Here’s a sad story for music fans … Ronnie Wood, guitarist for the Rolling Stones for over 40 years now, has just revealed that earlier this year, he was diagnosed with lung cancer. And he’s sharing intimate, heartbreaking details about his journey in a new interview with Daily Mail’s Event magazine. “Did I think I’d ever make it to see this?” he began. “Hell no! Someone up there must like me. And luckily someone down here likes me too.” Honestly, it is kind of shocking that he’s still around making music — with all the booze, drugs, and smoking, he hasn’t exactly been kind to his body in his 70 years. But thankfully, he’s been sober for a while now, and he quit smoking last year when his wife gave birth to twins, two little girls they named Gracie and Alice. Still, Ronnie said “I had this thought at the back of my mind after I gave up smoking a year ago: ‘How can I have got through 50 years of chain-smoking — and all the rest of my bad habits — without something going on in there?'” As he found out a few months ago though, there was something going on in there. “I’ve had a fight with a touch of lung cancer,” he revealed. “There was a week when everything hung in the balance and it could have been curtains — time to say goodbye. You never know what’s going to happen.” He said that he found out about the cancer back in May, when he got a check-up ahead of this fall’s Rolling Stones tour. As he explained, all the band members are required to have physicals before any touring can happen, and when he got his, the doctor “asked me if I wanted him to go deeper and check my heart, lungs and blood.” “I said, ‘Go for it.'” “And then,” he said, “he came back with the news that I had this supernova burning away on my left lung. And to be totally honest, I wasn’t surprised.” He hadn’t had a chest x-ray since he went to rehab in 2002, and with how much he smoked, and considering he only quit last year, it makes sense. The doctor asked Ronnie what he wanted him to do, “and my answer was simple: ‘Just get it out of me.'” After the discovery of the tumor, he underwent more tests to see if the cancer had spread, and “if that had happened, it would have been all over for me.” “I was prepared for bad news but I also had faith it would be OK,” he said. He and his wife didn’t tell anyone at all about what was going on, “because we didn’t want to put anyone else through the hell we were going through.” “But,” he added, “I made up my mind that if it had spread I wasn’t going to through chemo, I wasn’t going to use that bayonet in my body.” Not for any deep reasons though — he said that he planned on refusing chemo because “I wasn’t going to lose my hair. This hair wasn’t going anywhere.” Luckily he didn’t have to make that decision for real, because the cancer hadn’t spread, and he and his doctors made a plan to remove the tumor as soon as possible. “Just before I closed my eyes for the operation I looked at the doctor and said, ‘Let battle commence,” he recalled. Now, three months later, Ronnie says that he’s “OK,” but he still has to have checkups every few months. “I was bloody lucky,” he admitted, “but then I’ve always had a very strong guardian angel looking out for me. A few days ago, we heard some truly terrifying news … news that shook us all to our very cores. Blac Chyna, the woman who somehow managed to build an entire career off of being Tyga’s girlfriend, may possibly be releasing some music. The thought is almost too much to bear, isn’t it? Not only is Chyna considering a new career in music , she also wants to be “the new Nicki Minaj,” even though we already have one Nicki Minaj and that is plenty. Her music may come sooner rather than later, too, because she’s reportedly already been recording things. You know, things like rap, singing, and “poetry music.” She’s been meeting with various record labels to seal the deal, and if she does manage to get signed somewhere, it shouldn’t be too long until we’re exposed to the smooth sounds of Chyna. What is the deal with 2017 and what did we ever do to deserve this whole stupid year? It’s hard to find a silver lining in all of this, since it’s almost certain that any music Chyna releases will be literally the worst thing anyone’s ever heard. We imagine it would be something along the lines of Farrah Abraham’s classic auditory assault , “Blowin’.” But if you’re the kind of person who likes to see the glass as half-full, then maybe you could look at it like this: if Chyna does release music, there’s a chance she could release music about Rob Kardashian. If you think about it, right now would be the best time for her to release a diss track. It’s been just about a month since Rob went off on her , making allegations that she’s on drugs and that she brings a wide variety of men into the home she shares with her two small children. As you surely remember, during that same rant Rob also released nude photos of her — and why wouldn’t you want to get revenge on some revenge porn? If she did make a song about Rob, or even a song that could potentially be about Rob, it would get a whole, whole lot of attention. And you know how Blac Chyna loves her attention. But even though it’s very possible that she could just destroy Rob through song, and even though it really does look like she’s setting up a music career for herself, Rob isn’t worried. In fact, according to a new report from Hollywood Life, he’s pretty tickled about the whole thing. “Rob has had some major laughs thinking about Blac Chyna trying to rap,” a source says. “And even if she goes after Rob in her raps he think she will be so bad that it won’t matter because she will just be embarrassing herself.” It’s sad, but true — seriously, there’s no way that music would be even a tiny bit good. The source adds that Rob “is actually kind of looking forward to seeing her fail and thinks she will be even worse than K-Fed.” OK, look, the revenge porn was disgusting, and also very illegal. Justin Theroux has sent a direct message to Brad Pitt. And it goes something