Jenelle Evans: ANOTHER Custody Battle with Nathan Griffith?!

Does Jenelle Evans just  like  fighting over the custody of her children? Because that’s really starting to look like the only logical explanation for what’s happening in her life. Maybe she watched a little too much Maury growing up, you know? (Actually, that could explain a lot of things .) Maybe when she gave up custody of her oldest son to her dear mother, Barbara, she did it in hopes that, one day, she could kind of, sort of get her life together just a tiny bit, then go to court and try to get the kid back. “But wait,” she’d have thought to herself. “Better be sure to do heroin and get arrested at least a dozen times to prolong things.” Maybe she likes feeling fancy, dressing up and talking to lawyers and judges. Maybe they make killer coffee at her local courthouse. We don’t know. But with all the years the custody battle over Jace has dragged on, and with how she keeps choosing awful, awful men to have children with, she has to like something about all the drama. Otherwise, nothing makes sense. Nothing is beautiful and everything hurts. We’re theorizing about all this, by the way, because Jenelle has just launched yet another custody battle, this time with Nathan Griffith, the father of her younger son, Kaiser. Yes, she’s still in the never-ending custody battle over Jace, too, and yes, she and Nathan had a previous custody battle that was settled back in May. Back then, they agreed on joint custody , with Jenelle getting primary physical custody. But now, Jenelle’s just not content with that agreement anymore. She’s filed a motion to get sole custody. According to court documents, Jenelle claims that Nathan told her that his “mental health is not stable and that he is unable to care for the minor child.” Nathan also allegedly told her that “he has plans to move out of the country in the near future.” It was also pointed out that he has “multiple pending criminal charges.” What’s more, Jenelle was informed that Nathan has “a substance abuse issue and is unable to care for the minor child” during the small amount of time he does spend with the kid. He “does not have a suitable and healthy home environment to exercise visitation with the minor child,” and even if he did, he “does not regularly exercise his visitation with the minor child.” And see, this is a tough situation, because while Jenelle is obviously awful, Nathan is just ridiculously terrible. He’s been arrested so many times, and much more recently than Jenelle. For example, he was arrested in August for breaking into his ex-girlfriend’s house and choking her . Amber Heard: Stiffing Charities Out of Johnny Depp Divorce Settlement Cash?!

Shortly after Amber Heard filed for divorce from Johnny Depp , it became clear that the situation would be much uglier than your typical celebrity split. Depp was accused of domestic violence , and Heard’s camp painted a picture of the beloved actor as a drunken abusive monster. As is often the case in high-profile celebrity breakups, Heard was accused of going after Depp’s bank account. She responded to those accusations in deft fashion by promising to donate her divorce settlement to two charities: the ACLU and Los Angeles Children’s Hospital. The move was interpreted by many as a middle finger to both Depp and his supporters, Heard’s way of deflecting criticism and sending a clear, unmistakable message that she wasn’t in this for the money. There were even reports that Heard was broke and essentially homeless as a result of her pledge, but remained unwavering in her intentions. Now, however, TMZ is reporting that more than three months after the divorce was settled, neither charity has received the $7 million that Heard was awarded. The site claims that each organization did receive an initial installment of $200,000, but that money was apparently sent to them directly by Depp, not Heard. After Heard declared her plan to donate her settlement, Depp’s lawyers stated that the actor would cut out the middle man by issuing checks directly to the Children’s Hospital and the ACLU. Heard was reportedly furious, as she not only felt that the move was Depp’s way of making himself out to be the good guy, she also saw it as an effort to score a massive tax write off. Her attorneys put the kibosh on Depp’s plan to donate the cash himself, and neither organization has seen a dime in the months since. It remains unclear, however, if the money dried up because it’s in Amber’s possession, or because it’s tied up in the appeals process. Heard’s lawyers claim the couple has not signed settlement deal, but that they’re expected to do so this week. After months of PR nightmares, we’re sure they’ll be signing some iron-clad non-disclosure agreements, as well, so we may never find out exactly how this plays out. Just as Teen Mom OG airs its finale tonight, Teen Mom 2 is almost back and we cannot wait to see what happens next for the second  fab four. Based on the lack of information about the next season, it looked like we could be in for a long wait before its return, but the premiere is January 2! What can fans of the MTV smash look forward to the day after New Year's for Kailyn Lowry, Jenelle Evans, Leah Messer and Chelsea Houska? In the trailer (below), we get our first look at major events we've heard about over the past couple of months online and on social media. Perhaps the most notable milestone of them all? Chelsea Houska confirms to her family that she's pregnant in a heartwarming scene.  It's the news we've already known for quite some time – Chelsea and Cole De Boer are expecting a boy – but it's special just the same. Jenelle Evans' mother, meanwhile, less than impressed about the way she found out about her daughter's latest pregnancy (her third). “You do not want to give me my son back so I do not want to film with you ever again in my f–king life,” she screamed at her mother. “If I get custody then you will have limited visitation!” Barbara responds, later learning of Jenelle's pregnancy via a police report. Touching. Elsewhere, Javi Marroquin delivers an epic diss to his estranged wife Kailyn Lowry, telling the star, “You never think about anyone else.” “You don’t think about me, you don’t think about your two boys. You’re going to open your legs to some guy that’s not a big f–king deal?” Yikes. Finally, Leah Messer seems to be improving after her rehab stint for stress and depression, but Ali‘s medical issues are devastating. “Knowing there is something wrong with this baby that I love so much,” she said of her daughter, who suffers from muscular dystrophy. Needless to say, we'll have plenty of reasons to  watch Teen Mom 2 online  or on television come 2017 based on this teaser …

