Angelina Jolie Lookalike Rapes And Stabs Cabbie Via HuffingtonPost A sex-crazed Angelina Jolie wannabe forced a cabbie to have sex with her twice, then stabbed him six times because he wouldn’t perform again. Luminita Perijoc, 31, told a Romanian court she was on strong medication when she dragged her victim, Nicolae Stan, into her apartment at knifepoint. Stan, 31, was delivering wine to Perijoc’s home in Tulcea, eastern Romania, before the attack in 2012. She threatened him with a 4-inch blade as she undressed him, then demanded intercourse and oral sex, according to The Mirror. But when Stan wouldn’t continue, she stabbed him six times. He managed to escape to her bathroom, where he called police. Perijoc, who reportedly models herself after Angelina Jolie’s portrayal of Lara Croft, initially claimed she was the victim, the New York Daily News reports. She was arrested and given a five-year jail sentence. It was reduced to four years when she claimed to be on medication at the time of the attack. Stan told the court that he would have tried to overpower his attacker, but worried that people would think he raped her, The Mirror reports. He tried to escape without hurting her. “I think she wasn’t used to anyone saying no because she flew into a rage when I declined,” he said. “When I refused she attacked me with a knife, and forced me to have sex with her but she still stabbed me.” Apparently male rape is comedy to some. The married father of three says he’s been handed a “life sentence” of teasing from people for turning down an Angelina Jolie lookalike in the first place, according to the Sunday World. “They don’t understand why I refused her, but they do not know what it is like to have a mad woman yelling at you at knifepoint,” he said. “They look at her, then look at me and laugh. But I think anyone would find it impossible to perform with a knife at their throat even if they were with Miss Romania.” This guy was definitely stuck between a rock and a hard place, had he whooped her azz she DEFINITELY would have cried “rape”. Father Brutally Beaten While Having Dinner With His Family via Philly.com A judge threw the book at a man who admitted to brutally beating a man while his wife and 5-year-old son looked on. Video of the attack was played during the sentencing for 20-year-old Shaquir Johnson, who admitted he and his 16-year-old cousin beat and robbed a man who was having dinner with his family in a Southwest Philadelphia pizza shop. “You can see the son put his hands on his face, you can actually see him screaming and crying,” said Assistant DA Morgan Vedejs. The incident happened back in September of 2012. The 16-year-old is seen approaching the man and asks if he has a problem. The man stands up and the two start arguing. That’s when the teen punches the man in the face. Johnson jumps in and wrestles the man to the ground, punching and kicking him. The victim’s wife and child try to break it up as Johnson and his cousin drag the victim out into the street where they continue the beating. Even the 5-year-old is knocked down during the attack. The boy’s father suffered broken ribs along with multiple cuts and bruises. The terrified boy suffered lasting emotional scars after witnessing something no child should ever see. “I mean, to watch your father get beat for seemingly no reason? I can’t imagine what he’s going through,” said Vedejs. Johnson was charged with multiple felonies of the first degree and pled guilty to the charges on Tuesday. His lawyer had been trying to get the charges reduced to second degree felonies, which carry less jail time. But, Judge Rayford Means denied that request and threw the book at Johnson after viewing the video, sentencing him to 7 and a half to 15 years in jail – despite his pleas for mercy from Johnson’s family. “His injuries were broken ribs and contusions so if someone were to look at that on medical records, or look at the facts on paper, they may not realize the severity of the crime,” said Vedejs. Why can’t they let Mike be great? Fans Launch Petition To Block Mike Vick From Jets’ Training Camp Hasn’t the man paid his debt to society? At some point you have to let things go. According to NY Post: The Jets’ signing of quarterback Michael Vick remains unpopular with certain segments of their fan base and now a petition has started online in an attempt to keep him off SUNY Cortland’s campus this summer when the Jets hold training camp there. The change.org petition had over 2,000 signatures as of Monday night. The petition is addressed to SUNY Cortland president Erik J. Bitterbaum. It addresses Vick’s crimes. The 33-year-old served nearly two years in prison after pleading guilty to crimes related to a dogfighting ring. “Vick has served a short sentence for bankrolling a dogfighting conspiracy, but animal cruelty charges were dropped in return for his guilty plea,” the petition reads. “This does not mean, however, that his crimes should be forgotten.” The petition details some of the specific charges against Vick and also includes a photo of an abused dog next to one of Vick. “If we welcome Vick onto our campus, we are complicit in his crimes,” the petition reads. “We are sending the message that, for money and publicity, we will turn a blind eye to the horrors of dogfighting.” The Jets signed Vick to a one-year contract last month. He is expected to compete with Geno Smith for the starting quarterback job. Vick played for the Eagles from 2009-13 after being released from prison. What a tragic story. Boy Accidentally Shoots And Kills His Sister As sad as this accident is, it could have been prevented had the children been properly supervised. According NBC Philadelphia: Police say a 2-year-old boy accidentally shot and killed his 11-year-old sister in their Mantua home while their mother was just down the hall in the bathroom. Investigators say 11-year-old Jamara Stevens was killed when she and her three siblings, a 14-year-old boy, 7-year-old girl and 2-year-old boy, were playing with a .357 caliber handgun with an 8-inch barrel in their home on the 3800 block of Wallace Street just before 10 a.m. Saturday. Tiffany Goldwire and her four children were in her bedroom, when she went to use the bathroom, according to police. At that point, the kids located the loaded firearm, which was left on top of the refrigerator by the