like this: Back off, fella!!!!! This is what we’d like to think, at least. In reality, however, the famously private actor has likely just shared a rare photo of himself and Jennifer Aniston on Instagram because the couple just celebrated its two-year wedding anniversary. Despite being married to one of the most beloved women in the world, Theroux never really talks about Aniston. He never mentions her in any interviews and he certainly never posts any PDA-themed pictures of her online. But The Leftovers star surprised fans over the weekend when he published the above snapshot and included with it two simple emojis: A heart. A peace sign. Is it a coincidence that Theroux shared this romantic picture around the same time that at least one tabloid alleged Pitt still loves Aniston and wants her back? Probably. Theroux hasn’t posted anything on social media related to his his wife since Febriary 11, which is her birthday. Prior to that post, the handsome actor didn’t post any image of her for over year; not since a shot of Aniston looking out the Eiffel Tower on Valetine’s Day last year. In a recent interview, Theroux did acknowledge that his second anniversary was on tap, dubbing it “cotton anniversary” and joking he’d be getting his superstar lady a “bag of cotton.” He and Aniston got married in the backyard of their Los Angeles home on August 5, 2015, shocking even their closest of friends at the time. Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Howard Stern, Jason Bateman, Ellen DeGeneres, Tobey McGuire, Sandra Bullock, Orlando Bloom, Rachel McAdams, John Krasinski, Emily Bluntand and Jimmy Kimmel were all in attendance. But they were told ahead of time that Aniston and Theroux would simply be hosting a party. They didn’t learn until their arrival that a wedding was in the works! For that day! How cool, right? Aniston, of course, is famous for her role on the sitcom Friends. She’s gone to enjoy a moderately successful movie career. It’s been almost six months since Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna broke up for what seems to be the final time. The couple has called it quits many times before, but after a pre-Christmas blowout during which Blac allegedly attacked Rob , both parties seem to have reached the decision that it’s best if they part ways for good. So why is Rob still posting coupled-up pics with Chyna on his Instagram page? Well, despite rumors to the contrary, it seems Rob and Blac are not back together . But amazingly, following seriously messy split, it seems they’re actually making good on their promise to work out an amicable co-parenting relationship. As anyone who caught Rob and Chyna’s ill-fated reality show can attest, these two were terrible as a couple. But somehow they’re actually making it work as friends. Yesterday was Blac’s birthday and Rob posted the above pic with a caption reading simply: “Happy birthday @blacchyna” He added two watermelon emojis for reasons that are probably clear only to Rob and Chyna. Blac opened up about her high-profile relationship and breakup in a recent interview with Cosmopolitan South Africa: “Every person who’s in a long-term relationship, or who is committed to their person, goes through ups and downs,” she told the magazine. “Everything isn’t always going to be peaches and cream. If it is, then it’s fake. I’m in it for the long haul, so I feel like my advice [for anyone in a similar situation] is therapy, know each other’s family, calling each other’s moms.” Rob and Blac certainly had more than their share of ups and downs, but it looks like they’ve reached a good place together. Or maybe Rob really is trying to win Blac back and this is just his painfully awkward way of going about it. It’s a depressing thought, not only because it means Rob doesn’t realize how dangerously dysfunctional his relationship with Blac was, but also because if he pulls it off, it would mean putting little Dream Kardashian back in a nightmare scenario. Here’s hoping Rob realizes it’s best to let the past stay in the past. It’s enough of a miracle that these two were able to build a friendship out of the ashes of their romance. It’s a sad day for the Internet’s most delusional pervs. We’ve known for quite some time that Ariel Winter is dating Levi Meaden , but no doubt many of the Modern Family actress’ 3.2 million Instagram followers were hoping it wouldn’t work out. Well, we have bad news for basement dwellers were hoping for a chance to get up close and personal with social media’s most famous boobs . It seems Ariel and Levi have taken their relationship to the next level and are now living together. Ariel revealed the arrangement during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night: “I bought my own house last year, which is really exciting for me,” the actress told Kimmel. “My boyfriend and I live together, and he cooks. I can’t cook at all. He takes care of all that handy stuff and he’s great. I can bake a pie occasionally.” We doubt the revelation that Ariel doesn’t know her way around the kitchen did much to dampen the enthusiasm of her most ardent fans. While the response online has been mostly congratulatory, some fans (particularly those who are creepily protective of the actress) seem concerned by the fact that Ariel and Levi have only been dating for seven months. Adding to the complexity of the situation is the fact that Ariel is only 19, while Levi will turn 30 this year. Ten years isn’t a massive age gap, but it’s a lot for someone as young as Ariel. But sometimes the spotlight forces young people to grow up more quickly. Winter told Kimmel last night that her Modern Family cast mates have been treating her as a “semi-adult” for a while now: “They definitely treat me like an adult now,” Winter said. “We started on the show when we were 10 or 11 years old and running around with Nerf Guns and now we’re all semi-adults.” We imagine you must cringe a little when you’re creeping up on the big 3-0 and your girlfriend cops to not being a full-fledged adult.