Jenelle Evans: Parenting Criticized For INSANE Reason!

Teen Mom 2 fans are often critical of Jenelle Evans, and with good reason. Jenelle is a strong contender for worst mom in the history of reality television. (Of course, a case could be made for her fellow Teen Mom alum Farrah Abraham, but that’s a conversation for another time.) Jenelle has been arrested more times than you can count on two hands. She has an outrageous temper that’s spurred her to violence on numerous occasions. She lost custody of her first son as a result of her rampant substance abuse and frequent run-ins with the law.  To make matters worse, she frequently antagonizes her own mother, who raises the boy, thus ensuring that he’ll grow up thoroughly traumatized as a result of being surrounded by constant hostility. But because she makes for such an easy target, fans sometimes unload on Jenelle even when she really hasn’t done anything that bad. For example, you may remember the thankfully short-lived Jenelle flotation device controversy from last April, during which the reality star was slammed for putting what many fans believed to be an improper life vest on her youngest son, Kaiser, while he was riding in a boat. (It turned out that the device was, in fact, Coast Guard-approved.) Anyway, a similar scenario is playing itself out on Jenelle’s Instagram today, thanks to this seemingly innocuous photo that Evans posted online: As you can see, it’s Kaiser again, and this time he’s simply sitting at a table, eating some corn on the cob. Surely, there’s nothing about that that people can find fault with, right? Ha! This must be your first day on the Internet. The concern trolls came out in force to argue that Jenelle should have her kids taken away for failing to feed them from a plate. Yes, the fact that Kaiser appears to be eating from a tray and not fine china is enough to get these people all riled up.  Thankfully, Jenelle has yet to dignify the criticism with a response, but her fans (Yes, there are people who are actually fans of Jenelle Evans.) have been taking care of the clap-back for her. Of course, the best approach to these situations is always to refuse to feed the trolls. Unfortunately, that’s easier said than done, especially for someone like Jenelle. Jenelle Evans: Smoking Pot While Pregnant?!

