceedings, attorney Ed Chernoff accused lead coroner’s office investigator Elissa Fleak of sloppy work in her investigation of Jackson’s death. Chernoff suggested that Fleak made a number of mistakes, including leaving her fingerprint on a syringe found on Jackson’s nightstand. In a sometimes heated exchange, Chernoff hammered Fleak about changes she made earlier this year to her report on Jackson’s death, suggesting that they were intended to corroborate the testimony of key prosecution witness Alberto Alvarez, who has claimed that he helped Murray gather up medical evidence at the crime scene, according to the Los Angeles Times . Toxicologist Dan Anderson also noted that trace amounts — equal to a few drops — of the surgical anesthetic propofol were found in Jackson’s stomach. Murray’s defense team has been trying to bolster their theory that Jackson fatally injected or ingested propofol himself. Friday’s highlights included:

Michael Jackson Propofol Levels: Not Low!

Dr. Conrad Murray’s defense attorney has told jurors that the personal physician to Michael Jackson gave him a modest 25 milligrams of Propofol on June 25, 2009. Reports suggest the star had significantly higher levels of the powerful anesthetic in his system, however. Of course, Murray’s defense also has an answer for that. Dr. Murray’s lawyers contend that when the cardiologist left the room briefly, Michael Jackson killed himself , unintentionally, by taking a lethal dose himself. Among the problems with Murray’s controversial defense theory: Michael Jackson’s fingerprints were NOT on any Propofol Murray’s girlfriends cast doubt on his timeline of events As testimony in the involuntary manslaughter trial continues, medical professionals are expected to reveal “toxic and lethal levels of Propofol in his system,” reports say . The levels of Propofol were reportedly extremely high, which if so, plays into the prosecutors’ case that Murray negligent in his actions before and after MJ died. Two paramedics and two doctors that treated Jackson at the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center told jurors Murray never revealed he gave Jackson Propofol.

CNN’s Roland S. Martin seems to think so… “Look, I don’t want to kill someone. But if you threaten my family [and] one of our lives is in danger, I’m doing all I can to kill you. No apologies.” – CNN contributor Roland S. Martin, commenting via Facebook on the U.S.-led attack that killed Anwar al-Awlaki, the American-born radical Islamic preacher turned propaganda chief for al-Qaida, in Yemen on Friday. Some had questioned whether the killing of an American citizen without due process was unconstitutional. Martin was apparently not one of them. It’s one thing to defend yourself, but another to actively search and kill someone. Do you feel that the U.S. was wrong to kill Anwar Al-Awlaki, a U.S. citizen, without due process?? Source

So A Stripper Walks Into A Courtroom…Conrad Murray’s Baby Momma Shows Some Skin On The Stand Like She’s About To Hit The Pole Again!

Yesterday had Conrad Murray’s parade of floozies coming to testify on his behalf and one baby momma must have got called in during her lunch break at the coochie dealership. Besides looking half-naked, Nicole Alvarez talked about how she had no clue what those boxes of meds Murray receive , and how they were a mystery to her. She says she never checked the boxes and didn’t ask what they were. Hmmm… Alvarez, who had given birth to Murray’s son in March 2009, recalled the doctor telling her that he was Jackson’s private physician. The 29-year-old actress said she found it exciting. “It was Michael Jackson!” she exulted when she recounted meeting the star. She said Murray surprised her, telling her he was taking her to meet someone and then they arrived at Jackson’s home. “I was speechless,” Alvarez said. “I couldn’t believe I was meeting Michael Jackson.” And she probably couldn’t believe her baby daddy would k-…never mind.
