Taylor Swift Is Over Party: Twitter Users Celebrate Singer’s Downfall

As you may have heard, the never-ending soap opera that is Taylor Swift's life took another unexpected turn today when it was revealed that Swift and Calvin Harris fought over a song prior to their breakup. To be specific, the music mega-stars clashed over Harris' hit single “This Is What You Came For”, which we now know was secretly co-written by Swift. Harris slammed Swift in a Twitter rant that sparked the now-trending hashtag #TaylorSwiftIsOverParty. The tag has taught us two important things: A lot of folks on Twitter really don't like Taylor Swift, and they've been holding onto some epic memes and sick burns for the day of her downfall. Obviously, their celebration is more than a bit premature (Taylor will probably never be “over,” and she's certainly not today.), but the party is still worth attending: 1. Simpler Times It’s hard to believe, but there was a time when Taylor Swift and Katy Perry were friendly. Those days are long gone, and the Katy Cats showed their claws during the #TaylorSwiftIsOverParty on Twitter today. 2. Katy Perry: Roaring! Many fans have posted this GIF of Katy Perry’s triumphant Super Bowl moment in honor of the #TaylorSwiftIsOverParty. She’ll never admit it, but we’re guessing Katy is enjoying herself today. 3. Swiddleston v. Harris Who will fire the next shot? We don’t know, but millions are waiting for it. 4. What Rhymes With “Rich”? This fan is sick of Taylor’s fans citing her wealth. 5. Grammys vs. Fans Which is more valuable. Well, only one will come to your defense on Twitter! 6. Swift the Snake? Hopefully, someone’s directing Taylor to the nearest burn unit. View Slideshow

Ya think? It took Kylie Jenner a long time to admit to the media and her older sisters that she had her lips filled. Jenner, who is in the midst of building a beauty empire, covers the August issue of Allure . The magazine made a brilliant move by having Kim Kardashian interview her baby sister, making this one of Jenner’s less awkward one-on-ones. “OK, what’s the biggest beauty mistake you’ve ever made?” Kardashian asked the 18-year-old “Well, I definitely made my lips a little too big at one point.” “Yeah,” Kardashian agreed. “I got excited and felt like I needed to do a lot,” Jenner continued. Open those eyes, Kylie. On July 7th, Kylie Jenner was the center of attention at the launch of Pretty Little Thing’s at a private Bel Air home. The reality star and beauty mogul has earned a reputation for slacking off on the job, so it was important for her to make a good impression at the event. “Kylie came to the party with her girlfriend last night and she was in the back being totally social with everyone for the first couple of hours,” a source told Radar Online . “But when Tyga arrived, everything completely changed. She was no longer interested in talking to anyone else. Especially since she has launched so many lucrative projects on her own. This isn’t the first time Jenner has made a marital reference to Tyga. Weekly sources, the Kardashian matriarch has ended her long-term relationship with Gamble, though the reasons why are up for debate. Those who watch Keeping Up with the Kardashians online recently saw how Gamble is actually pretty close to Kourtney Kardashian, with an insider telling the tabloid that Kris feels “humiliated” over this connection. She can’t believe her daughter and her boyfriend have been spending so much time together, even if she doesn’t suspect any romance between the pair. “Kris has already told Corey he’s out,” the source confirms, adding that the two will keep up appearances for now because they “have to go through the motions for the show.” It really does all come down to the bottom line of business for Kris Jenner, doesn’t it? Oh, Kylie Jenner. Perhaps you ought to stick to nearly-naked selfies near your shower . The young reality star shared a throwback image on her official app today, one meant to pay tribute to her dad a few days prior to Father’s Day. But some critics believe Kylie actually insulted Caitlyn Jenner when she meant to pay her respects instead. The post in question is titled “Throwback Thursday: Daddy’s Girl,” and it includes the following message from Kylie to her famous dad: “This #TBT is dedicated to my dad in honor of Father’s Day! I love you so much! Thank you for being you. :)” It’s a very sweet notion, no doubt. But it’s also a snapshot of Caitlyn back when she was Bruce Jenner, an identity this transgender star has said many times she was uncomfortable and unhappy with. In April of last year, meanwhile, Kylie also selected an old picture of Bruce in a cropped t-shirt and tight Daisy Dukes to promote his coming-out interview with Diane Sawye. Mere weeks after Caitlyn’s debut as Caitlyn, Kylie shared a “major throwback” to when she went to the 2003 Finding Nemo premiere with Bruce, Kris Jenner and sister Kendall Jenner . Is this a big deal? Is Kylie throwing shade at her father’s new identity? Is she not-so-subtly making it clear that she wishes Caitlyn had never become Caitlyn? We doubt it.