Jenelle Evans has made a lot of questionable decisions in her life. We would list them all here, but there’s only a slim chance that we would actually finish before the sun expands and engulfs the Earth. Suffice it to say, Jenelle has been arrested more times than Katt Williams, and despite the fact that she’s currently pregnant with her third child, she doesn’t seem to plan on settling down any time soon. Or at least that’s what her ex-fiance and baby daddy Nathan Griffith would have us believe. Teen Mom 2 Season 8 hasn’t even premiered yet, but according to Radar Online, the ladies assembled in New York City to film the annual reunion show over the weekend. Because they all post every detail of their lives on social media, we pretty much know what the main storylines will be this season, and naturally, Jenelle’s pregnancy will be a major focal point. And not surprisingly, Jenelle is being accused of behaving irresponsibly while knocked up. Specifically, Griffith claims she smoked pot on several occasions while pregnant with daughter Ensley, who’s due in January. Witnesses say Griffith leveled the allegation against a shocked Evans while the two of them were participating in an awkward interview segment at the reunion. An irate Evans reportedly denied the accusation: “Of course he’s going to accuse me of crazy things at this point,” she’s quoted as saying. Jenelle’s mother Barbara Evans didn’t speak on Griffith’s allegations, but she did accuse Jenelle’s current boyfriend, David Eason, of abusing substances with kids in the house. “She said he uses drugs,” a source on set said.  Jenelle reportedly denied that accusation as well, saying: “I don’t know where that information came from, but that isn’t true.” Whether the drug use rumors are true or not, we think it’s safe to say it was a tough reunion show for Jenelle. We’re guessing it’s equally safe to say the whole season will be tough on Jenelle. We’d feel bad for her, but if there’s a poster child for self-created problems, it’s Jenelle Evans. Teen Mom 2: Did Kailyn Lowry Just Confirm Series Is Ending?!

It seems like Teen Mom 2 could really be coming to a conclusion on MTV.  The TV show that made Kailyn Lowry, Leah Messer, Jenelle Evans and Chelsea Houska household names is heading into Season 8, but Kailyn has now added her two cents about what will become of the show. She seems to think it’s ending . Kailyn’s new book, “Hustle and Heart” is scheduled to be released on November 22.  In preparation for the book being released, the publisher has released excerpts from it to promote it.  One of the excerpts seem to all but confirm Teen Mom 2 is ending.  Check out an excerpt from the book below: When we set long-term goals, we have no way of knowing how those goals will fit into our lives years down the line. When I had a child at age seventeen, I made it my mission to defy everyone’s expectations and rise above the statistics and stigmas that are stacked against me. Since 2010 I’ve been on TV, and my struggles have been my identity. Now, especially with the show coming to an end, it’s time for my accomplishments to stand out. I want to show everyone that even though I grew up like white trash and got knocked up at seventeen, I can get a Bachelor’s degree and raise children who blow people away with their manners, wit and intelligence. Now, the book definitely does state that the show is coming to an end. That would suggest the show is concluding pretty damn soon.  The crazy thing about all of it is that MTV has yet to release any sort of information regarding the show ending.  Ratings for the show are way higher than most shows on the network, so it’s difficult to imagine MTV wanting to get rid of it.  However, it’s pretty odd that Kailyn would be throwing around words stating that the series is ending in her latest tell-all book.  It’s not like the other cast members have been saying the same.  With that in mind, there is a lot of story left to tell for the ladies.  Chelsea Houska is very much pregnant right now with her first child to Cole DeBoer and she’s also pretty married.  Leah Messer is still trying to turn her life around, but if they show that on the next season of the show, it would kind of make future seasons pointless.  Finally, Jenelle Evans continues to be Jenelle Evans and has only further proven that she’s deranged in recent months.  Maybe the producers realized how crazy she was when she took her kid to the beach during a hurricane . Jenelle Evans Reveals Marriage Plans!

