The first step towards some long overdue justice… Cleveland Kidnapper Ariel Castro Indicted On 329 Counts The charges against Cleveland area kidnapper and future registered sex offender Ariel Castro have finally been handed down and from the sounds of things, he’ll soon be getting exactly what he deserved for putting those young girls through living hell for all of those years. via USA Today Ariel Castro, 52, the former school bus driver accused of holding three women captive in his Cleveland home for a decade, was charged late Friday with murder and more than 300 counts of [forced sex] and kidnapping. The Cuyahoga County grand jury’s 329-count indictment charges Castro with one count of aggravated murder for allegedly terminating one of his captives’ pregnancies, 139 counts of [forced sex] and 177 charges of kidnapping, seven counts of gross sexual imposition, three counts of felony assault and one count of possession of criminal tools dating from the time of the first woman’s disappearance until February of 2007. The indictment charges Castro as a “sexually violent predator” who committed the murder and [forced sex acts] in the course of a kidnapping.The murder charge is tied to one victim’s fourth pregnancy, the indictment said. The County Prosecutor’s Capital Review Committee will consider whether prosecutors should seek the death penalty if Castro is convicted. Castro, who was fired last year from his job as a school bus driver, is being held in the Cuyahoga County jail on $8 million bail. Leaving a child in a hot car, that’s a damn shame. Child Dies In Hot Car After Father Leaves Him According to The NY Daily News An Italian toddler died from being locked in a baking hot car for eight hours after his dad went to work and forgot he was there, police said. Luca Albanese, who was just 2 years old, was abandoned in the sweltering vehicle in the northern town of Piacenza on Tuesday. His dad, Andrea, 39, claims he forgot to drop his son at nursery school — instead driving straight to the restaurant where he works as a chef at 8 a.m. He then allegedly left the young boy in the car — with temperatures said to have it 140 degrees — for his entire shift. The alarm was only raised at 5 p.m. when the boy’s grandfather went to pick him up from nursery and realized he wasn’t there. His lifeless body was found in the car. Investigators think he died of suffocation, reports Corrierre Della Sera. The father is under formal investigation for manslaughter. Both he and his wife were hospitalized with shock. An autopsy will be carried out later this week to establish the cause of death. They were hospitalized with shock? Somebody needs to punch them upside their head and give them a real shock.

“The Bronx Bombers” has a whole new meaning now… Study Shows That The Bronx Has Highest Rate Of STDs In NYC Via NYDailyNews Here’s one neighborhood where you definitely shouldn’t have unprotected sex, share a needle or stand next to someone coughing. The 10457 ZIP code in the Bronx — which includes Tremont, portions of Crotona, Belmont and Claremont — has the highest number of people afflicted by two of the following conditions: HIV, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, gonorrhea, syphilis, chlamydia and tuberculosis, according to the Department of Health. All seven diseases are epidemic in 10457, with infection rates for all conditions in the top 20% of cases citywide. It’s not just a 10457 problem. In fact, the Bronx has the highest number of ZIP codes — 70% — where residents are in the top 20% for at least two diseases. In Manhattan, 45% of ZIP codes have two-disease rates in the top 20%, compared to 25% of Queens ZIPs and 22% in Brooklyn. “It’s very disturbing, especially for our community,” Tom Murray, director of community affairs for St. Barnabas Hospital and the chairman of Community Board 6’s Health and Human Services Committee. “The teenagers are engaging in very risky behavior. They think AIDS is a thing of the past.” What is it about the B-X that is contributing to sick meat sticks and poisonous boxes??? The ZIP code’s high poverty rate contributes to the disproportionate number battling two or more serious diseases. Roughly 70,000 people live in the 10457 ZIP code and the median household income is $24,537. Some 43% of Tremont/Crotona residents live below the poverty line compared a poverty rate of 21% citywide. “While this is a disappointment, it’s not a surprise,” said Community Board 6 District Manager Ivine Galarza. Residents blamed officials. “I’m afraid,” said Yolanda Smith, 32, said. “The government needs to do something about it.” Juan Santos, 63, a disabled veteran, called for more activities and education for young people. “The main problem with venereal disease is a lack of information,” he said. “We have a lot of billboards about cigarettes and beer. Times A freaky flick actor who works under the name Mr. Marcus and hid the fact he tested positive for syphilis pleaded no contest Tuesday to a misdemeanor charge of exposing another to a communicable disease. Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Catherine Ewell sentenced Jesse Spencer to 30 days in jail, 15 days of community service and three years of probation. He was ordered to obey all laws and not alter or conceal the results of any medical test. In addition, Spencer was arrested 12 days ago on suspicion of drunk driving and was being held on $200,000 bail. Marcus has said that when he got sick, he received a penicillin shot and believed he was free of syphilis. But subsequent to shooting a sex scene, he showed syphilis in his system. Subsequently, the Los Angeles freaky fick industry temporarily shut down in August as a syphilis scare hit the industry and lent impetus to the current condom law. This ninja got off easy if you ask us.

Stop The Violence: Woman Leaves Estranged Husband Chilling Note Before Killing Their 9-Year-Old Son

Why shoot your son to spite your husband? Sad. Woman Shoots 9-Year-Old Son According to The NY Daily News A Colorado mother who shot her 9-year-old son five times did it to get back at her husband, according to police documents. Lisa Marie Lesyshen, 45, was taken into custody Friday and charged with first-degree murder, child abuse leading to death and domestic violence. She is still being treated for a self-inflicted gunshot wound at a hospital in Denver, where she reportedly confessed to shooting Asher Lesyshen-Kirlan. Asher, a third-grader at Soda Creek Elementary School, died early Wednesday morning. According to the arrest warrant obtained by CBS Denver, the 9-year-old was shot three times in the chest, once in the head and once in the leg, likely at close range. While searching the house, police discovered a note on Asher’s nightstand that read, “Remember you are responsible for what has happened here and you are the person that caused it.” The letter was addressed to Michael Kirlan, Lesyshen’s husband, and signed “Lisa & Asher.” Lesyshen and husband Kirlan, 46, were separated but living in the same house in Steamboat Springs, Colo., according to the warrant. Kirlan told police he woke up to the sound of gunshots around 3 a.m. Wednesday. He raced upstairs to find his estranged wife leaving their son’s room. He saw that Asher had been shot multiple times and was covered in blood. Kirlan said he carried the boy to the front entryway and then heard more gunshots. He asked Lesyshen why she would do something like this, and she reportedly answered, “To hurt you.” The woman also told Kirlan to kill her. Officials found Lesyshen unconscious in the master bedroom and transported to a Denver hospital. On Thursday, she told an officer she shot her son before turning the gun on herself. On Tuesday, Lesyshen asked a coworker at Bud Werner Memorial Library where she could purchase .22-caliber ammunition, the document said. Lesyshen bought the bullets that afternoon.
