Tekashi 6ix9ine Buys Girlfriend Mercedes-Benz Truck From Jail [Photos]

Source: Johnny Nunez / Getty Even while he sits behind bars Tekashi wants to ensure his inner circle still feels his love during the holidays. To everyone’s surprise his girlfriend received a brand new SUV. As spotted on  Complex the “Fefe” rapper gifted his lady friend Jade a 2019 Mercedes-AMG G65. Naturally she took to social media to flaunt. “LIL BITCH IN A BIG BODY AINT NO CAR PAYMENTS PERIOD EARLY XMAS GIFT I LOVE U SO MUCH BABY  @6ix9ine   IM SO HAPPY YALL ” she posted on her Instagram. She followed up the initial reveal with a second photo of a full view of the luxury vehicle as the trolls doubted the model of the car. Unfortunately his generosity will have no bearing on his current legal situation. Back in November the Brooklyn native was arrested on federal criminal charges including racketeering, assault and firearms. He faces life in prison if convicted. Prior to being picked up by the boys the controversial artist cut all ties to his former crew. His lawyer Lance Lazarro has denied the validity of all the charges saying “Daniel Hernandez is completely innocent of all charges being brought against him. [He’s] an entertainer who portrays a ‘gangster image’ to promote his music does not make him a member of an enterprise.” His trial has been set for September 2019. — Photo: Johnny Nunez

Upset Off: Cuban Doll Claims She Doesn’t Know Offset & She’s Talked To Cardi B Since The Breakup

Source: Johnny Nunez / Getty Cuban Doll Says She Has Nothing To Do With Cardi B/Offset Breakup Everyone is pointing fingers at Cuban Doll for the breakup between Cardi B and Offset –but according to the rapper, she has nothing to do with their relationship, and Cardi knows that. Cuban Doll is saying that she’s talked to Cardi B about the cheating scandal involving her name with Offset’s, and the two have completely cleared the air. The 20-year-old talked to TMZ about the situation, saying, “Cardi hit me up, she knows I have nothing to do with that.” These rumors of infidelity center around a  rumored threesome  with Offset, Cuban Doll, and her former friend Summer Bunni. But now, Cuban Doll says she’s never spoken to or met the Migos rapper. “I don’t know him. I never spoke to him. I never had no conversation with him,” she insists. “I’m just caught in the middle.” This wasn’t her first time addressing these rumors following a text conversation between Offset and Summer Bunni being leaked. Doll denied the rumors yesterday via Twitter writing, “I never went to new or lean leave me alone !” I never went to new or lean leave me alone ! — Cuban da savage (@CubanDaSavage) December 6, 2018 She also clarified with the publication that she believes the entire situation is simply a ploy for attention. “It’s all based off her trying to get clout. It’s a bunch of clout chasing stuff,” she said. “Me and her have been fell out. We’re no longer friends.”

2 Milly Suing Epic Games For Jacking The Milly Rock & Selling It For Use In ‘Fortnite’

Originally posted here:

