I’m sure I don’t need to tell you guys this, since I bet you all had it circled on your calendars for months, but it was the  49th annual Academy of Country Music Awards the other night, and Jewel brought those massive jewels of hers out to celebrate. So make sure to enjoy these pictures, because getting to see Jewel’s funbags definitely counts as a special occasion these days. Feel free to explain that to your boss when he asks why you skipped a meeting to take your laptop into the bathroom. Jewel’s Jewels At The American Country Awards

Apparently it was the American Country Awards last night, and normally I wouldn’t care about that since I don’t drive a pickup truck, but I’m willing to make an exception since Jewel brought along her massive jewels to the party. It’s been a while since we’ve seen them, but I’m pretty sure that we owe Jewel’s recent hotness comeback to some new reality competition show called The Sing-Off that she’s hosting. Which I’m sure will do just as well as all those other lame American Idol imitators, but not nearly as well as the idea I originally pitched NBC. Nobody told me that Christmas was coming before Thanksgiving this year, but I guess it must be, because a bunch of celebrities in LA were out for the annual Christmas Tree Lighting Spectacular the other night. I don’t know if Jewel is on some new TV show or what she was doing at NBC’s 2013 Fall launch party, I know I could probably find out, but that would take valuable time away from me staring at her funbags. Either way though, judging from that cleavage of hers, Jewel’s primed to make a serious comeback. No need for focus groups or ratings or any of that crap, I’ve got a much more scientific method for predicting hottie success, and judging from the instrumentation in my sweatpants, her career isn’t the only thing looking up. The time has come for Jewel to sing lullabies. Jewel and Ty Murray Welcome First Child!

Singer Jewel and husband Ty Murray have welcomed a son. His name is Kase Townes Murray and he was born Monday evening in Texas! Kase arrived at 7 p.m. CST and weighed in at 7 lbs., 6 oz. “We are so pleased to welcome our new baby boy into the world,” Jewel and Murray, a professional bull rider, told People . “We are overcome with happiness – it really is as great as everyone told us it would be – better even!” Jewel found out she was pregnant on the first day of her job co-hosting Bravo’s Platinum Hit: “I took a pregnancy test and it was positive!” “It was so hard to keep it a secret.” The Grammy-nominated singer, 36, had struggled to conceive, then was hit by a fire truck in March at five months pregnant. She was released from the hospital after tests concluded she and her unborn child were unharmed. Jewel and Ty Murray – co-founder of the Professional Bull Riders, nine-time world champion and a color commentator for Built Ford Tough Series broadcasts – got hitched in a beach ceremony in the Bahamas in 2008. Congratulations to the couple family!
