In case you’ve never been there, Courtney Stodden’s Instagram page is a magic place filled with smiles, and positive thoughts, and most importantly – ginormous fake breasts. Legendary comedienne Joan Rivers stopped breathing during a surgical procedure on Thursday. She was immediately rushed to the emergency room at New York’s Mt. Sinai Hospital where doctors successfully revived the 81-year-old comic. Later that same day Rivers’ condition was upgraded to stable and the E! Network (for whom Rivers has worked for several years as host of Fashion Police ), reported that Joan was expected to make a full recovery. Earlier today, Joan’s daughter Melissa reported that Rivers is “resting comfortably” and asked fans for their thoughts and prayers.
