Mel B’s 12-year-old old daughter Phoenix has filed a battery police report against her father, Jimmy Gulzar. Sources are reporting that the drama took place when Gulzar refused to let Phoenix leave his house after his custodial time with her. “The cops had to be called to enforce the court order, which states that Mel has primary custody of Phoenix. There was a stand off for several hours. When it became clear that Gulzar wasn’t going to turn Phoenix over, LAPD responded and told Jimmy he had to allow his daughter to leave his apartment,” a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com. Mel B has been chosen as the face of Jenny Craig weight loss in Australia and New Zealand… Um, doesn’t she have a workout DVD she released that she can do??? SMH. We should not put it off because we deserve more than that. I healthy happy mum equals a healthy happy family.’ Mel currently weighs 165 lbs but hopes to be down to 132 by the new year, Sydney’s Daily Telegraph reported. Jenny Craig boss Amy Smith said Mel had told the company she didn’t like dieting. ‘She loves eating healthy foods and she is thrilled with the health snack options and the amount of fruit and vegetables she gets to eat. ‘Jenny Craig’s team of nutritionists and doctors have created a program especially for women like Mel who have recently given birth, that takes into consideration the nutrient levels needed for breastfeeding women.’ Mel, who is in Australia where she is a judge on the X Factor, was known for her ripped body and in 2008 even released a workout DVD called Totally Fit.
