Teacher Sentenced To 30 Days In Jail After Raping Student Who Committed Suicide This judge CAN’T be serious with this sentence … via AOL News Attorneys for a former Montana teacher who raped a 14-year-old student argued Friday that his 30 days in prison were enough punishment, even as a judicial oversight panel sought the censure of the judge in the case over what it called an unlawful sentence. Prosecutors want to send freed rapist Stacey Dean Rambold of Billings back to prison. They said in an appeal of his sentence that he should have served a minimum of four years after pleading guilty last year to sexual assault without consent. [Defense attorneys] suggested the girl bore some responsibility for the rape, and referenced videotaped interviews with her before she committed suicide while the case was pending. Those interviews remain under seal by the court. “The citizens of Montana have determined that persons as young as 12 years of age will be held accountable and responsible for their actions in regard to certain types of sexual offenses,” Rambold attorney Jay Lansing wrote. “There is no rational basis to conclude that if the person is 14 years of age, the person can only have responsibility if they are the offender.” We’re speechless.

Porsha has a point. Kenya almost got NeNe’s wig pushed back by batisht crazy Marlo. Porsha Slams Kenya For Creating Drama Why is it NeNe can get all up in Kenya’s face, but won’t pop off on Marlo? According to Porsha’s Blog: First let me make it clear that Team Nekked did win overall at the Bailey Bowl! There was a lot of drama, but yes, even with that over-the-top dog and pony show Kandi and her team came out with, they did not win. LOL! I celebrated our victory at the Bailey Bowl showdown with an over-the-top twerking dance. Speaking of showdown, WTH?! I was so in shock. Here we are once again at what was supposed to be a fun and friendly competition, and all hell breaks loose. However, it wasn’t just a competitive battle on the field apparently; there was an emotional battle of friendships crumbling as well. I realized this when I saw Kenya, the ring leader for anything that will create drama, walking Marlo over to NeNe. The first thought that crossed my mind was why is Kenya taking Marlo to NeNe?! We all knew that NeNe was not in a good place with Marlo, and it was obvious that NeNe was avoiding Marlo all day. Why exactly she was doing that I didn’t know nor did I care. I’m very competitive, therefore I was not focused on drama. I know for a fact that there were no good intentions behind Kenya forcing those two to talk. Another time and place minus kids and family, yes, here, NO! Any who, I’m standing there and Kenya brings Marlo over to NeNe. At this point NeNe is about two feet from her younger son. So then I see Marlo going in on NeNe, chasing after her and screaming, cussing, and fussing. Well to make a long story short it looked like NeNe, who you would think would lay somebody out who acted like that with her, was running for cover. But she was going to get her son and leave the scene. My guess is she didn’t want to argue in front of him (or worse the way this group is). Was Kenya wrong for trying to get NeNe and Marlo to makeup?

Drivers Runs Over Elderly Man What savage runs over an elderly man? According to NY Daily News: Las Vegas police are searching for a driver who, in a burst of road rage, ran over an elderly man. The shocking incident, captured on surveillance cameras at a Las Vegas gas station, left the unidentified older man writhing in pain on the ground as the driver sped away. The trouble started around noon Feb. 6 when the victim drove into a gas station on Flamingo Road and Jones Boulevard. The man told police that the moment he pulled in, a gray Honda Accord pulled right in front of him. The older man had to swerve quickly in order to avoid hitting the Accord. As the victim was walking toward the convenience store to pay, the gray Accord swung back around and screeched to halt, inches away from the victim’s knees. After a brief back and forth, the driver slammed on the gas pedal. His victim disappears underneath the car, his red baseball cap flying into the air. “The guy was on the floor for 10 minutes, screaming,” gas station employee Sheyla Rodriguez told WNEM. “We tried to help him the most we [could].” Las Vegas cops posted video of the incident to Youtube, hoping the public could help identify the driver. Cops are treating the incident as an attempted murder case. We hope they catch the bastard.