Source: Johnny Nunez / Getty Rapper 2 Milly is going forward with his lawsuit against Epic Games, the studio behind the addictive video game Fortnite. The rapper doesn’t want anyone Milly Rocking on any block in the game anymore, unless Epic Games cuts a check. Speaking with TMZ exclusively , 2 Milly admits he didn’t know anything about Fortnite until people started hitting him up on social media telling him his dance moves were jacked and being used in the game. He added his daughter even pointed out the similar dance moves players can make their in-game characters do. The Milly Rock didn’t start showing up in the game till season 5 back in July, and the rapper wasn’t aware his dance move called the “Swipe It” was being sold for use in the game till months after. Per TMZ : “The rapper filed legal docs this week against Epic Games — the company that makes Fortnite Battle Royale — for allegedly using his popular Milly Rock moves in the game without his permission to capitalize on the popular dance craze … and make a ton of cash.” “According to the docs … Fortnite players can purchase the dance — which is called “Swipe It” in the game — for their characters. Problem is … 2 Milly claims “Swipe It” is an exact replica of his Milly Rock, but they never asked him to use it or offered to pay him for it.” According to the docs, 2 Milly is suing Epic for legal fees and damages and wants the dance deleted from the game. The “Swipe It” is no longer being sold but if players already purchased it, they can still use it. The Milly Rock is not the only Hip-Hop dance move in the game, Snoop Dogg’s signature moves from his “Drop It Like It’s Hot” video and Alfonso Ribiero’s “Carlton dance” are also available for purchase and use in the game. 2 Milly’s attorney David L. Hecht of Pierce Bainbridge Beck Price & Hecht LLP speaking to TMZ that his firm “proud to stand up for African-American creatives whose expression and likenesses have misappropriated. Epic is enjoying record profits off of downloadable content in Fortnite, yet has failed to pay or even ask permission to use artists’ intellectual property and likenesses over many of its popular emote dances.” 2 Milly has a lot of people on his side including fellow Hip-Hop artist Chance The Rapper. Fortnite should put the actual rap songs behind the dances that make so much money as Emotes. Black creatives created and popularized these dances but never monetized them. Imagine the money people are spending on these Emotes being shared with the artists that made them — Chance The Rapper (@chancetherapper) July 13, 2018 While he has allies, history isn’t on his side, and this might be an uphill battle. There is no case law surrounding the copyrighting of choreography. We wouldn’t be shocked if Epic and the rapper reached some sort of settlement. We wish him luck in getting his coins though. — Photo: Johnny Nunez / Getty

Watch: Meek Mill Opens Up About Deading His Beef With Drake & Jay-Z Accidentally Playing ‘Back To Back’

Source: Johnny Nunez / Getty Meek Mill has had a rollercoaster year, but he’s finishing 2018 strong. After spending nearly five months in jail, the Philly rapper came out swinging at the law. Joining the conversation surrounding racial disparities in the criminal justice system, Meek has been shedding light on how Black youth are targeted and kept behind bars for extended periods of time. And besides getting politically active , the Wins & Losses lyricist is also killing on the music front, having just dropped his highly anticipated fourth studio album. Possibly his most memorable project to date, Championships boasted incredible features from mentor Jay-Z , rap newcomer Cardi B , Fabolous , and even former rap nemesis Drake . Meek tugged at heartstrings on “Trauma,” Hov made his relationship with Kanye West clear on “What’s Free,” Drizzy and Meek reunited in a moment of brotherly love on “Going Bad” …and that was only the beginning. Listen to the full album here . Source: Johnny Nunez / Getty After releasing the project to rave reviews, Meek hit up Elliott Wilson ‘s CRWN series this week and dished on everything from how Jay-Z’s verse came about to being motivated by Drake’s “Back to Back” diss record and having dinner with Bey and Hov. He also gave advice to the upcoming generation of rappers and discussed using his platform to speak on important issues, plus Kevin Hart coming to visit him in prison. Watch the interview via TIDAL  above, plus a few highlights below. On Getting A Hov Feature For Championships “I represent the path that Hov created—a young hustler from Marcy projects that became a billionaire. That’s the sh*t I grew up on and the type of music I grew up on and the things I wanted to be. I spent a piece of my life sipping lean, for a short period of time, popping percs…but that was never my lifestyle…I grew up on being a hustler and flipping money and doubling money and trying to move your family out the hood and being a boss. So, I always wanted that Jay-Z feature. He came through this time. Shoutout to Hov!” On His Favorite Bar In Hov’s Verse “My favorite part is ‘I ain’t got a billion streams, I got a billion dollars.’” On Squashing The Beef With Drake And Coming Together For The Album “A lot of people don’t know me and Drake been contacting each other for a year, but it’s like I’m not with the fake shit. I’m not with the, just try to act like I’m cool with you to do a record. If we fight or you got beef with somebody in the street, you don’t wanna…have a problem with them, and then the next day y’all got y’all arm around each other. It take time—he gotta be ready, I gotta be ready for that sh*t.” Watch the clip up top to hear stories from the rapper about his time in prison, that time Jay Z accidentally played “Back To Back” during a double date with Meek, Nicki Minaj, and Beyoncé , and more.