Jenelle Evans is a hot damn mess. This is one of the most basic truths in this world. The earth is round, Donald Trump is a jackass , and Jenelle Evans can’t get her life together for anything. These are things that we just know, you know? But while it’s absolutely undeniable that Jenelle is awful, she’s never had trouble wrangling in dudes. Sure, those dudes are as terrible as she is , if not worse, but still, Jenelle always gets hers. And, according to this little statement Jenelle just made on Twitter, she might be getting hers … permanently. A follower of hers inquired about her relationship with boyfriend David Eason, asking her “Are we talking marriage yet?! It’s time.” And that seems like kind of a rude, pointed thing for a presumable stranger to say, but still, Jenelle responded. “We aren’t rushing anything and letting things fall into place when they should,” Jenelle responded. There’s so much packed into this little statement, so let’s get to work, friends. It sounds like Jenelle believes she and David will get married eventually, but, for once in her life, she’s comfortable with just dating a guy without immediately seeking out some kind of lifelong commitment. Good for her, right? That’s quite a bit of personal growth. … But wait. Jenelle is pregnant with David’s child . She’s due in January, and she and David celebrated their first anniversary as a couple last month, so that means that Jenelle got pregnant after about seven months of dating. So much for not “rushing anything,” huh? Maybe she thinks a marriage is a huge commitment, but a baby is just whatever. Or maybe, as she said recently, she wishes she wasn’t pregnant but there’s not a whole lot she can do about it now. Another possibility is that she’s fine with having babies, but she learned her lesson about rushing into marriage after the absolute disaster that was Courtland Rogers. Remember Courtland? Jenelle married him in December of 2012 after dating him for three months, but six weeks later,  she filed some assault charges against him , and their relationship was pretty much done. They got back together a few times after that — long enough for Jenelle to get arrested for assaulting him this time, and also for heroin possession — but the magic was gone. Thanks to North Carolina laws, Jenelle and Courtland had to wait a year for the divorce to be finalized, and so in June of 2014, she was finally legally single. It was great timing: Jenelle was in a relationship with Nathan Griffith at the time, and she gave birth to his son, Kaiser, a couple of weeks later. Maci Bookout MARRIES Taylor McKinney!

They do, Teen Mom OG fans! They really do! Despite horrible weather in Florida, as a result of Hurricane Matthew, Maci Bookout and Taylor McKinney went ahead and got married in Greenville on Saturday afternoon. The MTV star gushed over the ceremony and her new status in a discussion afterward with Us Weekly. “I am so excited because I don’t use the word ‘fiancé’ because I think it’s kind of silly!” Bookout told the tabloid . “So I’m excited to finally be able to call him my husband.” According to this same magazine, Bookout wore a Riki Dalal Haute Couture gown for the special occasion. The couple is familiar to those who watch Teen Mom OG online or on television every week. They share a 16-month old daughter named Jayde and a four-month old son named Maverick. Together, Bookout and McKinney also parent the former’s seven-year-old son Bently, who she created with with ex-fiance Ryan Edwards together. Us Weekly reports that Maci and Taylor wrote their own vows and exchanged them inside a beautiful chapel in front of about 165 of their closest friends and family members. The rustic-themed ceremony, which Bookout says was “very traditional” and “religious” was officiated by the 25-year old star’s pastor grandfather. “[It was] really special,” she tells Us. We’d have to imagine. What a cool personal touch. Ready for your first look at the newlyweds as husband and wife? Here you go: Here is what else we know about the Maci Bookout wedding: It took place at the Honey Lake Resort and featured floral arrangements by Missy Gunnels Flowers. The DJ was Barnaby Xaphakdy. In lieu of the customary layered cake, those in attendance dined on a tiered display of delicious doughnuts by Katie’s Cakes & Catering, Inc. Prior to the reception, Bookout and McKinney had their first dance to John Legend’s emotional 2013 ballad “All of Me.” We strongly approve of that selection. Originally a featured player on 16 & Pregnant, Bookout and McKinney had been dating for nearly four years when they got engaged back in January. The proposal was featured on the season 6 premiere Teen Mom OG, which kicked off in August. Where are they going from here? To the Caribbean for a honeymoon, Bookout tells Us Weekly. “We’re going for seven nights, eight days,” she says. “So eight days with no children and beer and a beach, it’s going to be awesome. I’d say by day five, though, we’re probably going to be missing the kids a lot! “But we’ll try to enjoy it.” We have a feeling they’ll succeed.
