Jennifer Garner: FINALLY Divorcing Ben Affleck?!

It’s been over a year since Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner separated , and at the time they announced their split, few would’ve guessed that the estranged couple would go this long without either party filing for divorce. After all, rumors about Affleck and Garner divorcing circulated for several months before the actors made it official, and most insiders maintained that Jen had ample reason for wanting out. And yet 14 months later, no papers have been filed. Even more strange is the fact that Ben and Jen have been photographed together on numerous occasions since calling it quits on their marriage. So what gives? Well, accounts vary, but several sources maintain that shortly after agreeing to separate, both parties decided they wanted to give their marriage another shot. Or at least they did . According to Life & Style , Garner is planning to (finally) legally end her marriage after finally getting fed up with Affleck’s behavior. It seems the final straw came earlier this month: The tabloid claims that Garner and her kids went to “all out” for Affleck’s recent 44th birthday, decorating their backyard for a party and preparing his favorite dinner. Affleck reportedly never showed and blamed his absence on a work commitment. “She got in touch with her attorneys,” a source tells the mag. “She’s absolutely done with giving him any more chances. She’s getting revenge on Ben by going through with the divorce and moving on with her life.” The supposed insider added that Garner “wants Ben out of the house” and has informed that she’s “decided to finally file divorce papers.” Hmmm. We don’t want to say for certain that this story isn’t true, but there are some major holes in it. Not the least of which is that it’s already been widely reported that Affleck spent his birthday in Montana , camping with Garner and the couple’s three children. Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner’s divorce has been called off – or at least put on indefinite hold – more than a year after their public split. Ever. “Jen mentioned that the divorce was going through very soon, and then a few weeks ago, things changed,” says a source close to Garner. “It does not seem to be moving in that direction.” The actor, 43, and actress, 44, are cohabiting with their kids in their $17.5 million mansion, albeit in separate bedrooms at the moment. Garner ” seems to still be in love with Ben but doesn’t allow her mind to go there,” says a friend close to the mother of three. “She just focuses on the kids.” As for the dude down the hall? “If it was up to Ben,” adds a second insider close to the situation, “they would be together. He feels like he can’t live without Jen.” Another Affleck source insists that the breakup is still happening, but lawyers are hammering out the details of their divorce privately. “They were never in a rush to file,” the insider says of the parents of Violet, 10, Seraphina, 7, and Samuel, 4, regardless of their issues.  “This was always the plan.” “They want their kids’ lives to go on as uninterrupted as possible,” says the friend, reiterating that this is their priority and there is no rush. So … will they or won’t they? Right now, the jury is still out. For every report like this, or Jen taking back her divorce decision , which signals hope for the pair, there are others suggesting it’s over. Just recently, reports had Garner dating an accountant , or being tricked by Ben into staying with him … so clearly there’s a lot we don’t know. Courtney Stodden Responds to Fake Pregnancy Rumors With Nude Selfie

As you may already know, Courtney Stodden is pregnant. However, some folks, including Courtney’s own mother , believe she’s faking the whole thing as a publicity stunt. Seems like a lot of trouble for a few tabloid headlines, but it’s possible, right? Or maybe not. Courtney posted the above photo over the weekend to prove that: 1. She loves her country, and 2. She is definitely sporting the beginnings of a baby bump. Courtney loves nudity , and it’s nice to see she’s found ways to use her nakedness to prove the haters wrong. However, it seems that at this point nothing short of Courtney going into labor on national television would be taken as sufficient evidence that she’s not  pulling a Beyonce . Recent pap photos show Court doing some maternity shopping while sporting a very noticeable belly, but conspiracy theorists remain convinced that as soon as she gets home, Stodden unstraps her prosthetic bump, a la Julia Louis-Dreyfus’ character on Arrested Development . Sounds ridiculous, but when you think about it, it seems impossible that no Hollywood starlet has ever faked a pregnancy, and yet no one has ever been caught in the act. Hard to believe, but it must be easier than faking your age, which is something that actors, singers, and whatever the hell Courtney is get busted doing all the time. Last June, Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck jointly announced their plans to divorce, with the insistence that the split was amicable. But more than a year later, neither have filed divorce papers, and all public signs indicate they’re still acting like a married couple. They still live in the same house. They recently vacationed together in Italy .  Ben even reportedly gave Jen an 11-carat diamond ring to represent the 11 years they’ve spent together as a couple. Wednesday on  The Real Housewives of New York City Season 8 Episode 12 , Sonja and Ramona made up after a recent falling out. Ramona’s efforts to help Sonja get back into Bethenny’s good graces proved more challenging, however. Because, well, it’s Bethenny. Watch The Real Housewives of New York City Season 8 Episode 12 Online If you  watch The Real Housewives of New York City online , you know that this has been an epic season thus far, for a couple of reasons: Bethenny is losing her s–t Bethenny is REALLY losing her s–t Seriously. Bethenny Frankel has never been one to mince words. We know this, and are under no delusion that she isn’t a tough cookie. Still, the extreme highs and lows have been something else. Every single week, the cast walks on eggshells, and The Real Housewives of New York City Season 8 Episode 12 was no exception. You always feel like you’re one misstep away from a blowup, which invariably happens, and after which, Frankel becomes embarrassed. Is the stress of her divorce getting to her? Is she back on Bravo for the money, and just can’t handle forced conversations with LuAnn? Is it because she’s dating a married man, Dennis Shields ? Or because she’s being skinny-shamed on Instagram ? It’s not clear, but what we can can tell you after last night is that the emotional side effects of her recent health crisis have taken a toll. During shopping trip with Dorinda, Frankel literally doubled over in pain, then rushed herself to the doctor due to her swollen fibroids. Bethenny scheduled an “extremely painful” surgery to have them removed in late May, which she sought to keep off of the reality show. To no avail. What Andy Cohen wants, he gets. “I slept in bed for like a week,” Frankel says. “I just focused on getting healthy.” Fortunately, nowadays she’s “really good,” she says. “I look forward to walking on the beach. I’m in a happy place right now.”  “It was a really enlightening experience.” Just don’t expect her to suddenly be BFF with LuAnn. Ariel Winter Defends Underboob Graduation Dress: "I Looked HOT"

