It’s a mock movie trailer for Run , a film that doesn’t exist, but does feature: Sex AND violence Strippers gyrating NSFW language Blake Lively “acting” Yup, that about sums it up. All in the name of plugging a tour where you can pay $300 to watch Bey grind on Jay and sing about riding him like a surfboard. JAY Z & Beyonce RUN Trailer While less entertaining (and not as well choreographed) than the Solange Knowles-Jay Z fight video , it’s certainly noteworthy as concert teasers go. In addition to the Gossip Girl star, the video features Sean Penn, Don Cheadle, Guillermo Diaz, Rashida Jones, Jake Gyllenhaal and Emmy Rossum. Solange, sadly, is nowhere to be found in the flashy faux trailer, but hey, we’ll always have the hotel surveillance video seen around the world. Nominees for the 2012 BET Awards nominees were announced Tuesday, with Kanye West leading the pack, scoring a whopping seven nominations. West earned not one but two Video of the Year nods for hits “N!ggas in Paris” and “Otis” … Kim Kardashian must be so proud of her fake boyfriend. Beyonce came in a close second with six nods, including Best Female R&B Artist alongside Mary J. Blige and Rihanna. Jay-Z got five nominations. The video nominees are Beyonce for “Countdown,” Bey again for “Love on Top, “Jay-Z and Kanye for “N!ggas in Paris,” Jay and Kanye again for “Otis,” and Usher for “Climax.” Do you realize what this means? Kanye will likely interrupt Beyonce, or himself, to proclaim that Beyonce had one (or two) of the best videos of all time. It’ll be awesome and awkward. Other artists up for BET Awards in various categories include stars Drake, Lil Wayne, J. Cole, Big Sean, A$AP Rocky, Rick Ross and Young Jeezy. Monica Spannbauer, The Bachelor’s most recent castoff, says star Ben Flajnik and Courtney Robertson are a perfect match. Aww. So nice to say, right? No. She means that quite negatively. “I absolutely think she’s wrong for Ben, but the more I watch – obviously I don’t get to see everything that happens – they deserve each other,” she said. Courtney Robertson , who’s like a model, has made a nasty habit of hating on other girls while pursuing Ben. And saying “winning” like a complete tool. Monica Spannbauer, who ruffled a few feathers herself in The Bachelor house, says she had no beef with Court personally … but is still not a fan. Some reports surfaced earlier this week that none other than Oprah is the godmother of Beyonce and Jay-Z’s newborn baby girl, Blue Ivy Carter. But is it true? It is not. Oprah is not the godmother. She may be a fairy godmother in a non-official sense – she did send baby Blue an entire trunk full of books already – but she hasn’t been given any title. Winfrey’s BFF Gayle King said : “Let me just say, if [this] is true, it is news to her. You know, she was heading to South Africa when the baby was born.” A separate source close to the power couple’s camp also tells E! News that this is not true, and that Media Takeout was wrong (in a stunning revelation). Despite what Twitter tries to convince us with its ” Beyonce gives birth ” proclamations, and as cute as the name Tiana May Carter might be, Beyonce is still pregnant. One of the most hyped celebrity babies of all time has yet to arrive.
Rumors about Beyonce giving birth are currently blowing up Twitter, but have yet to be confirmed by the singer, husband Jay-Z, or any reputable source for that matter. So … there you are. The (very possibly made-up) consensus seems to be that Beyonce welcomed a girl into the world this week, and that the little bundle of joy is named Tiana-May Carter. Twitter makes up cute names at least. The rumors we’ve read online – again, these are just rumors from social media, not even celebrity gossip sources – say she was taken to St. Luke’s Hospital in New York City, and overnight, word spread that she had delivered a daughter. Multiple outlets have picked up the story, but all cited the growing buzz on Twitter as the source and nothing more. She’s due in February , so it’s probably baseless chatter at this point, but also not impossible for her to give birth early. Twitter also made Jon Bon Jovi dead recently. At least this is a nicer rumor. Either way, the final countdown, which began after Beyonce’s pregnancy reveal at the MTV VMAs, to the birth of the most famous celebrity babies in years is either over, or close to being over. The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show did not lack for star power Tuesday night, on the catwalk or off. Among the big name acts to perform: Kanye West. West gave a short, sweet tribute to his late mom before performing “Stronger” and later on teamed with Jay-Z to perform their song ”N!ggas in Paris.” “In 2007 I was supposed to perform this song on this show, and I lost my superhero. Now she is my super angel,” said Kanye of the late Donda West. The Victoria’s Secret angels proceeded to walk the runway as West performed. Symbolism, people. Deep stuff.
