Maya is doing big things. Maya Rudolph To Star In Self-Titled Show We loved her in “Bridesmaids”….can’t wait to see the her new show. According Indie Wire: Starring the Emmy Award nominee and beloved Saturday Night Live veteran, NBC has scheduled The Maya Rudolph Show for Monday, May 19 at 10 PM. Rudolph, David Javerbaum, Erin David and Dave Becky will produce, with Lorne Michaels serving as executive producer. Grammy Award-nominated singer-songwriter Janelle Monae will serve as the musical guest. R&B singer-producer Raphael Saadiq will be the bandleader. It’s currently unclear whether The Maya Rudolph Show will become a permanent series for the network, or just a single one-night special. The show is sure to be a hit with all that talent.