She’s been through hell with her body struggles. So it’s not wonder Ariel Winter wanted to show off her curve-hugging figure in a bodycon dress for her high school graduation. Alas, her parade got rained on after Instagram followers noticed her gratuitous underboob . “you wouldn’t want to expose too much boobage around ur parents, grandparents, aunts, cousins etc….. It’s just not the best outfit,” one person commented. “Um, probably wouldn’t have been my first choice of clothing for a GRADUATION party…probably never my first choice because…um…a little revealing and immodest,” wrote another. “wear that dress to any other event but celebrating graduation is something friends and family are proud of you for accomplishing a milestone and that outfit is down right not appropriate for an occasion such as this,” yet another person write. “It’s common sense, show a little self respect and modesty.” There were comments that defended Winter’s look, but the criticisms prompted the Modern Family star to hit back. “Dear sorry body-shamers, I looked HOT in that dress. But then they kept growing and growing and growing, and it didn’t seem like they were going to stop.” After the surgery, Winter felt like she was given a new lease on life. It’s been almost a full year since we first learned that Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are getting divorced . By now, we’re sure you know where this is going  – both parties have yet to pull the trigger and actually file for divorce. The question is why? If the plan all along was just to separate but continue to live on the same property and amicably co-parent, then why make it public? Typically, when couples announce their plans to divorce, it means they’re getting ready to file papers, and they don’t want TMZ to get the scoop when they do. In Ben and Jen’s case, however, the announcement seemed to actually help their relationship. Just weeks after word of the split went public, Affleck and Garner were attending marriage counseling sessions and getting photographed in public. So why not go the other route and announce that you’re trying to make it work? It’s almost as if someone is benefiting from all of hoopla surrounding the divorce. We’re guessing it’s not Ben. After all, the guy is about to make history by going full Orson Welles on a standalone Batman film. His career does not need a boost. Plus, anyone who saw Batfleck’s performance on the new Bill Simmons show that nobody asked for last night can attest to the fact that the man is clearly going off the rails: Ben Affleck RANTS Against Deflategate (NSFW ALERT!) No one spends their Wednesday night slurring sh-tfacted conspiracy theories about Deflategate because things are going so well at home, ya know? So that leaves Jen – and one insider claims Ben believes she’s drawing out the separation drama on purpose: “Ben thinks Jen doesn’t want to expedite the divorce because she is having so much fun creating stories herself,” a source close to the situation tells Radar Online. And what would she stand to gain by all this? Well, for one, her career has entered the Capital One commercial phase, and yet she’s still a household name, largely because of the continued drama surrounding her relationship with Ben. In addition, sources claim Jen has a number of dark secrets in her personal life, but they go unnoticed, as the public is focused on digging up dirt about Ben: “She definitely has skeletons in her closet that no one has looked into because everyone has been focused on the negative attention she’s drawn to Ben’s demons,” says one insider. Ben Affleck Really, Really Wants Jennifer Garner Back

If you’re going through a separation, try to avoid the back-and-forth deliberation in front of others. Yes, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner, I’m talking to you. This is worse than the time Charlotte York-MacDougal separated from Dr. Trey MacDougal in what was the longest storyline in Sex and the City ‘s history (according to me). On July 30th 2015, Affleck and Garner issued a joint statement confirming that their ten-year marriage was over. “After much thought and careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to divorce. “We go forward with love and friendship for one another and a commitment to co-parenting our children whose privacy we ask to be respected during this difficult time.” As is customary with a very public marriage, the breakdown of theirs was all over the papers.   Did Affleck cheat on Garner?  Was Garner too irritating as a wife?  Did Affleck bop the 20-something nanny and give her a Lexus ? Ben Affleck Oscars Speech Fast-forward almost a year, and the estranged couple seem to be on good terms.  So good that they took their children to Paris for a family vacation. “Ben wants Jen back ,” a source told People Magazine. “Ben wants to get back together. He wants her back.” I think he wants her back. What about Garner?  Is she ready to put the past behind her and reconcile? “Jen is not ready to take Ben back,” another source said. “Ben has never been good alone and isn’t now either. But he is constantly working on himself.