mother’s boyfriend who visited the home earlier that morning, and the eldest child retrieved it, according to reports. While playing with the weapon, the 2-year-old boy pointed the loaded, cocked gun in the direction of his 11-year-old sister and it discharged, striking her in the arm, according to authorities. Investigators say the bullet then traveled through her chest, hitting her heart. The girl was taken to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia where she was pronounced dead at 10:20 a.m. The surviving children and Goldwire were taken to police headquarters, where the mother was questioned for nearly five hours, according to reports. Incredibly sad story on the other side Teen And Friends Drown In NYC After Car Crashes Into Creek Via NYDailyNews Four friends on their way home from a birthday celebration nearby were killed late Friday night when the car they were riding in careened through a 3-foot high chain-link fence and rolled over into a Queens creek, police officials said. The driver, a 20-year-old man, managed to get out of the car, swim to shore and call 911, officials said. The driver placed the call at around 10:36 p.m., and rescue workers first arrived roughly six minutes later, officials said. He was seen at the end of the road flagging down rescue workers as they arrived, police sources said. Sixty-five firefighters responded to the scene off 19th Ave. near 37th St. in Astoria, along with divers from both the FDNY and the NYPD. But it was too late. Two men and two women were pulled out of the murky Steinway Creek, across from Rikers Island, after being trapped in the automobile, submerged in up to 10 feet of water, for more than a half hour. The first body was pulled out at 11:10 p.m., the last about five or six minutes later, a law enforcement source said. Wonder how the driver made it out and the others didn’t? There are no dead-end signs at the end of 19th Ave. that would have warned the driver, officials said. The group was celebrating one of the female passenger’s 19th birthday nearby, law enforcement sources said. It was not immediately clear which woman’s birthday the group was celebrating. The driver — part of his face covered by a bandage — spoke to investigators from the back of an ambulance before he was taken to Elmhurst Hospital, officials said. He was being treated for hypothermia at Elmhurst Hospital early Saturday. The cause of the accident was still under investigation as of Saturday morning. The driver was not drunk, police sources said, but speed was a factor. We can’t imagine anything more tragic than losing your life on the day you were born, especially in such a freak accident. White Driver Beaten By Mob After Accidentally Hitting Boy With Pickup They fawked the driver all they way up. According To CBS Detriot: As a 54-year-old Roseville man clings to life in the hospital following a brutal mob beating on Detroit’s east side, many are starting to wonder if the whole thing was racially motivated. As first reported by WWJ Newsradio 950, an 11-year-old boy suffered a broken leg on Wednesday when he was hit by a pickup truck after walking into the street near Morang and Balfour. The driver, Steven Utash, immediately got out of his truck after hitting the boy and was viciously attacked by 10 to 12 men. The beating was so brutal, Utash was rendered unconscious. Utash’s son Joseph told WWJ’s Gary Lundy Thursday night that his father remains in a medically induced coma, nearly unrecognizable due to his injuries. He also said his wallet was stolen from his truck. “If it went on any longer, my dad wouldn’t be in the hospital right now, he would be in the morgue. The way he looked, I am surprised that he is alive,” he said. “He has bruising over his face, his eyes are swollen, I believe it’s his left eye that is completely swollen shut. He also has a big, huge knot on his forehead like he got hit with an object, not a fist.” SMH. Detroit Police Sgt. Michael Woody said Steven Utash was not at fault for the accident. “Our preliminary investigation shows the child stepped in front of his vehicle,” Woody said. “He did exactly the right thing. He stopped his vehicle, he got out and he tried to render aid to a small child. He did exactly what he was supposed to do… It was a small child and it was an accident; is what it was.” “As far as a hate crime, it might be,” he said. “You know, it’s like you go in Detroit and you’re white, you don’t belong. Seriously. I’ve been pulled over by police before and they’re like ‘Get back across 8 Mile,’ like I’m not supposed to be over there, like I’m not allowed to go in Detroit. Police declined to say if investigators thought the attack was racially charged. The boy, David Harris, is expected to recover from his injuries, according to his uncle, Desmond Key. No arrests have been made in the beating, but the boy’s father was taken into custody, on an unrelated warrant. Woman Runs Over Girl’s Head While Drunk According to Raw Story: A 26-year-old North Carolina woman is in jail for allegedly running over a 10-month-old girl’s head while driving drunk, WGHP-TV reported on Thursday. Stormie Vancil was charged with felony serious injury with a vehicle and driving while impaired for the incident early Wednesday morning in the emergency room parking lot at the Alamance Regional Medical Center. Vancil was allegedly driving through the parking lot as Melissa Flynn was placing the other victim, her daughter Aubrey, in a stroller. The suspect’s arrest warrant stated that her car’s tires “rolled over and on top” of the infant’s head, while Flynn was knocked off of the hood of Vancil’s car. “Is there any way I can ask for a bond reduction so I can make arrangements for my children?” Vancil asked Judge Kathryn Overby during her court appearance on Wednesday. “‘Cause my husband is also getting locked up.” The Burlington Times-News reported that police suspected Vancil was driving a male passenger to the hospital for treatment, but no members of her family had been admitted for treatment as of Wednesday. Her husband, who was not identified, was in court facing charges in a separate case. Flynn was treated and released from Alamance on Wednesday. Her daughter was transferred via helicopter to UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill. She was listed in stable condition as of Thursday night.
